June 2019 Light Update

Dear All,

Following the June Solstice of 2019, the Earth is vibrationally now within a two week ‘deep solar window’ through to an upcoming Solar Eclipse on July 2nd-3rd. This is a powerful, very well supported window in which to breathe deeply into our hearts, to open and anchor the next level of higher dimensional light that has been stepping up the planetary frequency to a new level of freedom of flow through the light-grids during the first three weeks of June. Through the Solstice focus, the continuous incoming Light has secured another vital step toward the interdimensional ‘Standing Wave Event’ which star family gave a clear photographic representation of at the end of the previous post, Saturn’s Return in Light.

This particular step has been fulfilled as the planetary energy flow-lines came into global cohesion of flow in mid-June, from a light-thread here and a thread there, that then became an area here, a region there, and finally now with the planet as a whole experiencing clear higher vibrational light flows through the New Earth light-grid as a unified network. 🙂

Having all the major meridians/flow-lines of the Earth open and ‘breathing’ naturally again, subtly yet profoundly affects all living beings and the human collective consciousness field around this planet…vibrating the unity and freedom that is inherent within us and all life, throughout the Earth’s energy field. Among the raft of higher effects of stabilized freedom of flow through the meridians and planetary light-grids as a Whole is that wherever there are attempts to reassert control constructs or lower vibrational holding points, the denser 3-4D grid layers are now being organically purified in a gentle ongoing frequency radiance from the Ascended 5D Earth (that already exists) through the New Earth grid, and those control constructs will continue to fade away within the coherence of the higher vibration.

There have been attempts to fracture this cohesion in certain pressure points on the planet recently, and to open passages into the Solar System from another galactic quadrant to send through reinforcements for those seeking to cling to control of the 3-4D plane; many lightships and ground crew light-anchors have worked to defuse and transmute those attempts, and will keep doing so as necessary…and star famly reaffirm that all is well, and in alignment for a ‘high beam’ transmission through the imminent Solar Eclipse, which is coming through the Galactic Central Sun.

To give a picture of this Freedom-in-Love Ignition that came into completion through the Solstice, and is settling into the Earth’s energy field now in readiness for the Solar Eclipse, star family gave some beautiful, symbolic photos, starting with the Moon on June 15th. Just a couple of days before Full Moon, clouds formed in a curved pillar below the Moon, with many beautiful faces showing through. This cloud pillar cupped the Moon, like an arm holding the Moon upward, toward a tiny cloud that appeared upper right of the Moon in the shape of a comet with a pluming tail, diving into the Moon as it was uplifted.

The ship appearing clearly in front of the clouds to the left of the Moon is the Meri’Ashar, and in the second picture, you can see a second ship (circled) in close beside the Moon; this is the Sophia, also called the White Phoenix, which radiates the eternal Mother Rose vibration from its white and rose core crystal. Above the Sophia, there’s a face (circled) reminiscent of a meerkat, symbolizing feline energies and deep loving heart energy (meer/mir in light language is the soundform of ’emerald green’, the heart chakra light vibration).

In the next frame, the cloud can be seen curving up around the Moon, as if softly cradling it in peachy rose light, forming a deep crescent or bowl of light, like a chalice in which the Moon is nestled.

Finally, the ‘Chalice of the Moon’ floated free, literally ascending as it appeared to lift from the clouds, with Jupiter below (the bright light at the bottom of the frame)…and Jupiter has been very active at the higher vibrational level with this whole uplifting process through June 2019, with star family focus groups within and around Jupiter and liberated Saturn in deep preparation now for the coming Solar Eclipse-Great Central Sun alignment, and the following partial lunar eclipse in mid-July. Everything’s moving very fast in the Light Wave’s momentum, folks!

This soft yet powerful ignition waxed through the Full Moon on June 17th, then rose into the full vibrational alignment of the Solstice on June 21st. Here in the south, this Winter Sosltice was blessed with a fine, sunny day between rain storms. Our ships were busy holding the light-grids steady in various parts of the world, with the Meri’Ashar working over Syria, neutralizing attempts to open fissures across the grids. The light-anchoring reflected here in a specific connected way; I was guided to place a ‘blue butterfly’ labradorite crystal and lemon topaz on a nearby hill, and while connecting with the Meri’Ashar, Arnap (5D soul expression of my Twin Flame, Ashura) brought a little white pod ship through a triangular portal he opened in the sky directly over the crystals, and sent light through them into the Earth. In the enlargement below, you can see the triangle shape of the portal quite clearly right behind the ship.

He then guided me to walk down the hill, toward a rock with an unusual curved fissure through its centre. Again, he flew his pod ship in a direct alignment over this rock, and from a higher dimensional view, a beam of white-gold light came from the ship that began to spiral as it neared the ground, flowing in a spiralling curve through the fissure in the rock, in unison with white and golden light being sent by the Meri’Ashar and Phoenix and accompanying ships into etheric fissures in a few ‘pressure points’ in the Middle East, filling them with light and smoothing them back into the harmonic flow of the high vibrational interweaving grids.

This higher flow of Freedom in Love, freedom of circulation and cohesion of the light-grids is part of, and assisted/activated by, ongoing interplanetary shifts and transformations within and around the planets, moons and asteroid companions travelling and vibrationally interacting within the Solar System. From the soul reawakening of Mars in 2018 (see Transformations July-Aug 2018 and Mars Mission Update) to the complete dismantling of the control grid around Saturn that has freed the transmission of its beautiful 6D heart light, with the rings of Saturn currently being recoded into what star family are showing as harmonic frequencies blossoming like a flower instead of being tethered as bands of constriction, to the true deep wisdom of the heart emanations of Chiron as Key to Wholeness…this all now opens the way for the higher frequencies of beautiful Uranus and its moons to radiate and be received in the Earth field.

Uranus is vibrating 7th dimensional frequencies, amplified through it sixteen golden rings (16=1+6=7). Coming into 2019, star family called this year a bridging year, the ‘Year of the Golden Circle‘, which has multiple layers of meaning; the golden rings of Uranus are one aspect of this circle of completion and part of the bridging energy activating through the middle of this year. Uranus radiates Freedom through the integration of Grace, that comes with opening to and allowing Unconditional Loving Unity and Compassion for self and all. With Saturn transmitting its high heart light again, the soul radiance of Uranus can also be felt on Earth and in the human collective consciousness undistorted, as pure Freedom in Love&Unity rather than ego-motivated ‘free-wheeling into chaos’ or ‘free will at the expense of other people or life-forms’. This shift will come through subtly, but its effects will be deep, huge and wonderful in the collective energy field and consciousness.

June 27th is the midway point between the Solstice and the upcoming Solar Eclipse on July 2-3rd. It’s also an incredibly beautiful activation point for Freedom in Love, Freedom of the Divine Feminine in women, men and all life on Earth, as the very high Rose Light vibrations of Makarim, the Rose Planet, that flows through Messier 27 (see this post) aligns and anchors to a whole new level in the Solar System, into its natural holding points, the 27 moons of Uranus.

This activation will be flowing into specific nodes in the New Earth light-grid, and to anyone reading this, who feels called in your heart to anchor this Rose Light flow as it integrates into the lunar network of Uranus and reflects to our Moon and Earth, just open your heart, connect in Love with Gaia’s heart, and breathe in the Rose vibrations in unity with the (vision and intention of) planetary ascension blossoming as peacefully as possible within its highest trajectory. If you resonate with crystals and/or enjoy working with them, rose quartz crystals all around and within the planet are ready and willing to receive and hold the ’27’ Rose Light flow, for the highest good of all.

2019: Year of the Golden Circle

Dear All,

Fresh into a new year in the western calendar, the brightest star in the sky, Sirius, is at its annual zenith ~ its highest point in the sky occurring at midnight on New Year’s Eve (which may be direct overhead or slightly angled, depending on where you are on the planet). The vibrational ‘flow’ from this star to Earth aligns strongly at this time (as well as during its mid-year peak during the Lion’s Gate period, calculated on the heliacal rise of Sirius from the Ancient Egyptian era and calendar).

We’re also coming into a ’12’ year (2019 = 2+0+1+9 = 12) vibrationally, and 12 represents the ‘circle of life’…expressing through western astrology as the circle of 12 zodiac signs, in Chinese astrology the 12 year cycle, the 12 months of the solar year, 12 lunar months of a lunar year, with a day being 2×12(24 hours). The number 12 is a sublime number mathematically, and widespread through religious symbolism, from 12 tribes of Israel, 12 disciples of Christ, to the 12 petals of the Heart Chakra in Hinduism, and so forth. 12 also reduces to 3 (1+2=3), the triangle~triune~divine triad~sacred trinity~threefold flame vibration that is closely connected with ascending personal, collective and planetary/galactic energies.

