October’s Deep Shifts

Dear All,

So much has been happening on the planetary and interplanetary levels during this last week of ‘Earth time’ through October 2018’s overarching focus above and behind the scenes ~ with the unravelling and transmutation of the web of child oppression around this planet from the 4D vibrational layers, sending reverberations through the human collective subconscious, with the message of freeing the ‘inner divine child’ energies within humanity. October’s clearing potential amplified powerfully through the Full Moon (October 24/25th), and is currently vibrating through planetary and interplanetary layers…as the energies stream now toward the 11-11-11 Gateway (November 11th, 2018 ~ 11th day of the 11th month in an 11 year).

On a personal level, many reading this will be aware of (or have been experiencing) deep clearings, realizations, inner shifts and ‘resets’ as ancestral imprints long-held within individuals, family lines or associated groups and communities in this and other lives have surfaced, with opportunities for resolving-through-dissolving those patterns and stored prints within our beings, and for some, translating through 3D to resolution with family members, or opportunities to more subtly align love through compassionate soul-centered overviewing.

On a collective level, in the last week we’ve seen some notable ‘firsts’ in countries where extreme gender-based child harm practices still exist; for instance, Ethiopia has just appointed its first woman president and along with Rwanda, 50% female representation in their governments…the ‘sea change’ effects of softening, fluidic light and sound frequencies of the higher dimensions are just starting to reflect through to 3D in Africa, with so much more to come (there and worldwide), as the heaviest vortices around the planet continue to diminish in intensity and dormant light nodes keep re-activating in alignment with Gaia’s Ascension, sending rebirthed life energies through the planet’s flow lines/meridian network.

This steady dissolve-transmute-rebirth amplification throughout October signposted precisely in the local area here, anchoring the trajectory from early to late October, firstly with the dislodging and removal of an ‘archonic control cube’, which visualized symbolically in a valley in the Perth hills on October 2nd (see The Seed of Life post for this). The deepening light-flow through two of the planet’s major meridians known as the Belinus Line and St Michael&Mary Line ( which have been mapped in Britain, but are continuous ‘sine waves’ traversing the globe that cross over each other in several places around the planet), connects through them to every meridian/life energy flow channel in and around the Earth. And through this great flushing and restoration of high-vibrational free flow, the meridian network aligns naturally with the New Earth Light-Grid through the interweaving of ancient ‘node light seedings’ and fresh co-creations.

On October 25th, with the light flow peak at Full Moon, star family culminated their focus into the same nearby valley, where there is also an interdimensional portal of the Agarthan realm (5D people and many life-forms dwelling in the crystalline light vibrational strata of the inner Earth), which has at times shown visibly. On November 23rd last year a golden light temple in 5D projected beside the portal, and reflected slightly in the photo below as four pillars marking the corners of the temple in front of the profile face of an ancient guardian in a granite boulder.

After a bit of lower 4D interference, the powering light energies of October raised the potential for dissolving blockages (augmented now by a beautiful uplift of frequencies through a tributary meridian that runs through the Agarthan valley and crosses the Belinus Line). A couple of friends and I held focus there through our hearts as ‘Earth anchors’ with the lightships above, and the whole valley appeared to me like a lake of golden light under a rainbow diamond light-shield, with the Na’Heru’ShiiMuRa’Ima (New Jerusalem) flowing golden light from above…until the portal had completely stabilized.

As we on the ground felt the energy shift, I took a couple of photos looking across at the portal while connecting with the Agarthans of this area (a lovely couple in Agarthan 5D soul expressions named Micah & Mali send a greeting ~ all are very welcome to connect with them through your hearts of love). Firstly, one small pod-ship of soft white light came into view through the portal, followed by another pod and a saucer-shaped ship of a soft white-gold colour…the vibration feels so gentle and warm. 🙂

That night, the Full Moon was behind trees, but the celebratory warmth singing through the air showed in a beautiful ‘orb dance’ around Mars, lit with many soft pink and violet vibrations.

