The Twelfth Hour

Dear All,

Star family missions have been running thick and fast across various dimensional layers, ever increasing this year, so firstly, to those who have sent emails or messages that haven’t yet received a reply, heartfelt thanks for reaching out and sharing the love! ❤ To everyone dedicated to anchoring Universal Love on Earth through this year, assisting the ‘golden light over 2020’ to stabilize the highest trajectory for this planetary shift through increasing vibrational accelerations, always know that ongoing love, strength and supportive background actions are constantly flowing from the higher dimensions. Pause and breathe in that high vibrational refreshment, the embrace of love all around the Earth, whenever you feel over-busy or depleted, re-centre in your inner divinity and unity with the realms of pure love.

We’d like to talk here about what star family refer to as the ‘Twelfth Hour of Gaia’s arc of ascension’, which her planetary body has been flowing within for a few months of local time now. From star family, the Earth shifted into the ‘Eleventh Hour’ on the 11-11-11 Gateway (11th day of the 11th month in 2011) with another very significant shift into the Twelfth Hour on the June Solstice 2019. They symbolize the stage of planetary ascension we’re currently in, as it translates into the Earth plane through the local space-time frame, as a clock with both hands pointing to 12 (ascension’s ‘true north’, so to speak) and to think of a clock striking 12, chiming 12 times within this moment of the Twelfth Hour as it translates through this earthly time expression…with each chime layering in another level of higher dimensional Light.

From our perspective, the Twelfth Hour is what many call The Event ~ we are in it Now, as it progresses through the 12 chimes until the 12th stroke of the 12th hour (much accelerated from the 11th hour), at which moment the Event as a vibrational moment of planetwide collective clarity in heart-opening-awareness will become tangible, visible, palpable around the Earth, in relation to what some call a ‘flashpoint’ or ‘solar flash’, also described by star family metaphorically as a ‘standing wave event‘, when all the layerings of light frequencies come into a particular harmonic format ready to receive the ascension pulse from Galactic Centre in full coherence. From that moment, Earth’s natural ascension unfoldment/blossoming is completely unshakeable, beyond the influence or reach of any energies of a distorted vibration.

Feel each chime of the Twelfth Hour like a tap on a bell; there’s the initial ringing tone, then the reverberation of that tone as it expands from the bell (diinnngggg), and that each of these chimes doesn’t diminish, but widens and softens, settling into the Earth’s energy field, orienting the planet and collective’s vibrational field into incrementally strengthened harmonic coherence, each chime building on the previous one. So, in this building sequence, the second chime came through the peak of the Lion’s Gate on the 8~8 (August 8th), the third through the 9~9 Gateway, with short integration phases between them, and now a longer integration phase through to December while a major (distorted red) energy removal mission is underway through to the 11~11 Gateway.

Once that energy is lifted from the planetary field and taken Home into Love, the way will be clear for the fourth chime of this Twelfth Hour, initiating through the 12~12, peaking into the December Solstice on the 21st Dec 2019, then culminating into January 12, 2020. This trinary ’12’ sequence will be heightened through two particular planetary conjunctions on December 12th and January 12th (Jupiter-Saturn conjunction, and Saturn-Pluto conjunction respectively, wrapped around the Solstice alignment ~ see previous posts about the higher transformations of Saturn and Pluto). So 2020 (=4) will flow in on the vibration of the fourth chime. (For cultures on Earth with different calendars, the Galactic Light-pulses flow through different numeric translations, but the sequence base is the same behind all ‘earth clocks’, stepping down the 27-72 central creation code of this galaxy).

We’ll focus on the 11~11 Gateway (November 11th 2019) in the next post, which coincides with a transit of Mercury, igniting a powerful alignment of the Silver Flame of Transcendence into the planetary field and grids. For now, here are a few beautiful moments with star family from the last few weeks, beginning with September 20th 2019 ~ with an unexpected ‘call from on high’ to go into Perth city and walk with the local climate march that was part of a global climate action. I was guided to connect with Gaia’s emerald light rising from the Earth’s crystalline heart, while anchoring the light of a beautiful ship named the Victor Five flying above the march, which radiates from an emerald Core Crystal, throughout this walk.

Many lightships of the Ashtar Command were present (cloaked), with a number of Arcturian bowships outlining subtly in the clouds overhead, like the one at the upper left of this photo.

At one point, the crowd of around 10,000 sat down along the length of a city street and observed a silence for the Earth. Through the mixture of vibrations ~ fear, anger at corporations and governments, and a rising ground-swell of love for the Earth ~ as everyone sat on the ground, I saw/felt a huge pulse of green light from Gaia’s heart, coming to meet this mass love and care, rising up through the earth chakra/base chakra of every person, sending emerald green light up into their heart chakras, in a wave of connectedness with the planetary soul.

This heart pulse from the soul of Earth was so beautiful, it moved through all the fragmentary, discordant vibrations to touch hearts with love for this planet, love for humanity, love for all life here. No matter what views about causes of climate change resonate for you, from the overview, know that there is an awakening in progress, of a global priority to live gently on the planet and transcend forms of energy, agriculture and land development that damage the environment….and that this collective impulse is in flow with the overall Shift in Consciousness that will open the way to becoming an interplanetary and galactic civilization, within a wider, high-functioning community of love and cooperation.