At this moment, the higher dimensional portal of Sirius (a star system radiating threefold energy, with Sirius A and Sirius B visible in 3-4D, and Sirius C invisible but deeply ‘present’ as a star of the galactic cetacean beings) is open intergalactically. The presence of higher dimensional Sirian Light and light-beings has been building steadily over the last couple of weeks to this peak radiance (star family are chiming in with ‘ray-dance’), and we’d like to show this beautiful energy, which is still deeply aligning and amplified through to the first eclipse of 2019, a partial Solar Eclipse on January 5-6th, through photos taken from mid-December through to New Year. 🙂

On December 15th, three friends were at my home, and following a Sirian soul activation, we were ‘called’ outside by a sudden extraordinary downpour mixed with hail (pretty rare in Perth summer!), then as that stopped we witnessed the sky wash with higher dimensional light-waves, firstly in peachy gold, then rose, magenta-blue, and deeper purple colour vibrations, for about 10-15 minutes. There was a large Sirian ship present, a few smaller ones, and many whale forms in the clouds. The colours didn’t come out in the photos, but what did come through was high activity in the clouds lowest down between the trees ~ as you can see in the crops below (turned upside-down, or ‘right way up’, from their point of view!).

I’ve circled a few key ‘features’ in one of the photos; lower centre, what appears as a ramp or gangway with rails on either side, and an angelic/humanlike figure descending onto it, with another descending above, from a stationary disc-shaped lightship, with many faces around them…you can see (circled) a face to the left of the ramp, with a beautiful happy smile, and the face of a dog or wolf to the right (reflecting energies of the ‘Dog Star’). In the enlargements below, there’s a feline face visible just under the ship, watching over the beings ‘coming down to Earth’.

More feline and human-like faces can be seen watching over this arrival, from the clouds higher above. (This is symbolizing potential ‘open landings’ in the coming year or two; timing in the Earth time-frame will depend upon the level of vibrational convergence with higher consciousness/New Earth energies, in the human collective, and the pace of ‘planetary ascension acceleration’).

These beautiful energies continued to increase, and appeared most wonderfully on the night of the Solstice, December 21st, during a ‘heart-to-heart’ with Sirius in the night-sky. Sirius expanded into an unusual shape full of purple light (7D Sirian vibrations) with Procyon visible in the bottom right corner of the photo, in ‘normal’ focus, then the light projecting from Sirius went into many colours, with visible figures and faces projecting straight from the Soul Light of the Sirian star system.

In the circled area, there’s a very tall being standing on, or hovering just above, a golden light-disc, and you can see a small orb directly above their head. There are also many loving leonine and feline faces shining through this projection of soul energies. Thanks, beautiful beings!

On Christmas night, December 25th, the energies crystallized through a flash from a Sirian lightship, which you can see one side and tip of in the photo below (like a rectangular ‘platform’ with a transparent canopy over the top).

Again, on December 28th, during a Sirian activation (of a node in the New Earth light-grid in a friend’s garden), this lovely presence shone through soft wispy clouds overhead.

As the trinary Sirian energy ushers in this 12 (3) year, it feels ‘timely’ to mention here that there are now 15 constellations aligned wholly or partially along the ecliptic (the basis for the zodiac of 12 signs in western astrology), as Ophiucus makes its return in the collective consciousness, and with the ecliptic plane now just touching through Cetus (the Whale) and Orion (called the Hunter, but we prefer ‘galactic butterfly’ in a phase of great transformations), as can be seen on this map.

While the last two are brief touches, this alignment of 15 constellations in the annual ‘golden solar circle’ shifts the threefold vibration from 4×3 to 5×3, and in the context of the Earth’s Shift (and humanity’s inner evolution), there’s a completion of a specific circle of consciousness occurring this year, during a galactically synchronized expansion of higher frequencies that touch all beings, and build subtle bridges at the vibrational RNA-DNA level. This bridging theme initiates early in 2019, with the partial Solar Eclipse of January 5-6th, whose shade will cover the North Pacific region (including northeast Russia, northwest Alaska, Japan, Korea, northeast China and Taiwan). Through this eclipse, specific node points within this area that contain ‘bridge-building crystalline light unity seeds’ will activate, and align the energetic course through 2019.

Each ‘New Year’ celebrated at different moments throughout the 3-4D timeframe vibrates an energy of new beginnings, fresh energies, inspiration and rebirth through the human consciousness field, but at subtler vibrational levels, they all have certain metaphysical alignments, and it is no coincidence that Sirius, the ‘Sun of our Sun’, reaches its zenith in the Earth’s sky right at this moment (whether or not this is consciously felt, the higher dimensional light of Sirius shines into the Earth’s energy field with particular focus at this time). So enjoy the ray-dance of the New Year Star, beautiful friends and love anchors on Earth! Let’s clear our minds, calm our energies, let our beings fill with joy, bathe in each of our most loving, heartfelt visions of what living in the ‘New Earth’ looks and feels like, and allow the Light to flow through us all with ease. 🙂

Love’s Lens; An Interview with Melissa Peabody

It’s a total joy to share an interview with Melissa Peabody, a lovely ‘star sister’ living in San Francisco in the USA, who has been taking wonderful video footage of lightships, orbs, energies and other multidimensional phenomena and posting them as short documentaries at her website, myfirstcontact.net. When Melissa contacted me in 2017, I felt a close affinity with many of the ships, beings and energies vibrating through her films, and deeply appreciate and enjoy her approach, her openness and courage, in what she is sharing with the world.

Melissa, welcome and thank you so much for joining us today. Would you like to share a bit about your background, and your inspiration for starting myfirstcontact.net?

Absolutely, Joanna! It is a joy for me to have the chance to describe my project to you, and its unusual roots. Thank you. First of all, I am a documentary filmmaker and journalist by trade, a storyteller by nature. Through my company, Living World Films, I mostly make films about the environment, nature, and wildlife. With myfirstcontact.net, I’m simply pointing my camera in a different direction, up at the skies, and documenting the riveting unfolding cosmic story I’m finding there. And in my view, what arrives in our skies also becomes a part of our “living world,” as seen from a greatly expanded perspective different to the norm.

I started myfirstcontact.net because I was invited to—by Ashtar, Commander of the Galactic Federation Fleet, which right now has millions of starships stationed in our skies, to assist us in any way that they can, as we attempt to restore the health of this planet.

How I found Ashtar is a bit humorous. In 2016, I began to experience the strongest urge to meditate, which I had never done, and with crystals! At the time, I knew no one who did this, but I did it anyway, and really enjoyed it. I believe it also started raising my vibrational frequency, and directly impacted my perceptions of light and energy. For instance, I started seeing long exquisite rays of light coming out of headlights and streetlamps, filtering through the leaves of trees, their long slender shafts banded with rainbow colors. I sometimes felt energy downloads into my crown chakra, into my heart chakra. So I began searching the internet in earnest for clues as to what this could possibly mean—and found Ashtar, who talked about light, energy, and raising our frequencies. I was able to have a channeled session with him through Susan Leland, of Ashtar On The Road. And the joy and relief of that call! I asked him if he thought I might have eye damage, and he said no, that I was experiencing a “transformational transmutation”—that my third eye, or “wisdom eye,” had opened, and was translating what it perceived into my physical body and eyes.

Just 6 weeks later, I saw my first ships. In great synchronicity, I had another session with Ashtar the next day. He was very excited when I told him, because it reflected evolutionary progress on my part. But he also saw this as a wonderful new opportunity to create a service project, offering people everywhere the chance to see the lightships through my films, to hang out with them, and in his words, to “create heart connections” with them. Because they are presented without fear, just with the excitement and delight that I feel when I see them, film them, engage with them.

It is for this reason, that Ashtar encouraged me to make personal-style films of my experiences, like short journal entries, because people can connect with these more strongly, through the heart. It was also his idea that we have a SUBMISSIONS page on the website, to create a global community of “skywatchers” who explore together and support each other. (Thank you Joanna, for being an early submitter of ship photos to this page!!!). Ashtar continues to partner with me in this project to this day, giving me feedback and support. For my part, this film-journal format allows me to explore all kinds of fascinating metaphysical ideas that the ships and light beings give rise to in me.

This is fascinating and heart-warming, thank you Melissa, and akin to my experiences, from taking up meditation and connecting with Ashtar, to initial sightings, changes in visible light and ‘creating heart connections’ with our galactic family. You obviously have a lot of lightships, higher dimensional beings and phenomena appearing around you, in an observable and recordable way. Can you talk about the way you experience these light beings and presences, and when you first became aware of them?