On zooming into Mars, orange and peach light appeared with a dark veil falling away around the rim, as the density of the grid around the red planet continues to peel back layer by layer under the focus of many beautiful light-beings…whose service culminated during the Full Moon here, with the release from the Mars grid of an ancient ‘ghost’, the astral residues of the planet Maldek which once orbited between Mars and Jupiter. I feel through the ‘disintergrating’ orb below, next to Mars, an echo of loss and destruction in the process of dissolving, with that vibrational imprint now being released from Mars (with two photos of the veil peeling away from Mars, on the right).

With that residue dissolving from Mars, the waning of its imprint which has also dwelt in the human collective subconscious, projecting as global or interplanetary disaster future timelines on Earth (in both the Atlantean and current phases), is also eased. Providentially assisted, as the sequence of planetary shifts into unity consciousness, freedom to express soul energies in love and peace, continues to unfold with and around our Sun, cradled in the support of this galaxy and beyond.

In this last orb photo of the Full Moon night, just feel the collective blissful emanations surrounding and embracing this whole process, these shimmers of divine Light…that we all are…radiating Love through all creation.

The Inner Resurrection

Dear All,

Coming into April 1st Full Moon and Easter Sunday, we’d like to speak a bit about the deeper symbolism and process of resurrection and ascension, the Golden Flame and the White Flame of rebirth. Sananda, while embodied on Earth as Jesus, said to people, “Ye are gods, and all of you are children of the most high,” and “the kingdom of God is within you.” He walked on the Earth demonstrating within the duality field (and transmitting through it) the vibrational state of Oneness, of consistently held inner union with the Divine, the Inner Divinity which he expressed and gifted to those around him, as existing within all…and that when this union is aligned, full open and freely flowing, then abundance, well-being, joy, the inherent state of love and empathy in all life beyond and behind the veils of distortion, naturally radiates through our beings, through all life. While seen through separation from Source, these emanations of love and empathy/telempathy look like ‘miracles’, the impossible becoming real, but in Divine inner union, the miraculous is normal.

Easter as a Christian celebration of resurrection overlaid ancient goddess festivals of Spring in the northern hemisphere, with the fertility and birth symbols of rabbit and egg flowing forward (Easter is etymologically related to Oestre, Roman mother goddess name from which we get ‘oestrogen’, the hormone related to egg production and fertility). A deeper layer of the crucifixion and resurrection Jesus demonstrated shines through the heart, quite literally…through what sages have termed the ‘tiny cave’, which can only be entered with pure Love.

In biblical accounts, Joseph of Arimathea, uncle of Mother Mary, took the body of Jesus from the cross and placed it in his prepared tomb, wrapping Jesus in a shroud, and three days later, Jesus returned from death in living form. He and many beautiful Christed Lights currently overlight the planetary ascension of Earth, holding the Way open, and guiding streams of activations for humanity to reconnect its awareness of the tiny cave within, shrouded in the cloth of pure Light, the inner sanctum of resurrection wrapped in crystalline light, activated through the ‘power of three’ that flows through creation as the energy of Divine Mother-Father-Child.

From Sananda & his Twin Flame Lady Nada: There has been among you a belief in suffering, that ‘we all have our cross to bear’. To those who have agreed knowingly or unknowingly to the idea of suffering as necessary to learn, grow, cleanse, or rectify past vibrations, and have aligned with thoughts, beliefs, emotions and reactions with which you have crucified yourselves, we ask you now to allow yourselves to transform the ‘cross which you carry’, which you identify with or validate or project upon others, into pure Light, as light as a feather. For in the Heart as light as a feather, unburdened by constructs and their attaching energies, the point of Oneness, the cave of the indwelling Spirit which many have sought, is open to you, and the sacred White Flame within it may flow effortlessly through your being. Your connection within the infinite network of Love becomes luminous to you, and you are able to feel how you are bathed constantly in its presence, for you are present…and a gift of New Life. Let the old ways transform, dearhearts, and be wholly at ease in yourselves, in peace within your perceived realities. Joy, harmony, and lightness-of-being bring you through the Shifting frequencies in alignment with the Divine. Our Love is with you.