Toward the end of the march, just after a streetfull of people had waved to the police helicopter in the photo below, Ashura (my Twin Flame) flashed the tiny white pod ship he was flying overhead (look slightly upper right of the helicopter in the photo below, in a gap between the clouds). 🙂

There was a lot of energy and activity over these buildings where the march ended, with ships clearing disturbed vibrations, keeping the energies high. The silhouette of a wide-angled Sirian-Procyon triangular ship can be seen in the circled area below.

A few days later, as the light frequencies soared into the September Equinox, a group of ground crew/love anchors here in the Perth area aligned the ‘Equinox light of equilibrium’ through four nodes, with our final destination at Serpentine Falls in the southern hills east of the city.

As we connected with the node there (a node is an amplified subtle energy crossing point of two or more planetary chi flow lines), a perfect triangle formed in clouds low over the Falls, anchoring a projection of ‘trinity light codes’ from the New Jerusalem golden light mothership stationed high above.

Where this triangle formed, the clouds thickened into a tall pyramid that gradually morphed into a massive angelic figure holding an upright sword (in the first photo, a hawk or eagle can be seen flying up toward the angel’s forming face). Merged soul vibrations of Archangels Michael and Gabriel were flowing through this angel form, and the upright sword has a spiralling energy, if you look closely at the second picture below…representing the in-flowing Ascension Light Spiral being directed/pillared into the node below while our group anchored the energies.

This was such a blissful occasion, as we’ve done a lot on unblocking and clearing of the Serpentine Falls node over the last couple of years (this node sits on the Belinus Line, which has been mapped as a ley line in Britain, however this is actually a planetwide chi line that flows like a huge sine wave around the Earth, passing through Western Australia in the southernmost curve of its energy flow). To feel the vibrations at the Falls so light and free now is such a joy, and an excellent indicator of how much the Earth’s crystalline light-grid has stabilized this year! 🙂 From here, we sent green-blue light to forests burning in various parts of the planet at that time (Amazon, Siberia, Alaska, Africa, eastern Australia) and many beautiful symbolic ‘light arcs and pillars’ formed over and flowing into trees around the rim of the Falls.

We’d like to add here for clarity, where burning of forests around the world is sometimes interpreted as a spiritual cleanse coming from the planetary soul; Gaia cleanses with the water element, and clearings only ever become destructive of life where a planet/collective consciousness is being influenced by a dense, manipulated polarity vibration. True higher vibrational ‘clearing with fire’ naturally transforms distorted energies into peace and light, rather than ‘cleansing through destruction‘, which expresses from a dualized matrix. Clearing within Universal Love always flows from and with compassion, grace and upliftment.

Here in Australia, trees and bushland have an adaptive resilience to fire, but the level of wildfires occurring now (especially in the eastern states, connected with the misuse/imbalance of a string of 4D vortexes) goes beyond nature’s adaptations. However, as the higher light waves keep reorganizing distorted energies more deeply through the higher chimes of the activated Twelfth Hour, these imbalances will ease through all the planetary vibrational field’s manifest reflections ~ environmental, social, political, personal, spiritual ~ until true harmonic coherence is aligned and anchored into this Shift. From Ashura: Breathe, relax, be the peaceful waters, be the steady flame of love that calms all misdirected fires into the pure, gentle radiance of shining divine light. ❤

Some of this distorted red fire energy has been transmuted and lifted out through actual water nodes around the planet; in the location below, a group of ground crew anchored the Rose Ray and Ruby Ray (ruby-rose light reorganizes disturbed red vibrations into natural higher harmony) into an underwater node, flowing from the Ruby Core Crystal of a beautiful Antarian lightship, the Taia’Tara (Antarian ships often vibrate through the ‘ascended red’ spectrum, balanced with emerald green light; see this post for more about them).

A long straight ‘corridor’ opened up as clouds thickened overhead, with many beautiful beings forming inside this symbolic passageway. Whale shapes appeared as if swimming across the clouds, slowly filling the corridor. Then feline and whale energies rippled down a ‘sky bridge’ as a whale’s eye and soft feline face formed above it, with these gentle, loving Sirian and Cetian soul groups sending light codes ‘down the bridge’ into the river node.

As you tune into the unconditional love, the deep wisdom flowing through the gaze of this beautiful galactic whale, let this overview of immense light, compassion and gentle strength fill your heart and refresh you. Bless the waters everywhere around the Earth and in your body, in the air, the plants and animals, oceans and waterways, in the soil and springs welling from the ground. Let your inner visions of the New Earth flow like water, as you bathe them in the light of joy and sweetness, shower them in love. Let these soul visions guide your actions, knowing that as we do this together in unison around the world, Ascended Earth is converging through us, with us, guided and assisted by countless loving beings. We are all One Love.