The first time I saw lightships was on March 17, 2017. I was having a terrible time falling asleep, so finally I just got up and wandered out to my living room. Out the window, I saw 2 huge glowing red spheres of light hanging high above San Francisco’s downtown. I had no idea what they were, so I grabbed my cell phone and took some photos and videos.

Early the next day, I checked my phone. Sure enough, there were big red UFOs in my skies! And outside my window now were what looked like little round orbs bobbing about, and I took videos of them too. Finally, the next night, I filmed what looked like 2 joined, red half spheres, with a complex patterning on their skin. Then, the UFO just rolled into the black sky and disappeared. These experiences officially launched my project, and became “FILM 1.”

It was so surprising! After a lifetime of seeing no UFOs, no orbs, no light beings, I was starting to see them often, and this has continued ever since. Do they actually wake me up somehow? Maybe! They are often outside my window when I wake up at night, so I am somehow becoming aware of their presence at a deep level. My experience of them is joyful, sometime hilarious. Sometimes I feel a blast of what can only be described as “love energy” in the area of my heart. And they definitely demonstrate that they want to interact, they want to connect. And so do I.

Yes, the beautiful ‘love energy’! One of the aspects I really love about your way of showing connection and communication with star family/galactic beings through your interaction with them is the development of a form of visual dialogue (beautifully portrayed in the sequence of three films posted below, where you’re asking questions to those within the ships and they respond visually). This is familiar to me, as I often find myself talking (internally or aloud) with our starry friends while looking up at the sky. What sparked this approach for you, and how have you seen and felt this developing so far?

Well, first of all, my film storytelling format already involves me talking as I record, describing what I’m seeing, feeling, experiencing. Actually starting to talk to the ships and light beings just grew out of that approach. And second, it almost felt rude, or too coldly observational to film them for long minutes and say nothing, to not be sociable! So I started talking to them, and then I had an early experience of saying to an orb above my hill: “You look like you just moved.” And then it just zoomed down toward me so quickly! And I thought: “This orb heard me!”

So I started to experiment with that, talking to whoever appeared in my skies, asking them to move in various ways, to confirm once again that they heard me. And they moved. And that led me inevitably to the idea of—telepathy.

This idea came to me strongly while filming a ship during a rainstorm. It was definitely interacting with me, broadcasting its light in answer to my questions. But there I was, inside my house behind a pane of glass, and there it was out there in the howling wind and the rain. It was not possible that it “heard” my physical voice. It was communicating with me telepathically. As one of my favorite Sherlock Holmes quotes says: “Once you’ve eliminated the impossible, whatever remains, no matter how improbable, must be the truth.”

I think this is a wonderful approach to all interactions with UFOs, light beings, and orbs.

‘So do we!’ (from Ashura, smiling). Much gratitude to you, Melissa and star family, for this sequence of three films, which eloquently show the presence of telepathic/telempathic awareness and communication, within a focus of gentle, loving connection and relationship across dimensions.

In a more recent film (posted below), a fantastic visible shift in light comes through, around the ship you’re focusing with, like waves of light washing through the air. This theme of light and energy changing, heightening, sometimes tangibly so, comes through many of your films. Could you share with us your sense of what is happening in these moments?

This is a really interesting evolution in this project for me. I have only begun to film all kinds of energy in the skies around me this year, in 2018. And the energy presentations are becoming more and more complex. I’ve filmed different colors and densities of light energy pouring down through the sky, intricate patterns and designs of energy that look like light “codes” of some kind. Why are they here? What is their function? I have come to see them as the energetic building blocks of all life on the planet, because of course all life is made of energy.

These tides of energy visibly wash through our skies in much greater abundance during the major cosmic gateways, of Solstice and Equinox for instance. Each of these gateways appears to have its own “energy palette”—colored light energies that are ascendant. We also know each of our chakras vibrates at a different frequency, and each frequency is associated with what we perceive as a different color of light. My questions are these, among others—does each gateway energy palette minister to particular chakras, more so than others? Do we pick and choose / attract the colored light energies to our own chakra systems, according to our personal needs at the time.

But most important it seems to me, is that these frequencies / energies are “released” to us all, it is available to us all to use in our lives. It is visible. It can be filmed and documented. It is love energy, in my view, according to how it feels to me physically, energetically. Right now, for instance, San Francisco has had the dubious distinction of having the worst air quality on the planet, because of the nearby fires. And think of all those people who lost their homes—their very lives!

And yet the energy still comes through, cuts through the smoke and the flames. So I see these washes of beautiful colored light energy as deep messages of love and comfort, of sustenance and support. The energy is there for us, as a gift. It penetrates our world and our skies, no matter where we live, no matter what’s happening around us. And we can avail ourselves of it.

This ‘curtain of light’ is such a clear presentation, as a wave of golden light, followed by or shifting into a wave of purple/rose light. It has a profoundly immersive quality, so peaceful yet full of vibrancy, glowing with life.

Do you have a particular vision or purpose, in offering these experiences of direct connection through your films, or do you feel it as an evolving inner journey, or both…or more?

Both—and more! This topic has been “fringe-ified” for decades if not longer, and many people continue to be “triggered” by it because of that. I believe this has been consciously engineered, by Hollywood films that mostly present terrifying narratives around “aliens,” and by government programs like Project Blue Book. This was a program of the U.S. Air Force in the 1940s through the 1960s that collected citizens’ UFO sightings, creating a “silo effect” by putting the sighting accounts in classified files and by interviewing these people’s friends, family, and employers about their characters. Were they unreliable, did they exaggerate, did they have local law enforcement files on them, were they loyal Americans? Who would ever report another sighting again, under such scary and risky circumstances? Who would ask anyone else if they had had similar experiences? So bringing this topic into the mainstream—removing the fear trigger of this experience, countering the contrived and controlled “alien invasion” narrative—is a major goal.

Creating the beginnings of a global “skywatcher” community feels lovely. In the process, we are building an open, free, global archive of what we see in our skies, teaching and sharing with each other what is real for us. It is the very opposite of Project Blue Book. And I especially love that in doing this, we are essentially creating a citizens’ disclosure movement. I believe many at the higher levels in our governments are also aware of the ships in our skies. But they don’t tell us. At least not yet. So we are doing “Full Disclosure” on our own, from the ground up. I love this grassroots approach!

And finally, the personal growth I’ve experienced doing this project can’t be quantified, and I want to keep evolving along this fascinating path. The changes and expansions in my perceptions of the metaphysical reality around me have completely opened my mind to new possibilities of life itself. And my profound gratitude to Ashtar, for asking me to do this project—it is beyond words.

Yes! There’s a ground-swell of joy and expansion in this ‘disclosure from the grassroots’, from the ground up, worldwide. Is there any advice you would like to give, from your loving relation-ship (‘they’ just came through with ‘ship of loving relations’), to anyone who wishes to connect with beings and light frequencies vibrating in/from higher dimensions?

Oh yes! I would say, open your heart to them, first of all. Call in the ships of “the light,” the “beings of the light,” meaning the evolved beings that want to help us. They want relationship, with people around the globe. I have seen this, filmed this. I have felt this.

Start by calling them in, maybe chat with them—get comfortable with the feel of that, so you don’t feel self-conscious about it. Use your cameras and cell phones to try to film them. And perhaps most of all, start trying to raise your vibration, your frequency—by meditating, dancing, singing, painting, laughing, creative writing, walking out among the trees and the animals—whatever raises your “spirits.” And then keep looking up at the skies, in conscious invitation. Multidimensionality

Dear All,

Firstly, warm thanks to those of you who’ve sent in email messages and photos in the last few weeks/months. I reply as much as possible, but if you haven’t heard back yet, please know that I do appreciate people reaching out and connecting, and send love to you all. ❤ For this post, we’ll focus on recent questions from readers, then reflect on multidimensionality through a series of photos that express something of what it is to be multidimensional beings, and how this state of being is constantly fluidly interconnecting across multiple dimensions.

For questions about the Earth’s Ascension (this planet’s shift to a higher vibrational state) into a 5D rather than 4D ‘landing place’, we’d like to address this in relation to multidimensional convergence. At a primary level, Gaia (planetary soul of Earth) has chosen a 5D vibrational platform for her ‘ascension’. She hasn’t made this determination in isolation though; it comes with the counsel, guidance and support of the Galactic Council through to completion and ‘New Earth’ rebirth, riding on the broader momentum of a galaxy-wide rise in vibration. Every soul with an embodied form on Earth at this time is in full awareness of this shift before incarnating, and has chosen to focus an aspect of their energy and light through 3D physicality here to experience and assist this process.