Through this Full Moon and Easter, we invite you to fill every cell, every molecule of your body, and your aura/torus field with the most vibrant, life-filled Golden Light of Resurrection. Breathe it in from the heart of Source, and let it flow into your heart and through your being until you are a shining reservoir of golden light, the original ‘goldenprint’ of life resurrected and renewed throughout your physical and subtle light-strands, all your subtle layers ~ etheric, mental, emotional, astral ~ completely clarified and refreshed in the golden Christ light gifted from the Source. Then within your Heart centre, visualize a pure, glowing White Flame, soft yet strong, and see/feel how this Flame of Ascension effortlessly expands, flowing through and blending with the golden light. Feel yourself in sacred union with the Divine, it is within you always, radiating through your heart of Love…in Oneness with all of creation, with and as the eternal LoveLight of Source.

DNA Activation December

Welcome to the December DNA Activation for this year, in the sequence we’ve been focusing through the 10-10 Gateways of 2017 (=10=1), on December 10th ~ the 10-12-10 vibrational alignment. As this 10-10 is leading closely into a peak alignment on the 12:12 through which a highly focused ray of Diamond Light will be flowing to, through and around the Earth and all life here, we’ll begin by calling in the Diamond Light, and flow this through the Golden Stars Visualization ~ bathing in the Golden Diamond Light of 12D, the dimension of Divine Christed Essence.

Begin by focusing into your Heart, feeling your heart centre warm, peaceful, and relaxed. Let any tension unwind from your body, mind and emotions, as you breathe and relax. Visualize a ball of sparkling Diamond Light within your heart centre ~ and let it radiate outward, bathing your body and energy field in this vibration flowing from the Heart of Source ~ Love-Light-Life ~ for yourself and all beings everywhere. Feel every cell open gently in perfect trust to immerse in this light, the vibration of pure Oneness.

Now breathe golden light into your heart and see this light radiate through the Diamond Light, spreading throughout your Being with the eternal presence of your Inner Divine Self, One with Source forever. As you fill with this warm golden light, feel its infinite love and wisdom, the Heart of Source that beats within all our hearts, radiating pure love, joy and peace. Feel the masculine and feminine energies within you merge into One. Feel your ‘higher self’ and ‘lower self’ merge as One, unifying as your Inner Divine Self, a pure expression and extension of Source, across dimensions, and universes, into this Now. The light of the Golden Heart of Source is flowing through you, transforming your whole being into Unconditional Love. Breathe into it. Feel the gentle, everlasting rhythm flowing through you. It IS us all.

Within this merge of diamond and golden light, steady and calm, in pure love for yourself and All, continue now with the Golden Stars Visualization.

Hold the image/intention of a 4-point star of golden light in your heart centrepoint, then a 6-point star of golden light in your heart centrepoint, and imagine them overlaying each other and merging together. Feel your DNA strands being bathed in the purifying, restoring golden light of this merged star, that it is vibrating the message of unconditional love and harmony, ascension and expansion to the 64 codons (the 64 amino acid building blocks) in each strand of your DNA, through the 6 and 4, harmony and love. Expand this merged star through your body and auric field, take deep, relaxed breaths, place your hands on your heart centre, and hold the vision, with this intention:

Within this sacred merging of Love and Blissful Gratitude all limiting factors in the codes of my DNA, RNA and epigenomes are now dissolved completely. Every strand is receiving the highest available imprinting of the ‘goldenprint’ of Divine Love, in harmony and ease, in alignment with my highest good and the highest good of all. In this now, my physical body is vibrating with, and transforming into, golden crystalline light, filled with grace and joy. I Am Love. I Am Harmony. I Am Grace, radiating the restoration of Love to all Life, everywhere. And So It Is.