Love’s Lens; An Interview with Melissa Peabody

It’s a total joy to share an interview with Melissa Peabody, a lovely ‘star sister’ living in San Francisco in the USA, who has been taking wonderful video footage of lightships, orbs, energies and other multidimensional phenomena and posting them as short documentaries at her website, myfirstcontact.net. When Melissa contacted me in 2017, I felt a close affinity with many of the ships, beings and energies vibrating through her films, and deeply appreciate and enjoy her approach, her openness and courage, in what she is sharing with the world.

Melissa, welcome and thank you so much for joining us today. Would you like to share a bit about your background, and your inspiration for starting myfirstcontact.net?

Absolutely, Joanna! It is a joy for me to have the chance to describe my project to you, and its unusual roots. Thank you. First of all, I am a documentary filmmaker and journalist by trade, a storyteller by nature. Through my company, Living World Films, I mostly make films about the environment, nature, and wildlife. With myfirstcontact.net, I’m simply pointing my camera in a different direction, up at the skies, and documenting the riveting unfolding cosmic story I’m finding there. And in my view, what arrives in our skies also becomes a part of our “living world,” as seen from a greatly expanded perspective different to the norm.

I started myfirstcontact.net because I was invited to—by Ashtar, Commander of the Galactic Federation Fleet, which right now has millions of starships stationed in our skies, to assist us in any way that they can, as we attempt to restore the health of this planet.

How I found Ashtar is a bit humorous. In 2016, I began to experience the strongest urge to meditate, which I had never done, and with crystals! At the time, I knew no one who did this, but I did it anyway, and really enjoyed it. I believe it also started raising my vibrational frequency, and directly impacted my perceptions of light and energy. For instance, I started seeing long exquisite rays of light coming out of headlights and streetlamps, filtering through the leaves of trees, their long slender shafts banded with rainbow colors. I sometimes felt energy downloads into my crown chakra, into my heart chakra. So I began searching the internet in earnest for clues as to what this could possibly mean—and found Ashtar, who talked about light, energy, and raising our frequencies. I was able to have a channeled session with him through Susan Leland, of Ashtar On The Road. And the joy and relief of that call! I asked him if he thought I might have eye damage, and he said no, that I was experiencing a “transformational transmutation”—that my third eye, or “wisdom eye,” had opened, and was translating what it perceived into my physical body and eyes.

Just 6 weeks later, I saw my first ships. In great synchronicity, I had another session with Ashtar the next day. He was very excited when I told him, because it reflected evolutionary progress on my part. But he also saw this as a wonderful new opportunity to create a service project, offering people everywhere the chance to see the lightships through my films, to hang out with them, and in his words, to “create heart connections” with them. Because they are presented without fear, just with the excitement and delight that I feel when I see them, film them, engage with them.

It is for this reason, that Ashtar encouraged me to make personal-style films of my experiences, like short journal entries, because people can connect with these more strongly, through the heart. It was also his idea that we have a SUBMISSIONS page on the website, to create a global community of “skywatchers” who explore together and support each other. (Thank you Joanna, for being an early submitter of ship photos to this page!!!). Ashtar continues to partner with me in this project to this day, giving me feedback and support. For my part, this film-journal format allows me to explore all kinds of fascinating metaphysical ideas that the ships and light beings give rise to in me.

This is fascinating and heart-warming, thank you Melissa, and akin to my experiences, from taking up meditation and connecting with Ashtar, to initial sightings, changes in visible light and ‘creating heart connections’ with our galactic family. You obviously have a lot of lightships, higher dimensional beings and phenomena appearing around you, in an observable and recordable way. Can you talk about the way you experience these light beings and presences, and when you first became aware of them?

The first time I saw lightships was on March 17, 2017. I was having a terrible time falling asleep, so finally I just got up and wandered out to my living room. Out the window, I saw 2 huge glowing red spheres of light hanging high above San Francisco’s downtown. I had no idea what they were, so I grabbed my cell phone and took some photos and videos.

Early the next day, I checked my phone. Sure enough, there were big red UFOs in my skies! And outside my window now were what looked like little round orbs bobbing about, and I took videos of them too. Finally, the next night, I filmed what looked like 2 joined, red half spheres, with a complex patterning on their skin. Then, the UFO just rolled into the black sky and disappeared. These experiences officially launched my project, and became “FILM 1.”

It was so surprising! After a lifetime of seeing no UFOs, no orbs, no light beings, I was starting to see them often, and this has continued ever since. Do they actually wake me up somehow? Maybe! They are often outside my window when I wake up at night, so I am somehow becoming aware of their presence at a deep level. My experience of them is joyful, sometime hilarious. Sometimes I feel a blast of what can only be described as “love energy” in the area of my heart. And they definitely demonstrate that they want to interact, they want to connect. And so do I.

Yes, the beautiful ‘love energy’! One of the aspects I really love about your way of showing connection and communication with star family/galactic beings through your interaction with them is the development of a form of visual dialogue (beautifully portrayed in the sequence of three films posted below, where you’re asking questions to those within the ships and they respond visually). This is familiar to me, as I often find myself talking (internally or aloud) with our starry friends while looking up at the sky. What sparked this approach for you, and how have you seen and felt this developing so far?