For the soul, it’s well understood that once embodied under a dense grid/veil of forgetfulness, a few will retain full awareness and remembrance, some will regain it along the way, while some might not remember throughout their lifetime, and identify with the programming of lower vibrational grids based in fear and lack. From the soul’s viewpoint, there’s no judgement, only compassion for self and others. The soul has no doubt at all, only love and the wish to flow love in optimal ways for the highest well-being of All. It could seem logical that a 3D planet ascending its frequency would shift to 4D, rather than from 3 to 5. However, the Earth is already in predominantly 3 and 4D vibrational properties, and sits in its own localized 4D spacetime field, through which a collective 3D experience is projecting and expressing (see this post for Einstein’s recently proven 4D local spacetime hypothesis).

3D and 4D are close counterparts, the first vibrating a more ‘physical-seeming’ density, the second a more etheric-astral-plasmatic density. 1D and 2D are also complimentary counterparts, expressing as line and plane, whereas 3D and 4D express mathematically as cube and hypercube (also called the 4D tesseract). 4D is characterized by the attribute of vortex energy; the zero point within wormholes, black holes (which require space and time to exist), the ‘still point in the storm’, and is based on spiral motion dynamics, which can be seen in the counter-rotation effect of the ‘cube within a cube’ (within a cube, within a cube, into infinity).

The zero-point is where 4D exists in the unity, oneness, wholeness that flows harmoniously and in infinite variety in 5D and higher, but the vortex dynamic has been open to influence by less loving beings, which has pulled aspects of 4D (our localized 4D around the Earth, for instance) into heavy fluctuation. This is one of the reasons, when people awaken to higher dimensional awareness, they can experience feelings of increased polarization (emotional, mental, physical imbalances) until their alignment to the steady, serene unity vibrations of 5D+ becomes more deeply anchored and integrated.

While in the process of releasing lower grid programming (fear conditioning, ego-based wants etc), the higher, harmonious Love-in-Oneness flows into the opened heart centre, but scatters/refracts to some extent into the spiral energy flowing from and to the zero-point instead of radiating evenly; like a straw stirred in water that breaks the surface into ‘random ripples’, rather than the Love flow smoothly anchoring into the physical level and converging its frequency with the planetary ascension. In this 4D vibration, it can feel as though fears as well as joys are being amplified in the ‘spin cycle’, magnified highs and lows, and control-oriented beings attempt to steer people ‘into the spin’ as they begin to lift in vibration, to settle for a ‘4D ascension’ where polarization still holds sway. Those beings, however, are not able to see the ‘Whole’ picture, or its overall unfoldment.

5D attributes are somewhat alluded to mathematically by the amplituhedron, if you imagine the crystalline light lattice of 5D creational structure infinitely unfolding, as ‘particle and wave’ simultaneously.

This state of expression is beyond polarity ‘this or that’, to unity ‘this and that and more’ in every moment, and is by nature infinitely expansive. (All creation is infinitely expansive, polarity fields just give a convincing illusion of ‘this or that’, separation, when experienced under a veil of forgetfulness of the Source/Soul connectedness that is truly always present). Gaia’s shift into a 5D frequency band (with her ascending travellers; humans, animals, plants, elemental beings and more) takes the planet beyond the influence of that illusion, into authentic loving wholeness, sharing and cooperation, that also aligns with the wider interplanetary and galactic community based in 5D+ vibrations (5D and 6D are also closely twined, the ever-blooming crystalline light lattice and the liquid light wave that supports it…the wave forms in the amplituhedron being reminiscent of pliable fluid 6D light-waves).

With the photos below, from the night of August 6th 2018, we’d like to share in a ‘personal’ way how higher dimensions overlap, merge, and shift effortlessly through form and energy representations as various frequency signatures come into focus moment to moment within and across realms of pure Love, trans-dimensionally. The first sequence shows Ashura’s energy in orb form where he stood in his light-body in the driveway, first quite subtle and fuzzy, appearing under the bough of a tree where we have an interdimensional portal, then becoming very bright as he walked toward me. He was standing a few metres away at that moment, and his energy was very tangible as his ‘light orb’ (projection of his soul light) came to a standstill there.

Here he is, orb still ‘tracking’ precisely as he walked up onto the grassy bank beside the driveway.

His/our 5D soul light was radiating through the orb as it hovered just above the ground, with a merge of our feminine and masculine energies in 5D frequencies appearing softly within the orb (see enlargements below). The orb settled on the ground as we ‘landed’ our 5D energies, then rose higher and shifted more into 7-9D soul light, feminine and masculine energies still merged in one form.

In the two lower photos, a single figure is standing in the top of the orb, on a sphere/moon/planet, emanating from our angelic soul expression.

In the next orb, our masculine and feminine energies are representing as two distinct figures, male and female, with a bright light radiating through the background. (There’s also a very faint outline of a third figure to our right, of a close soul family member focusing with us at that moment). In this orb, there is still the same colour range of light rose-violet with silvery-white and aqua blue as in the previous orbs, as it’s still the same ‘thread’ of soul energies, but with a golden tinge in the foreground, as we were sending golden light into the grids at the time.

Following this, many orbs began pouring through the portal (with orbs of Ashura and our dear soul companion Tanabor on the grassy bank, supervising and anchoring).

The orbs/soul family energies flowed forward over the driveway, flying lower and closer.

Then they all settled on the ground together, flowing and anchoring higher dimensional light into the earth in unison. The energy around them felt really beautiful, gentle and peaceful. 🙂

In the orb below, I’ve enlarged the upper part of the orb, where there’s a light goldish-green face outlined in dark hair showing through, and with a v-necked top slightly visible (with more faces to the left, but not so clear). Thanks, star brothers/sisters. Below is a little blue face on the left, and a large ‘baby face’ on the right, with an eye especially visible near the centre of the orb. Each soul imprint is unique, yet interweaving and completely unified, while expressing through several dimensions simultaneously.

To everyone reading, we are all multidimensional beings living in a multidimensional universe/omniverse, and we hope these photos make what can seem like a nebulous abstract concept a little more tangible. Multidimensional awareness begins with centering in the heart chakra, seat of the soul; universal love opens the door, crosses dimensions, and is woven through every soul thread expressing from your Oversoul…which is ‘metadimensional’, co-creating through the infinite attributes of multiple dimensions in wondrous diversity and cohesion.

During this planetary shift into higher dimensional expression, all 3-4D lower grid facets that are out of alignment with the New Earth vibration are gradually converging (with much assistance from higher dimensions) into the primary ascension energy stream and attributes (through 3-4D, this would translate as a ‘primary timeline’). As they converge, whatever is non-aligned is thrown into focus, during this process of clearing, transformation and transcendence, which can appear from 3D as though the world is falling deeper into polarity extremes, as though it is splitting and dividing more. But behind the drama, it’s all coming together through the impetus of ascension ~ while distortions are continuously exposed, ultimately for personal and collective release through forgiveness, compassion and unconditional love. Particles fluctuating in the illusion are always realigned to the original eternal Wave during these shift processes. It’s the nature of Love.

Currently, there are massive changes happening around Mars/in the Mars lower grids, and the flow-on effect to Earth is rising. Transformations July-Aug 2018

Coming into the peak of the 2018 Lion’s Gate on August 8th (8-8, the vibration of the Double Infinity), inbetween the deep-reaching Lunar Eclipse of July 28th and the completion of this ‘Eclipse Trinity’ with a partial Solar Eclipse on August 11th, we’ll take a moment to share a sequence of photos of the Lunar Eclipse that show the waves of clearing and transformation of Moon-Mars energies initiated on July 28th, with clearing effects rolling through to the completion of this phase with the August 11th Eclipse.

Either side of the Lunar Eclipse, clouds in front of the moon symbolized the aligning energies, firstly on July 26th with an appearance of the Christed Feminine in the form of a woman standing in cross-form with a large bow (or crescent/arch) to her left, reaching her hand toward Mars.

This Eclipse preparation showed through so joyously, with the Divine Feminine standing in her pure Light, while the shadow forms she has been viewed through (‘capricious goddesses’ requiring worshipful placation, as with portrayals of Artemis/Diana, lunar goddess of the hunt in the Greek and Roman pantheons, and other feminine deities imprinted with a martial/Martian aspect) can be seen peeling away through the Bow. From hunting bow to the Arc of the Divine Mother, from death-blows to cradling embrace in Love, seen, known and felt as Unconditional Love and Cherishment again as distortions dissolve.

The Eclipse itself peaked at 4:20am on July 28th here; the photo sequence below came through between 4-5am in communion with soul family, with many 5d+ beings and beautiful ships focusing their Light to transmute each wave of lower astral energies that churned out toward the Moon and Earth from the 4D grid around Mars. This is the first stage of a release and transformation of the Martian shadow matrix, being implemented for the upliftment of that planetary soul’s energy field, within the overall ascension of the Solar System. The ‘astral mists’ in these photos were not visible in 3D, but appeared clearly as I/we were tuned to the Shifting process, and how this appeared was that each time a ‘wave of unrest’ came through, white orbs showed where soul lights transmuted the energies, wave by wave.