Well, first of all, my film storytelling format already involves me talking as I record, describing what I’m seeing, feeling, experiencing. Actually starting to talk to the ships and light beings just grew out of that approach. And second, it almost felt rude, or too coldly observational to film them for long minutes and say nothing, to not be sociable! So I started talking to them, and then I had an early experience of saying to an orb above my hill: “You look like you just moved.” And then it just zoomed down toward me so quickly! And I thought: “This orb heard me!”

So I started to experiment with that, talking to whoever appeared in my skies, asking them to move in various ways, to confirm once again that they heard me. And they moved. And that led me inevitably to the idea of—telepathy.

This idea came to me strongly while filming a ship during a rainstorm. It was definitely interacting with me, broadcasting its light in answer to my questions. But there I was, inside my house behind a pane of glass, and there it was out there in the howling wind and the rain. It was not possible that it “heard” my physical voice. It was communicating with me telepathically. As one of my favorite Sherlock Holmes quotes says: “Once you’ve eliminated the impossible, whatever remains, no matter how improbable, must be the truth.”

I think this is a wonderful approach to all interactions with UFOs, light beings, and orbs.

‘So do we!’ (from Ashura, smiling). Much gratitude to you, Melissa and star family, for this sequence of three films, which eloquently show the presence of telepathic/telempathic awareness and communication, within a focus of gentle, loving connection and relationship across dimensions.

In a more recent film (posted below), a fantastic visible shift in light comes through, around the ship you’re focusing with, like waves of light washing through the air. This theme of light and energy changing, heightening, sometimes tangibly so, comes through many of your films. Could you share with us your sense of what is happening in these moments?

This is a really interesting evolution in this project for me. I have only begun to film all kinds of energy in the skies around me this year, in 2018. And the energy presentations are becoming more and more complex. I’ve filmed different colors and densities of light energy pouring down through the sky, intricate patterns and designs of energy that look like light “codes” of some kind. Why are they here? What is their function? I have come to see them as the energetic building blocks of all life on the planet, because of course all life is made of energy.

These tides of energy visibly wash through our skies in much greater abundance during the major cosmic gateways, of Solstice and Equinox for instance. Each of these gateways appears to have its own “energy palette”—colored light energies that are ascendant. We also know each of our chakras vibrates at a different frequency, and each frequency is associated with what we perceive as a different color of light. My questions are these, among others—does each gateway energy palette minister to particular chakras, more so than others? Do we pick and choose / attract the colored light energies to our own chakra systems, according to our personal needs at the time.

But most important it seems to me, is that these frequencies / energies are “released” to us all, it is available to us all to use in our lives. It is visible. It can be filmed and documented. It is love energy, in my view, according to how it feels to me physically, energetically. Right now, for instance, San Francisco has had the dubious distinction of having the worst air quality on the planet, because of the nearby fires. And think of all those people who lost their homes—their very lives!

And yet the energy still comes through, cuts through the smoke and the flames. So I see these washes of beautiful colored light energy as deep messages of love and comfort, of sustenance and support. The energy is there for us, as a gift. It penetrates our world and our skies, no matter where we live, no matter what’s happening around us. And we can avail ourselves of it.

This ‘curtain of light’ is such a clear presentation, as a wave of golden light, followed by or shifting into a wave of purple/rose light. It has a profoundly immersive quality, so peaceful yet full of vibrancy, glowing with life.

Do you have a particular vision or purpose, in offering these experiences of direct connection through your films, or do you feel it as an evolving inner journey, or both…or more?

Both—and more! This topic has been “fringe-ified” for decades if not longer, and many people continue to be “triggered” by it because of that. I believe this has been consciously engineered, by Hollywood films that mostly present terrifying narratives around “aliens,” and by government programs like Project Blue Book. This was a program of the U.S. Air Force in the 1940s through the 1960s that collected citizens’ UFO sightings, creating a “silo effect” by putting the sighting accounts in classified files and by interviewing these people’s friends, family, and employers about their characters. Were they unreliable, did they exaggerate, did they have local law enforcement files on them, were they loyal Americans? Who would ever report another sighting again, under such scary and risky circumstances? Who would ask anyone else if they had had similar experiences? So bringing this topic into the mainstream—removing the fear trigger of this experience, countering the contrived and controlled “alien invasion” narrative—is a major goal.

Creating the beginnings of a global “skywatcher” community feels lovely. In the process, we are building an open, free, global archive of what we see in our skies, teaching and sharing with each other what is real for us. It is the very opposite of Project Blue Book. And I especially love that in doing this, we are essentially creating a citizens’ disclosure movement. I believe many at the higher levels in our governments are also aware of the ships in our skies. But they don’t tell us. At least not yet. So we are doing “Full Disclosure” on our own, from the ground up. I love this grassroots approach!

And finally, the personal growth I’ve experienced doing this project can’t be quantified, and I want to keep evolving along this fascinating path. The changes and expansions in my perceptions of the metaphysical reality around me have completely opened my mind to new possibilities of life itself. And my profound gratitude to Ashtar, for asking me to do this project—it is beyond words.

Yes! There’s a ground-swell of joy and expansion in this ‘disclosure from the grassroots’, from the ground up, worldwide. Is there any advice you would like to give, from your loving relation-ship (‘they’ just came through with ‘ship of loving relations’), to anyone who wishes to connect with beings and light frequencies vibrating in/from higher dimensions?

Oh yes! I would say, open your heart to them, first of all. Call in the ships of “the light,” the “beings of the light,” meaning the evolved beings that want to help us. They want relationship, with people around the globe. I have seen this, filmed this. I have felt this.

Start by calling them in, maybe chat with them—get comfortable with the feel of that, so you don’t feel self-conscious about it. Use your cameras and cell phones to try to film them. And perhaps most of all, start trying to raise your vibration, your frequency—by meditating, dancing, singing, painting, laughing, creative writing, walking out among the trees and the animals—whatever raises your “spirits.” And then keep looking up at the skies, in conscious invitation. Enjoy!

Melissa, the energies are zinging! I notice your most recent film, Film 32, presents (and projects) some beautiful, detailed vibrational patterns as light waves wash through. This light really is a gift, as you say, of love energy ~ to the planet, humanity, and all life here.

The Resurrection Chakra

Dear All,

Today we’re introducing a chakra of the higher vibrational human template that has recently become ‘available’ to activate, open and radiate through our beings and the collective energy field around this planet ~ following the opening of a sequence of Gateways of high love frequencies through July-August, and flowing toward another deep key opening on this year’s Equinox, September 23rd.

Earlier this year, I was guided to focus on the corpus collosum, the area of white matter in the brain that joins its left and right hemispheres, serving as the bridge for communication between the two ‘sides’. You can see it here, in relation to two already active chakras of the ascension template ~ the Well of Dreams Chakra and the Pituitary Chakra ~ which form a bow or crescent with the Pineal Chakra. From a higher vibrational point of view, the corpus collosum is ‘the bridge above the bow’:

Leading into a star family mission to Kamura (see this post), I was guided to visualize the corpus collosum as a bridge flowing with soft, luminous rainbow colours, and experienced this as ‘keying up’ the transmission of messages from side to side, with focus centralized in the unifying bridge, harmonious and crystalline in its clarity. This rainbow bridge activates within a complimentary energy, crossing over another connective light stream that flows as a rainbow bridge on the vertical axis between the Heart Chakra and the Crown Chakra ~ and this newly active chakra we know as the Resurrection Chakra sits within the centrepoint of the cross of the bridges, radiating its pure Golden Light through both.

The Resurrection Chakra sits in the central channel, in which the chakras function as portals through which specific vibrational qualities flow, anchor and radiate…we could call them energy centres of potential vibrational expression, and these streams of energy translate through the subtle bodies to the physical level, creatively interacting through our emotions, thoughtforms, words, actions, and bodies.

For the dual structure of the human brain, activating the Resurrection Chakra focuses and radiates pure twelfth dimensional golden light through the sixth dimensional liquid lightwave, into the fifth to fourth dimensional etheric blueprint that expresses into physicality…returning and re-tuning it to the original ‘goldenprint’ of Life…the knowing of Oneness, being Oneness, in union with Divine Love. As the Resurrection Chakra interconnects with and radiates through the close grouping of chakras within the head ~ the Pineal, Pituitary, and Well of Dreams ~ we open to perceive, think and envision completely through unity consciousness, rather than identifying with a ‘side’, or fluctuating from side to side. We stay centered in the middle, steady within the complementary flows, merging, as in the centrepoint of an Infinity symbol.

Through the cross of the rainbow bridges, anchored deeply in your Heart, grounded with the Heart of Gaia, and lit with the Golden Christed Light of Source, feel the pillar you are, resurrecting pure Divine Love within your whole being, radiating this Love Resurrection through your energy field, and through the collective energy field around the planet to All, in unity and unison with all beings of Love, through all the high light grids.

To awaken this new chakra, begin with centering in your heart. Breathe into your heart centre deeply, and relax. Breathe in love, breathe out love. Breathe in light, breathe out light, relax… Light your Heart Star, and the Golden Apple around your torus field (see this page for details). See yourself within a pillar of Light from the Heart of Source through your Heart Star to the Heart of Gaia. Feel the warm flow of all-encompassing love from ‘above and below’ meeting in the middle, within your being, focusing to a point in your Heart centre. Open your Earth Star Chakra and Soul Star Chakra as white stars or balls of light.

Open your chakras from Base to Crown, as balls of light, or perhaps as water lilies opening their petals, whatever visual you prefer so long as the light in each is clear and bright ~ starting with red in the base chakra, orange in the sacral, yellow in the solar plexus, peachy gold in the sacred heart, emerald green in the heart, rose pink in the higher heart, royal blue in the throat, light pink in the well of dreams, violet in the pineal, white light in the crown, then sky blue in the pituitary chakra just in front of the central channel at the level of your physical eyes.

Now visualize a stream of soft rainbow light flowing between your Heart and Crown, and also send this stream downward through your feet, to connect with the core of the Earth/Heart of Gaia. When this feels steady and even, visualize a bridge of soft rainbow light flowing through your corpus collosum, between the left and right brain hemispheres, unifying and fine-tuning their connection in easy equilibrium. Within the crossing point of the two rainbow streams, now see a ball of golden light forming, gentle and calm. As the golden light strengthens there and grows more luminous, feel its sacred blessing, the Golden Grace of Source, radiating along the rainbow bridges, and spreading through your whole being, vibrating the deepest joy, total serenity, in gratitude and peace.