July 28th, Eclipsed Moon appears red, with Mars close by, upper left, in swathes of lower astral energies that were continuously transmuted into Peace & Love by many assisting Light Beings and ships of the Ashtar Command.

Archangelic soul light wraps around Mars, representing as a huge white orb, and purifies the churning energies.

Our orb is joined by a ‘Trinity of Lights’ forming a protecting Bow/Arc around the Eclipsing Moon, with many helpers.

A concentrated stream of dense energies/entities sweeps in….

…spreading into black heart shapes, with one clearly visible around Mars…

…smoothed, calmed and diffused by Loving Lights.

Another ‘wave’ of astral entities and dense imprints/phantasms comes through.

An Angelic Arch forms next to Mars and the energies are defused…

…with a cradling ‘nest’ forming around the Moon.

Another wave, this time with a very large ship visible below the Moon, with energies bearing down toward it (see crops below, with photo turned around – disc-shaped ship lower right of Moon).

A beautiful light-shield forms; merged soul lights of Archangels Gabriel & Zadkiel (white and violet) and Leonine energies.

Energies of unrest have resolved into peaceful equilibrium, held in love and grace.

In the wake of this awesome Eclipse clearing, the last week has seen much adjusting and easing on the subtle levels, and from an Earth perspective, a deeper reaffirming and amplifying of the New Earth Light-Grid, as it flows and transmits frequencies/codes/vibrational integrations of higher consciousness, universal love, and unity to all life here, and indeed, further afield.

On the night of July 28th, Beings of Love wrote signs around the Moon, of the successful fulfillment of this phase of renewal of Divine Alignment among our sun Solaris’s ‘companion family’ of planets and moons…so beautiful to witness, feel and radiate, in this transformational journey we are all travelling with and sharing.

As the ‘signs aligned’, a lightship appeared mirroring the Moon ~ or as there are layers of meaning and symbolism here, it could be seen as a Twin Moon, phasing unveiled across the opened, shifting spacetime fabric.

Choose to stay loving and peaceful within these shifts, beautiful friends, and through turbulent appearances of extremes in the collective and planetary field. Imagine you are viewing this lovely planet from the perspective of a Being of pure LoveLight existing beyond the ‘veil’ and its shadow-screen, unaffected by it, clearly seeing and feeling through your divine heart in every moment, blissfully aligned with the purpose of Being Love, radiating love to all around you and all life, trusting the transformation-in-progress you/we are sharing in and assisting with countless loving beings. You/we all are these Beings, emanations of Love and Joy, of Divine Light. 🙂

PS: During this ‘eclipse window’ is an optimal time to activate (or reaffirm/strengthen) the Well of Dreams Chakra, a chakra that sits in the brain stem area, now renewing at a collective level and a key to overwriting the old fear-based ‘programming’ in the brain with new visions and creations aligned with Universal Love. Holding the image or intention of a pink Peony Rose (pictured below) in/around this chakra deeply assists its opening and clarity of vibration (see Practice 7 on the Practices page for guidance with this).

Golden Solstice 2017

Greetings All ❤

On the eve of the longest day here in the southern hemisphere and the longest night for our beautiful friends in the north, we wish everyone a very joyous Solstice! Within the centre of this counterpoise is a very fine vibration flowing this year, the culmination of all the gateways and moments of such strong alignment through 2017 that have anchored much pure LoveLight into key points around and within the Earth, and within the hearts of many loving ones. The flow of crystalline light through the Earth Grid ~ both its newly co-created and ancient flow-lines and nodes ~ is radiant from a higher dimensional view, and is streaming through into 3D reflection within and around us in countless ways. Amid the tensions of individual and collective 3D-projected expressions around the planet, the Light finds its way innately through the paths of least resistance, curving around obstacles as water in a river curves around rocks…and it can be accessed within the heart of every soul who responds to the quietly persistent inner voice that says ‘let go and open to the freedom of Infinite Love’.

There’s a glorious Diamond Light quality to the flow coming through this Solstice, that initiated on the 12:12 and is ongoing, blending with the pure Golden Flame of Christ Consciousness embracing the Earth and Solar System through this planetary and solar process of vibrational shift. As we approach the Solstice and Christ Mass, with gratitude to all holding the higher Light alignment for all living beings here, in the company of all the beings of Love assisting and supporting upliftment, here is personal sharing which we hope will give your hearts a smile, of an exquisite expression of the magic of Love, from the 11:11 gateway this year, following a meditation focused with the golden Christ Light with star brothers and sisters.

Toward the end the meditation, in my inner vision a golden Carian Being appeared (birdlike being, of the Horus soul group), radiating light like the Sun. After the meditation, attuned with the Golden Light, while beginning to give my energy field a good clean, a beautiful hawk alighted on a branch outside the window, tawny russet with golden eyes and legs. It’s the first time I’ve ever seen a hawk land in this tree, so close to the house, and it stayed for twenty minutes in the same spot, always visible and watching me through the window, as it preened from top to toe, entirely relaxed and at ease as it stretched like a ballet dancer on the branch, as if dancing in slow motion. Because of the time of day and angle of the Sun reflecting in the glass, it looked as though a field of golden light with coloured flowers was spread out above the hawk’s head:

The Horuses send this symbol of seeing through the Golden Light, through the Christ within, for this Solstice of 2017 ~ and in every moment ~ forever flowing through the Tree of Life from the Heart of Source. Much focus is given on Earth to opening the Third Eye (pineal chakra), but also feel this; when we’re aligning through our centre, seeing through the Eye (I) of the Heart, the pineal eye will open naturally of its own accord, in perfect equilibrium and without disturbance, because everything within us balances from and around the centre-point, our inner Heart Star, where the eternal spark resides. Then the ‘above’ and ‘below’ are always in Oneness, connected and flowing through the centre.

Enjoy this Solstice moment everyone ~ may the Golden Diamond Light of Source flow through our breath to All, filling all our beings with Divine Plenitude, anchoring in the earth through our every step, radiating from our loving hearts through our hands to everything and everyone we touch, enhancing and strengthening the Ascending Earth and all life here in every moment. And So Be It.

Inner Heart Q&A

In the heart there is a door, and through the door there is an inner realm. Within this realm are all the energies we are creating with in every moment, and deep within there is a tiny cave, where we can meet the Infinite and merge into the Oneness of All.

Dear All,

Today’s post is in response to questions readers have sent about Inner Heart meditation, which I’ve been practicing for the last seven years following a ‘moment of epiphany’ that began transforming my self-awareness, opened a universal perspective based in unconditional love, and opened the door to remembering and connecting directly with Source, higher self, star family and the infinite light-ocean of loving souls throughout the multiverse.

Blessings to everyone who has opened (or is returning) to ‘the call of the soul’, for recognizing the pure, central inner voice that is always there within every one of us beyond the distractions, screens, stories and disguises the ego-self uses to cover its fear of not being safe in life, in the universe, or indeed in embodiment. This opening is an expression of aligning with self-love, love for Source, love for all creation, and meditating in the Inner Heart opens an infinite realm of inner life, creativity and connectedness with the Heart of Creation that symbolically shows all our inner vibrations, through the alignment of will with soul purpose every moment we choose to ‘go in’.

In this Inner Heart realm, within our convergence point of Soul’s purpose in this incarnation and beyond, within our sanctuary that is connected with the entire soul field of Source, true magic happens! We hope the Q&A below will help clarify why and how the vibrational magic of the Inner Heart works.

I’ve read that centering in the heart is a ‘new age misconception’. Why do you see it as important?

There is a view of ‘being in your head or your heart’ ~ that equates with living through (and acting on) thoughts/beliefs or emotions/feelings, where the heart is understood as the emotional centre of our being ~ and that putting your feelings and ability to feel in the driver’s seat is counter-productive to evolution of consciousness. However, at a deeper level, the centre-point within the heart chakra is more than the play of emotions, it is the seat of the soul, the ‘zero-point’ of pure Divine connection, of the soul spark within us, extending and expressing from Source/God/Great Spirit/Divine Consciousness. When we centre our focus, hone our consciousness, into that point, we are opening to our soul connection, to our soul’s ‘inner voice’ and awareness, flowing with intuition and inner sense/innocence, which is infinite and expressing from and as Source extended into the infinite points of awareness we interpret as individual existence and experience.