If and when you feel ready to continue lighting the Resurrection Chakra regularly, let yourself become aware of your insight deepening, a new level of clarity and vividness in your inner vision, profound and vibrant, shining and serene. You are the resurrection of life, light and love, in harmonious alignment and Oneness with Source. And So Be It.

Antarian Connection

Red is the base. Red is foundation. Life force circulates through your third dimension arteries, nourishing your body, carrying life. Out of balance, red is an energy of aggression, anger, and as was named, Ares, god of war. Balance the base with An-Ta-Re’s, Source Light rays across and within all layers, sky to earth. Where foundations are shaky, highest light does not ground. Through the seeming storm, earth the lightning, the lightening of your base and all above, light-hearted BE. Dear All,

Since late 2015 I’ve had a beautiful (re)connecting with people from Antares (alpha star of the constellation Scorpio), which has also been a learning on my part about assumptions regarding ‘contact’, which I’ll share here because it could be helpful to other direct contact experiencers, and those who will be in the near future…a number which will keep growing! Then we’ll share a practice that has come through for fine-tuning inner perception and sensing of energies/beings.

The first meeting with the Antarians came in a dream, with a ship on the ground and a tall lady standing outside it, hand raised in greeting. She was pale-skinned with long dark brown hair, and wearing a red bodysuit. In the dream I walked to meet her, and she introduced herself as Tayitha, and guided me on board the ship (which from previous encounters I interpreted as of Sirian origin), from the outside a long triangular craft that looked like it was made of bright crystal or glass, with shimmering rainbow colours constantly running through it. The feature that most caught my attention in the ”dream” was that from the inside, the ship was completely transparent, so you could see out in any direction, through ceiling, floor, sides, with only a faint shimmer of the rainbow lights showing its form. Tayitha named this ship as the Terebinth (in Earth language).

I woke from that dream feeling the Terebinth was overhead, and that night, went out and took the photos below. I’ve posted these before, but will show them here again, so you can view them in sequence up to the most recent decloaked shots from a few nights ago. Here are the original photos from the night of full moon on October 27th, 2015.

Following this greeting, I first thought of Tayitha as a Pleiadian woman on board a Sirian ship. This was partly because after dreaming of Tayitha and the Terebinth, Pleiadian people came through the same dream, and I felt their likeness to Tayitha. Her features and the (red) colour of her clothing were signalling a different origin, but it was an origin I didn’t have a conscious reference for at that time, so settled on ‘Pleiadian’. However, from that time onward, a new type of orb started to appear which I hadn’t seen before, very large and bright red. Here’s the first clear photo of one of these big red orbs, from the night of the next full moon after the Terebinth’s first decloak, November 26th, 2015.

This stunning large orb appeared as part of a group that made a ‘hook’ shape over the moon, while four smaller white-blue orbs (showing where ships were positioned) formed a straight line to the lower right of the moon.

On feeling into this orb’s energy, the name Antares came to the fore. I saw humanoid people associated with it as being fair to olive-skinned, with long dark brown to black hair, worn waist to hip length, and between 8-9 feet tall. The Antarian humanoids have a close kinship to both the Pleiadian and Sirian humans, and live in communities closely connected with the Leonine, Leopard and Tiger Beings of Antares. They have continued to signal their presence with a large red ‘Antares Star’ orb.

On a third full moon in sequence, Christmas Night, December 25th 2015, their orb appeared in straight alignment to the moon, with the star Sirius in between. In the enlargement below, Sirius is the little point of white light below the Antares orb, depicting the star Antares’ relative size to Sirius.

This Christmas Night orb beautifully symbolised the grounding of Christed Light through the white light of the Mother (full moon) via the conduit of the Mother Star Sirius. The sequence of its appearances during the three full moons following on from the Blood Moon of September 28, 2015, symbolizes trinity energy, the divine Mother-Father-Child flow of Source streaming through and grounding/landing/rooting into the Earth’s receiving nodes and light-grids.

The Antarians’ giant orb appeared most recently on January 7th, 2016, with a triangle of companion green orbs.

And finally, the Terebinth, as she appeared with beautiful clarity as a red and green brightly lit triangular form in two frames on January 18th 2016, sending out a brilliant pulse of white light from her underside in the second photo, while directly overhead.

As the Antarian beings and vibrations came more into view and conscious remembrance, it became clear my initial sensing of Tayitha wasn’t complete; that there is Pleiadian in her people, blended with Sirian humanlike qualities, but also with some other galactic traits that have combined to form their uniquely Antarian peoples. A gentle reminder of how we’re all individually and collectively in a fine-tuning process, to be flexible, open, and ready to adjust or expand our view as new input comes in. 💗

In ongoing love and self-care, it’s important we keep our own inner being and energy field vitalized on all levels, and as clear of pressuring influences as possible during this rather tumultuous stage of Gaia’s Shift, while healing and releasing any internal baggage and wobbles as we become aware of them. Centering in the inner heart, the seat of the soul, staying within the guiding flow of Higher Self/Oversoul, is key to connecting with the higher frequency realms/dmensional bandwifths in a direct, uninfluenced way. Shakiness in any part of our being can lead to denser energies/astral shadows seeping in that can affect our seeing and sensing. This is true for people just ‘waking up’ to higher dimensional realities to those more experienced. The practice below comes from my TwinFlame Ashura to help hold ‘inner seeing/hearing equipment’ steady and clear.

Blue Topaz, White Lotus, White Diamond

Centre in your heart first, align with Source, ground with Gaia. Take a few deep breaths, relax in calmness, feel a star of pure white light ignite in your heart chakra and spread out through your whole auric field. Hold this for at least 30 seconds. Now breathe in golden light to your heart and feel it fill and surround your entire aura/torus field.

Open all your chakras, starting from your base chakra (perineum). I like to visualize each chakra as a lotus opening its petals, in the colours of the chakras: red for the base, orange for the sacral, yellow for the navel, peach-gold for the sacred heart, green for the heart, pink for the higher heart, blue for the throat, violet for the pineal, white for the crown. Finally, I envision a pink peony rose in the Well of Dreams chakra (brainstem) and a sky blue light ball in the Pituitary chakra. For this practice, we’re going to add in the hypothalamus area of the brain, which sits just above the pituitary gland and to the fore/slightly beneath the pineal gland.

Now we’re going to add three forms, one on top of the other, to support and uplift these three areas together. Firstly, for the pituitary chakra, envision a light blue topaz filled with a mix of blue and white light (the pituitary chakra sits at the level of your physical eyes, deep within your brain).

Right above this, now sit a white lotus, for the hypothalamus.

And for the pineal chakra, seat a bright white diamond just above the lotus.

Let this merged blue and white light fill you and form a radiant column around you; feel the white light of purity and the blue light of clarity hold you in calm, steady alignment with Source. Red energy sits in your base, providing a solid foundation, grounding you with the earth ~ feel the steady strength of life force flowing and guided by a joyful heart and clear perception rather than flying about as anger, impatience, frustration, worry, aggression or rash actions.

Enjoy, breathe deep, feel your inner guidance and trust it. Beings of Infinite Love and Life Creation are with us, meeting us in the middle, all the way.

Four Foundational Heart Practices

The exercises below can assist with opening your heart within a clear, stable, light energy field, and activating and holding a peaceful, steady soul alignment as a ‘love anchor’ on the Earth. These practices work as a sequence, for heart centering and lifting your frequency (Heart Star); maintaining the integrity & clarity of your auric field as a ‘living energy transformer’ (Golden Apple); unifying your three main energy centres (The Three Whites); and keeping a steady alignment with your Soul’s Light & Purpose (Soul Alignment). We advise ‘settling in’ within your heart centre before using extra fine-tuning practices, such as activating new chakras. Put in a steady foundation, then build the house….and may you lovingly enjoy the process! 💗🌺

One: The Heart Star

Start by relaxing your body, relaxing your focus, breathing gently and slowly. As you breathe, let your focus come into your heart centre. As you rest there, in the centre of your being, feel the warmth that resides in your inner heart, the innate radiance of the Source/Infinite Love that lives and flows through you and all life. In this inner warmth, there is a point of pure Light.

As you breathe in, feel this point of Light grow and build brighter, into sparkling Diamond White Light, and as you breathe out, let this Light expand, Diamond White Light particles shimmering through your body, through every atom and cell of your physical body, radiating out through all your energy layers, your subtle bodies, filling the aura of subtle energies around you.

From the centrepoint of Love in your heart, feel yourself as a radiant warm Star brimming with Diamond White Light, a Star of Love streaming out in every direction from the Infinite Source of Love. Know that you are this radiating Star, in every moment, an eternal, joyful Star of the Source. You are the Source, you are the Love, you are the Light. In this moment and always, let your Heart Star shine. 🤍🌟

*From Archangel Gabriel: While holding your Star Light expanded, you can strengthen and stabilize this energy by visualizing a cross of Diamond White Light, which crosses in your Heart Star, as steady bright beams of light radiating through your Star Light and beyond, into the Infinity that is Love, which is within you, and One with you.

Two: The Golden Apple

There is a toroidal energy field flowing from and around each of us constantly. When this energy field is filled with Golden Light, it steadies the vibration and strengthens the integrity of our personal field, while embodied within the swirl of various energies in this Earth plane. Golden Light transforms energies into Unconditional Love, so when the field around us is in the golden frequency, it aligns energies within and around our field into the pure, high vibration of Unconditional Love. With our Golden Apple radiating around us, we can become a ‘living transformer of energies into Unconditional Love’ while in an earthly embodiment.

Relax, breathing slowly and calmly. When you feel ready, inhale three times. Inhale pure life energy in toward your Root Chakra. This will start to slowly spin your Merkaba. With each inhale gently invite the presence of your Higher Self (Source Self) within your Heart, and feel this presence filling your Being. With each exhale relax, let go of all distracting thoughts, and Be in the Now.