Many meditation paths prioritize the mind, mastering the brain, or activating the third eye/pineal gland in order to ‘see’ and receive input from beyond physical density. We have a situation currently where many awakening people have activated their pineal ability, or raised their kundalini (or both) before having anchored and opened in the heart, in the middle, the seat of the soul connection. The third eye can see subtle energies, but it is the heart centre that feels them ~ which with attunement and clearing of blockages, has the natural ability to sense the quality of all vibrations, the properties of energies and ‘where they’re coming from’. The inner eye represents energies through imagery that can be recognized instantly in their essence and vibration through the Inner Heart’s resonance, the inner sense which is the instrument of true discernment…no matter whether they are internal energies arising from the subconscious mind, or radiating/transmitting from another being or consciousness, when felt through the heart centre.

I already have a meditation practice I enjoy and am comfortable with. What’s different about doing Inner Heart meditations and what are the benefits?

Inner Heart meditation aligns the mind’s natural capacity to creatively imagine (image-IN) with the Divine inner sense within the heart centre, so that we can anchor our consciousness and consciously co-create within and from the seat of our soul in the ‘form’ of an Inner Heart realm. This Inner Realm works with imagery (and potentially with sounds, scents, tastes and tactile impressions) that reflects and describes all the energies, at every level, with which we are focused, engaged and interacting consciously and subconsciously, and shows us these energies in a visual way that allows us to ‘see’ how we’re really feeling, what energies we are connecting with, and what thought-forms we’re creating, very clearly.

We can then clear old energies, heal, play, explore, relax, connect and create with ‘new’ energies, in alignment with our soul purpose and soul Light in a direct connection to Source within, that isn’t just understood as a concept or belief but is deeply and wholly felt. The beauty of this form of heart-centered meditation is that it leads into a very loving, coherent, synchronized natural flow where ‘inner’ and ‘outer’ are experienced as One, interwoven and reflecting continuously.

The benefits of allowing yourself to simply BE in your centre-point are, at the most fundamental level, the joy and freedom of being able to live, breathe and walk your innate Divine nature in this world, radiating peaceful Love in everything you do, wherever you are, whoever you’re with, in harmonious, expansive alignment to the overall purpose you incarnated with.

I start in my head, but when I look down all I see is blackness. How do I find the way to the Heart Door?

For readers new to the Inner Heart, there is a method for bringing your awareness from the head to the heart on the Inner Heart page. However, if you’re at that starting point within the centre of your head and see only blackness below (and/or around you) when focusing toward the heart, it’s a signal to focus on putting in an energetic foundation to connect with and anchor into. We recommend the ‘three foundational heart practices’ on this page to start building that anchoring energy point in a way that is pure and simple, activating your soul alignment. Focus with these exercises daily perhaps for a week or two, then when you feel ready begin with the Inner Heart practice again, and see whether you can now see or feel a place to ‘land’ in your heart, in front of your Inner Heart door.

I can go into my heart and visualize the Heart Door, but it won’t open. What should I do?

You can ask for help from a guide of highest Love. In my case, when I ‘got to the door’ it was locked, and I didn’t have a key. I asked for help with finding my key, and it was Sananda (Jesus) who met me there, with a master key. 🙂 I was able to unlock the door and walk through ~ this is something we can only do ourselves, but all the Love in the multiverse is always ready and willing to support and assist our re-opening to higher vibrations and soul alignment. Whenever connecting with guiding beings, just ask and make the clear intention to connect with beings of pure Divine Love in highest service to All.

The Heart Door is opening, and all I see inside is blackness or a blank space.

When you’ve opened the door, focus on your feet. Imagine there is green grass opening into a field. Step one foot onto the grass. Really focus on feeling it, the softness of grass under your bare feet. Because the heart is a feeling centre, attuning to tactile sensations can help orient you in a place/space you maybe haven’t ever consciously entered before in this life. So if you can’t immediately see anything, let yourself open to the feeling of grass, or a path, under your feet, warmth on your skin, like the warmth of sun rays. As you keep stepping forward into that space, let it become more tangible around you…stay relaxed, and invite your Inner Heart realm to become more tangible around you. Start with what’s right in front of you ~ the grass, a path, then maybe you can see a stream, and a bridge over that stream. These are basic common features in the human ‘heart realm’, there are others too….and of course, each of us is adding, creating, experiencing our unique variations and affinities among and around those common features of grass, a path, a bridge over the Source stream, and so forth.

I go into my Inner Heart and float off inside, and everything disappears.

Okay, focus on grounding yourself in there. An easy way to do this is with a tree. Perhaps there are trees in a garden in your Inner Heart realm, or a grove or forest. So imagine sitting yourself at the foot of a large tree in there, your back resting on the tree’s trunk. Feel its solidity, the thrum of life flowing through as the tree receives light from above and streams it down into the earth through its roots. Let your focus and energy ground with those roots ~ the beautiful Light of Life flowing through you and earthing through your base chakra/base of the spine as you sit there, or if you prefer, standing and hugging the tree, with the life force earthing through the soles of your feet. You can always grow wings and fly in your Inner Heart (or without wings, for that matter!), but from a firm, settled foundation you’ll find yourself able to stay anchored in your centre-point.

Is there another way to experience and create in the Inner Heart than visualization, if I’m not a strong visualizer?

Yes! Play to your strengths. If you’re an auditory person, you could start by listening to your Inner Heart realm. Maybe there’s the whisper of a soft breeze through treetops, the sound of running water in a stream, or you can hear birdsong. Let those sounds guide you, and begin to take form in your inner visioning. Or if you have a strong sense of smell, imagine breathing in. What does the ‘inner air’ smell like? Does it carry the scents of flowers or the woodiness of trees, the scent of the sea or earth? If a unicorn or a phoenix was approaching you, what would they smell like? Or maybe you feel the warmth of sunlight on your skin, or the coolness of water as you wade into a pool upstream at the foot of your Source waterfall. Inner Heart is your centre of infinite creation ~ relax, play and enjoy it.

How do I connect with my Higher Self in the Inner Heart?

Higher Self is principally a concentrated guiding focus from your Oversoul, which can express through countless soul aspects across many dimensions, galaxies and universes, and it can ‘present’ to your inner awareness in whichever way serves best in the moment and for this incarnation/soul purpose. You can ‘meet’ your Higher Self in your Inner Heart realm; you might like to designate a particular place for Higher Self meetings, such as inside your Inner Heart temple, or in a spot you find especially lovely and restful. Imagine you’re sitting down and inviting your Higher Self to come and meet you. Notice how it appears, maybe in a specific form and gender (or not), maybe representing as human or as a different being, or even as a ball or stream of light. It will appear in whatever way works best for you to connect with and remember your Inner Divine being. Your Higher Self might sit down facing you, and speak to you. Maybe it has a message for you, or something to give you that has a special symbolism, or maybe you’re just bathing in its light. As you continue to meet your Higher Self, feel how the connection deepens and becomes more aligned, until a moment arrives when you experience a merged state, and as you keep aligning, this can become continuous and you can constantly ‘see’ through that guiding awareness, and perceive, speak and act from that oneness.

I open my Heart Door, and it’s chaos in there! I feel overwhelmed.

The Inner Heart reflects your energies, both high vibrating energies, and all conscious and subconscious thoughts and emotions that obscure the Source/Higher Self connection. Just breathe and stay calm, knowing that within the seeming storm is a still point, the zero-point of pure stillness and infinite awareness, infinite Love. Let that stillness radiate through your heart, settling all energies into a deeper harmony. You can send this harmony as light (violet light for clearing, green light for relaxing and restoring the heart vibration, golden light for renewal etc) or as a sound, your heart’s tone. Trust yourself.

I’m seeing entities and energies in my Inner Heart that don’t feel benign. How do I clear them?

Because the Inner Heart shows all energies in a pictorial or symbolic form, it is immensely valuable in revealing any attaching energies that may be lodging in various layers of your being, such as entities, implants, or residual imprints of previously cleared energies that are still affecting your energy field and consciousness. Energies that you have inadvertently invited into your field, energies given an in-road through unresolved (or unrecognized) fears, anger, distrust or resentment, and dissonant energies vibrating from other souls you have closely connected with, can also all be cleared within your Inner Heart.

There are many ways to do this, your Higher Self is guiding, and high Lights are ever present to assist. Violet Flame is a primary transformer of energies; you can call in the Violet Flame to fill your body and subtle bodies and envision this Flame filling and surrounding you, clearing and transforming all energies not of unconditional love. Golden Flame restores energies to their original highest vibration. Silver Flame lifts energies into transcendence and re-formats your energy field to a high vibration. Or you can focus with a specific clearing practice (such as the Kaiba Crystal Practice, which includes revoking permissions, practice 13 on the Practices page).

I go into my Inner Heart and it always looks the same, or small. It never seems to expand beyond a certain point (and/or there seems to be an invisible boundary I can’t explore beyond).

This is showing a subconscious fear that’s limiting your expansion, putting a ‘safe boundary’ around what you can experience…in case it’s not safe. Give yourself permission to be completely free in your Inner Heart realm, and allow inner guidance to show you how to heal and transform this fear into unconditional trust and the joy of exploring and creating as the Soul of Love you are. Often from early childhood, the ego-self learns to stay within conditioned limits, physically, emotionally and mentally, or it won’t be ‘safe’, and accepts or becomes attached to many constructs and boundaries that inhibit true inner connection. The Inner Divine core of our being knows creation is limitless, eternal and infinite, and that Love is in a constant state of expansion, new creation and renewal. Playing within the Inner Heart can actually show you this expansion. It feels miraculous, to dissolve old invisible barriers into the pure joy of creating from the heart. 🙂

Again, Silver Flame dissolves limitations, so envision sending pure silver light throughout your Inner Heart realm, then see what/who comes to meet you in your heart.

Sometimes I can go in, other times it feels distant and vague, or my mind drifts out and the Inner Heart fades.

First of all, relax, relax and trust yourself. If you’ve got ‘mental dialogues’ going on, or stress, or physical discomfort of some kind that’s distracting you, always come back to the prime simplicity of your breath. Focus on breathing slowly and deeply, feel that breath going into your lungs, chest, heart area. You are innately in rhythm with the universe on every breath. Breathe in Love, breathe out Love, breathe in Light, breathe out Light, let everything else clear away into calm presence. Be fully present with yourself. Then do a Heart Star and Golden Apple practice, and go into your Inner Heart within this vibration of well-being. It’s never going to go away, it’s always within you ~ love and trust your innate capacity and soul urge to align, and be patient and gentle.

Also, if the Inner Heart realm keeps fading in and out or seems distant, go there more often, frequently ‘touch base’ in there throughout the day. Rather than waiting until you can do a ‘full meditation’, even if it’s for just a minute or two, regularity of focusing into the Inner Heart, turning your energy toward it, just stepping in there and smelling a rose, bathing in the light for a few moments in the midst of a busy day or various distractions helps to build your connection, until eventually that inner connecting becomes your auto-pilot.

How do I know if I’m really in my Inner Heart (and not just making stuff up from ego wishes)?

By having no agenda. Unrecognized ego energies (fear-based energies) tend to travel in camouflage, and if brought unresolved in the direction of the heart space, will project needs, wants, expectations, doubts and fears that can subtly (or not so subtly!) colour and influence how you connect with the Inner Heart and what you see and experience. In this state, the creative imagination faculty of the mind slips away from true alignment with the Soul and Inner Heart realm and its inner sense/innocence…and images and stories are being created inside an ‘ego bubble’ rather than in the Source-connected, all-connected Inner Heart.

Compassion, non-judging self-honesty and trust build a wholesome inner alignment, with an ability to recognize internal tremors and transmute those vibrations calmly, so the alignment can become clear and pure again. The more often and regularly you step into your Inner Heart realm simply for the joy of it, for the love of communing with Love, the more your inner awareness heightens, and the more steady and beautiful the journey becomes. ❤

10-10-10 ~ The Giving Gate

Dear All,

During the last week, and especially in the window since the Full Moon, another very high vibration in an unfolding sequence of uplifting Light has been focused toward the Earth, and will anchor into the planetary energy field and supporting light grids fully on the 10-10-2017 (2017=10). This vibration streams through the colour ‘tones’ of purple and golden light ~ resurrection and restoration of the inherent ‘sacred goldenprint’ of life from a limited state of expression to natural expansion and expansiveness, through compassion and surrender to Source.

This is a profoundly gentle energy of Giving, aligned when we’re in a state of unconditional compassion for ourselves and others, loving the Oneness of All as the personal self gives itself completely to the loving overview and guidance of Source through the merging of what we call our ‘higher selves’ (focused guiding aspect of our Oversoul) ~ yet it is also deep and intense, a pure Gift received and shared freely, available when we allow ourselves to bathe in compassion and devotion, and become a reservoir for the golden Christ light of renewal.

In The North Star, we mentioned the Silveray as the first of nine beautiful motherships to be regenerated from the imprints of original templates held in higher dimensional crystals that were formerly Core Crystals of these lightships, now retrieved, purified and healed. Since then, three more of these ships have ‘rebirthed’ ~ the Butterfly (Ba’Shiila), the Sapphire Star (Elam’Ashar) and the Caritas (Amrisha). We’ll return to the first two in a new post, and will focus with the Caritas today, as its energy is related to a particular purple and golden light which it is transmitting from another galaxy.

Following on with the theme of ‘north’ and being in one’s ‘true north’ from a soul purpose perspective, the Caritas hails from Alphecca, alpha star of Corona Borealis, the Northern Crown, a small constellation that contains a magnificent galactic supercluster.

Alphecca forms an ‘arc to Arcturus’ with Spica, alpha star of Virgo, and like the higher dimensional liight beings of Spica, the Alpheccans are closely connected with Arcturians, and are represented in the Arcturian High Council. The Core Crystal of the Caritas (Earth translation of their ship’s name Amrisha, which they’ve given in the Latin form of the word ‘charity’) was gifted to the Alpheccans by angelic beings from a galaxy in the Corona Borealis Supercluster, who stream their energy into this one via the Northern Crown. The galaxy they come from/focus their light from is known by astronomers as Abell 2142, as seen in the beautiful X-ray photograph below:

This magenta-purple is a perfect representation of their Light ~ purple, through which golden light shimmers like fluidic light ripples. The ‘A-Bells’ radiate as a collective angelic light consciousness who vibrate the spirit of giving from pure Love ~ unconditional giving without any expectation or focus on what is returned, simply for the expansion of Love. And this purple-golden flow of free giving is being focused to the Solar System and Earth now through the Caritas, amplified through the lunar portal leading into and on the Full Moon of October 5-6, and intensifying through the 10-10-10 Gateway.

The in-streaming movement of their Light showed in photos on October 3rd in the form of orbs (‘light balls’ representing/showing the energies of specific souls and/or soul group) passing through the lunar portal, as the energy of Full Moon was building:

The Core Crystal of the Caritas appears as an elongated marquise form, like this (existing in higher dimensions, as a crystalline light-form encoded by the A-Bells and holding the multidimensional template of the Caritas, continuously transmitting the vibrational message of Giving):

This marquise form could be seen reflected in the portal/stargate opening above and around the Moon, as it continued to shape more distinctly on October 3rd; here you can see the upper half of the portal clearly visible, across several dimensions. In the lower astral band of the fourth dimension, entities can be seen particularly around the lower edge of the portal who were intent on ‘veiling the door’ from the A-Bell stream. However, faces of many benevolent higher dimensional beings could also be seen within the portal, as the Light continued to flow uninterrupted.

A giant spherical ship (a 5-7D Andromedan crystalline light-sphere) came in close to anchor and stabilize the portal, which represented in the photo below like a ‘twin moon’ (the Moon is at lower right partially behind cloud, with the light-sphere very close above it to the upper left, and larger than the Moon!):

Through the 10-10-10 alignment, the highest Trinity Gateway of 2017, comes this divine giving from the Heart of Source, through many realms of pure Love, to all on Earth. The meditation below is for aligning the 10-10-10 flow, but can be used any time from here on:

Bring your focus into your heart centrepoint, breathe deeply…and let your body and mind relax, letting all tension and distractions go. Relax into the Love that you are, let its natural warmth strengthen in your heart and radiate through and around you as a radiant star of pure light. Connect from your heart with the Heart of Source and the Heart of Gaia, with love and gratitude.

Focus your intention on connecting with the universal flow of Giving, and that as you open to this gift of Giving through the Purple Light of Compassion, it flows and ripples through you to all life on Earth and beyond in an infinite stream. You are the infinite stream, as it flows eternally through you. Feel the light-heartedness of this Purple Angelic Light, like a kiss in your heart that effortlessly radiates through you, bathing your whole being, extending to all life, free in and with Love.

Now see/feel a stream of Golden Light flowing down through you, shimmering through the purple, dancing through you, pure and warm. As the Golden Light flows down through you, all your chakras ignite and activate as balls of golden light, you can feel this light directing through your Heart Chakra and Resurrection Chakra, all unified, balanced and freely flowing in One Flow. As your chakra column lights with gold, it spreads as simply as breathing out, through your whole being down to the DNA strands, molecules, cells in your body, ions and subtle layers, your whole energy field, in this beautiful stream of Giving, as you give yourself to Source, where you always Are. Let yourself bathe in the renewal and regenerative vibration of the purple and golden light, and feel this vibration enveloping the whole planet on every level, infusing the collective energy field with resurrection-through-compassion. And So Be It.