With the fourth inhale, envision Source sending you a golden stream of light and inhale it into your Heart Star in your inner Heart space. Feel and know the Source of All That Is is the Inner Source within and around you and all Life. When you feel the golden energy warm inside your heart centre, visualize it expanding outward all around your body as you breathe out. Let it expand until it completely fills your Auric field, like a big torus filled with golden light. Envision this Golden Light Torus Field around you from above your Star Centre (Soul Star Chakra) above your head, to below your Earth Centre (Earth Star Chakra), beneath your feet.

To deeply align and activate Christed vibrations within your torus field (renewal, rebirth, transformation, restoration of pure Source Creation Light), visualize yourself standing within a cross of glowing golden light, radiating constantly and infinitely from your heart centre, touching your Soul Star above your head and Earth Star below your feet, with this affirmation:

Within this Golden Cross of Light I am held in the highest vibration of pure Love throughout this day and night and in every moment. All energies within and around my field are continuously renewing and transforming into Unconditional Love, Light, Grace and Blessings. And so it is.

Visualizing a Golden Rose in the centre of your heart aligns and activates Divine Christed Feminine vibrations, with this affirmation;

With this Golden Rose of Light I am held in the highest vibration of pure Love throughout this day and night and in every moment. All energies within and around my field continuously renew and transform into Unconditional Love, Light, Grace and Blessings. And so it is.

The Golden Rose can be combined with the Golden Cross, with the Rose in your Heart crossing-point/zero-point, vibrating the Christed Feminine Light through your energy field and beyond. We also suggest a Golden Butterfly within the Heart centre, radiating through your Golden Apple, which aligns and enhances the vibration of Transformation…and adjust the affirmation accordingly. Just feel what resonates for you, and of course, all three can be visualized in sequence, whatever sings for you in any moment, and the Golden Rose can be expanded through and around your torus field too. Trust your intuition/heart’s inner sense.

Now you can activate your three centers (see Exercise 3 below) and open all your chakras within this pure light field (see Practices page). Keep your Golden Apple bright day and night, to continuously hold and strengthen the integrity of your energy field, and re-affirm it whenever you feel to. The more often you do this the more effortless it becomes. 😊

Three: The Three Whites

This practice unifies your three main energy centres and fills them with pure Love. It dissolves lower energies, releases blockages, and calms and aligns the three centres in equilibrium, as a Whole.

Relax, sit comfortably, take in some deep relaxed breaths, and see/feel a ball of light in your heart centre, filled with pure love. Send this ball down to the core of the Earth ~ Gaia’s crystalline 5D heart ~ and wait for the love to be returned to you. Feel the flow of it come up through your feet and body, into your heart, with loving gratitude. Now send this ball of light filled with love upward to the centre of Source ~ and wait for the love to return to you, with total trust. Feel the merged energy of deepest Love fill your being.

Now visualize a white water lily in your Sacral Chakra (Earth Centre), softly shining, bright and steady. Then visualize a rose of white light in your Heart Chakra (Heart Centre), full of peace and harmony. Then visualize a white diamond (or a white Star Merkaba, or white 13-pointed Star) in your Pineal Chakra (Star Centre), filled with pure steady clarity.

Hold all three, feel the balance of your three centres, flowing as one, whole and unified, in a white sphere of light expanding around you. When your three Centres are steady with the White Water Lily, White Rose and White Diamond, open your chakras fully, so they can inhale this pure high frequency white Light.

*To extend and deepen this unification of the three centres within your energy body as One, visualize/hold the intention of an Infinity Symbol flowing form your Heart to your Earth Centre, back up through your Heart to your Star Centre, back to your Heart and so on, infinitely flowing with Rainbow Crystal Light. Following this, you can also extend this infinity flow as a Golden Light flow through your Heart Centre/Heart Star, Soul Star and Earth Star Chakras. (Soul Star is above your head, Earth Star below your feet, see Practices page for complete chakra diagram).

Four: Soul Alignment

Following on from the Heart Star, Golden Apple and Three Whites, begin by visualizing a pillar of diamond white light from the Heart of Source to the Heart of Gaia (centre of the Earth), and that you are standing within this pillar streaming LoveLight between Source and Earth. Breathe into your heart and relax deeply within this flowing pillar of light, with this focused intention:

Throughout this day and night, and in every moment of personal and planetary Ascension, I Am a pure, steady, clear, free-flowing conduit, pillar, anchor and vessel of Divine Love, Light, Grace and Providence flowing from the Heart of the Source, through my Heart Star, to the Heart of beloved Gaia, in union with all Beings of the highest Love and Light, immersed in the Oneness of Divine Love. And So Be It.

Beautiful energies are flowing into and around this planet now through the multidimensional crystalline heart grid of Gaia and supporting light grids, and are available to everyone. Now is the moment to release residual blockages and resistances, and keep our beings receptive to the clearest frequencies of Love, without taking in energies that do not serve our/the Highest Well-Being & Good of All, using the above practices, or in whatever way sings to your heart and intuition. Be authentic. Be inspired. Cherish being the Star of Love that you are, an imperishable, eternal spark of Source. Have fun and enjoy the journey! 🙂