DNA Activation September

Hello dear All,

Welcome to this month’s 10-10 DNA activation (10-9-2017=10-9-10), which is enhanced through the flow of the 9-9 Gate ~ a high focus of Angelic Light into and around the Earth to all life here, through the emerald green light vibration of healing, refreshment and new life.

For today’s DNA Activation, with the 10-9-10 gateway of 9th dimensional Angelic energies flowing through the middle of the ‘twin 10s’, we’ll begin with a green light visualization, and activate our merged Golden Star in the Heart within the green healing vibration. The 10-9-10 opens true Higher Self alignment, to meet and merge with Higher Self as the Inner Divine we are, multidimensional and universal…with Angelic support, attunement and grace. So we’re recallibrating and recoding through to the physical layer, to our highest potential, embraced in wings of Love.

Begin by focusing into your Heart, feeling your heart centre warm, peaceful, and relaxed. Let any tension unwind from your body, mind and emotions, as you breathe and relax. Visualize a point of emerald green light in your heart centre, and as it brightens, let it flow outward, bathing your body and energy field in this pure healing vibration. Feel every cell opening, relaxed and receptive, to this strong, gentle stream of pure life energy, refreshing your whole being.

Now breathe golden light into your heart and see this light radiate through your Being with the eternal presence of your Inner Divine Self, One with Source. Feel its infinite warmth and love, the Heart of Source that beats within all our hearts, pulsing pure love, joy and peace. Feel the masculine and feminine energies within you merge into One. Feel your ‘higher self’ and ‘lower self’ merge as One, unifying as your Inner Divine Self, a pure expression and extension of Source, across dimensions, and universes, into this Now. The light of the Golden Heart of Source is flowing through you, transforming your whole being into Unconditional Love. Breathe into it. Feel the gentle, everlasting rhythm flowing through you. It IS us all.

When this merge of green and gold light feels steady and strong, in pure love for yourself and All, continue now with the Golden Stars Visualization.

Hold the image/intention of a 4-point star of golden light in your heart centrepoint, then a 6-point star of golden light in your heart centrepoint, and imagine them overlaying each other and merging together. Feel your DNA strands being bathed in the purifying, restoring golden light of this merged star, that it is vibrating the message of unconditional love and harmony, ascension and expansion to the 64 codons (the 64 amino acid building blocks) in each strand of your DNA, through the 6 and 4, harmony and love. Expand this merged star through your body and auric field, take deep, relaxed breaths, place your hands on your heart centre, and hold the vision, with this intention:

Within this sacred merging of Love and Blissful Gratitude all limiting factors in the codes of my DNA, RNA and epigenomes are now dissolved completely. Every strand is receiving the highest available imprinting of the ‘goldenprint’ of Divine Love, in harmony and ease, in alignment with my highest good and the highest good of all. In this now, my physical body is vibrating with, and transforming into, golden crystalline light, filled with grace and joy. I Am Love. I Am Harmony. I Am Grace, radiating the restoration of Love to all Life, everywhere. And So It Is.

Now through the golden well-being you Are, see/feel a pure white light spiral emanating from the Centre of Source. As it flows to you, this white light is received into the green and golden blend of Healing and Resurrection within you, and as you invite this beautiful stream of Light into your open heart and soul, it spirals gently into your auric field, your subtle bodies, through your crown chakra, down through your central column into your heart, where it radiates out through the golden-green light. Keep seeing and feeling it flow through your body and all the way to the Core of the Earth/Heart of Gaia, as a pure gift of Love….then spreading through the 5D crystalline heart grid, planetary flow-lines and energy field to All Life. Hold with this intention:

Healed and resurrected in Source’s Divine Flow, held and supported by the Angels who cherish Life, the Inner Star I Am is uplifted, healed and revitalized. In the sacred merged Light of Love and Life, in Oneness with all Life everywhere, pure ‘AMness’ flows freely through this open conduit and vessel, the ‘I’ is ‘We’…Source to Oversoul to Soul Aspect anchoring and radiating the Ascension Light in this here and now moment for All. The Resurrection Chakra

Dear All,

Today we’re introducing a chakra of the higher vibrational human template that has recently become ‘available’ to activate, open and radiate through our beings and the collective energy field around this planet ~ following the opening of a sequence of Gateways of high love frequencies through July-August, and flowing toward another deep key opening on this year’s Equinox, September 23rd.

Earlier this year, I was guided to focus on the corpus collosum, the area of white matter in the brain that joins its left and right hemispheres, serving as the bridge for communication between the two ‘sides’. You can see it here, in relation to two already active chakras of the ascension template ~ the Well of Dreams Chakra and the Pituitary Chakra ~ which form a bow or crescent with the Pineal Chakra. From a higher vibrational point of view, the corpus collosum is ‘the bridge above the bow’:

Leading into a star family mission to Kamura (see this post), I was guided to visualize the corpus collosum as a bridge flowing with soft, luminous rainbow colours, and experienced this as ‘keying up’ the transmission of messages from side to side, with focus centralized in the unifying bridge, harmonious and crystalline in its clarity. This rainbow bridge activates within a complimentary energy, crossing over another connective light stream that flows as a rainbow bridge on the vertical axis between the Heart Chakra and the Crown Chakra ~ and this newly active chakra we know as the Resurrection Chakra sits within the centrepoint of the cross of the bridges, radiating its pure Golden Light through both.

The Resurrection Chakra sits in the central channel, in which the chakras function as portals through which specific vibrational qualities flow, anchor and radiate…we could call them energy centres of potential vibrational expression, and these streams of energy translate through the subtle bodies to the physical level, creatively interacting through our emotions, thoughtforms, words, actions, and bodies.

For the dual structure of the human brain, activating the Resurrection Chakra focuses and radiates pure twelfth dimensional golden light through the sixth dimensional liquid lightwave, into the fifth to fourth dimensional etheric blueprint that expresses into physicality…returning and re-tuning it to the original ‘goldenprint’ of Life…the knowing of Oneness, being Oneness, in union with Divine Love. As the Resurrection Chakra interconnects with and radiates through the close grouping of chakras within the head ~ the Pineal, Pituitary, and Well of Dreams ~ we open to perceive, think and envision completely through unity consciousness, rather than identifying with a ‘side’, or fluctuating from side to side. We stay centered in the middle, steady within the complementary flows, merging, as in the centrepoint of an Infinity symbol.

Through the cross of the rainbow bridges, anchored deeply in your Heart, grounded with the Heart of Gaia, and lit with the Golden Christed Light of Source, feel the pillar you are, resurrecting pure Divine Love within your whole being, radiating this Love Resurrection through your energy field, and through the collective energy field around the planet to All, in unity and unison with all beings of Love, through all the high light grids.

To awaken this new chakra, begin with centering in your heart. Breathe into your heart centre deeply, and relax. Breathe in love, breathe out love. Breathe in light, breathe out light, relax… Light your Heart Star, and the Golden Apple around your torus field (see this page for details). See yourself within a pillar of Light from the Heart of Source through your Heart Star to the Heart of Gaia. Feel the warm flow of all-encompassing love from ‘above and below’ meeting in the middle, within your being, focusing to a point in your Heart centre. Open your Earth Star Chakra and Soul Star Chakra as white stars or balls of light.

Open your chakras from Base to Crown, as balls of light, or perhaps as water lilies opening their petals, whatever visual you prefer so long as the light in each is clear and bright ~ starting with red in the base chakra, orange in the sacral, yellow in the solar plexus, peachy gold in the sacred heart, emerald green in the heart, rose pink in the higher heart, royal blue in the throat, light pink in the well of dreams, violet in the pineal, white light in the crown, then sky blue in the pituitary chakra just in front of the central channel at the level of your physical eyes.

Now visualize a stream of soft rainbow light flowing between your Heart and Crown, and also send this stream downward through your feet, to connect with the core of the Earth/Heart of Gaia. When this feels steady and even, visualize a bridge of soft rainbow light flowing through your corpus collosum, between the left and right brain hemispheres, unifying and fine-tuning their connection in easy equilibrium. Within the crossing point of the two rainbow streams, now see a ball of golden light forming, gentle and calm. As the golden light strengthens there and grows more luminous, feel its sacred blessing, the Golden Grace of Source, radiating along the rainbow bridges, and spreading through your whole being, vibrating the deepest joy, total serenity, in gratitude and peace.

If and when you feel ready to continue lighting the Resurrection Chakra regularly, let yourself become aware of your insight deepening, a new level of clarity and vividness in your inner vision, profound and vibrant, shining and serene. You are the resurrection of life, light and love, in harmonious alignment and Oneness with Source. And So Be It.