Through the golden well-being you Are, see/feel pure Diamond Light radiating everywhere through the Multiverse from the Centre of Source. As it continuously flows through you and All, this diamond light shimmers with a rainbow of every colour saturated in sparkling white. This beautiful radiating Light immerses your open heart and soul, its rays fill your auric field, your subtle bodies, and spirals through every strand, atom and cell in your body with the vibration of Infinite Love, blending into the golden light within and around you as Golden Diamond Light, merging the Christ Light into your whole being. Keep seeing and feeling this radiance within your body and all the way to the Core of the Earth/Heart of Gaia, as a pure gift of Love….then spreading through the 5D crystalline heart grid, planetary flow-lines and energy field to All Life. Hold with this intention:

In the Oneness of the pure Diamond Light radiating eternally from the Heart of Source, in the resurrecting flow of the golden Christ Light, held and supported by All who cherish Life, the Inner Star I Am is fully restored and alight, loving and cherishing All-That-Is. In the sacred merged Light of Love and Life, in Oneness with all Life everywhere, pure ‘AMness’ flows freely through this open conduit and vessel, the ‘I’ is ‘We’…Source to Oversoul to Soul Aspect anchoring and radiating the Ascension Light in this here and now moment for All. Divine Love in continuous creation and expansion is received within my being with love and gratitude, and radiated to All. And So It Is. It Is Done.

The Resurrection Chakra

Dear All,

Today we’re introducing a chakra of the higher vibrational human template that has recently become ‘available’ to activate, open and radiate through our beings and the collective energy field around this planet ~ following the opening of a sequence of Gateways of high love frequencies through July-August, and flowing toward another deep key opening on this year’s Equinox, September 23rd.

Earlier this year, I was guided to focus on the corpus collosum, the area of white matter in the brain that joins its left and right hemispheres, serving as the bridge for communication between the two ‘sides’. You can see it here, in relation to two already active chakras of the ascension template ~ the Well of Dreams Chakra and the Pituitary Chakra ~ which form a bow or crescent with the Pineal Chakra. From a higher vibrational point of view, the corpus collosum is ‘the bridge above the bow’:

Leading into a star family mission to Kamura (see this post), I was guided to visualize the corpus collosum as a bridge flowing with soft, luminous rainbow colours, and experienced this as ‘keying up’ the transmission of messages from side to side, with focus centralized in the unifying bridge, harmonious and crystalline in its clarity. This rainbow bridge activates within a complimentary energy, crossing over another connective light stream that flows as a rainbow bridge on the vertical axis between the Heart Chakra and the Crown Chakra ~ and this newly active chakra we know as the Resurrection Chakra sits within the centrepoint of the cross of the bridges, radiating its pure Golden Light through both.

The Resurrection Chakra sits in the central channel, in which the chakras function as portals through which specific vibrational qualities flow, anchor and radiate…we could call them energy centres of potential vibrational expression, and these streams of energy translate through the subtle bodies to the physical level, creatively interacting through our emotions, thoughtforms, words, actions, and bodies.

For the dual structure of the human brain, activating the Resurrection Chakra focuses and radiates pure twelfth dimensional golden light through the sixth dimensional liquid lightwave, into the fifth to fourth dimensional etheric blueprint that expresses into physicality…returning and re-tuning it to the original ‘goldenprint’ of Life…the knowing of Oneness, being Oneness, in union with Divine Love. As the Resurrection Chakra interconnects with and radiates through the close grouping of chakras within the head ~ the Pineal, Pituitary, and Well of Dreams ~ we open to perceive, think and envision completely through unity consciousness, rather than identifying with a ‘side’, or fluctuating from side to side. We stay centered in the middle, steady within the complementary flows, merging, as in the centrepoint of an Infinity symbol.

Through the cross of the rainbow bridges, anchored deeply in your Heart, grounded with the Heart of Gaia, and lit with the Golden Christed Light of Source, feel the pillar you are, resurrecting pure Divine Love within your whole being, radiating this Love Resurrection through your energy field, and through the collective energy field around the planet to All, in unity and unison with all beings of Love, through all the high light grids.

To awaken this new chakra, begin with centering in your heart. Breathe into your heart centre deeply, and relax. Breathe in love, breathe out love. Breathe in light, breathe out light, relax… Light your Heart Star, and the Golden Apple around your torus field (see this page for details). See yourself within a pillar of Light from the Heart of Source through your Heart Star to the Heart of Gaia. Feel the warm flow of all-encompassing love from ‘above and below’ meeting in the middle, within your being, focusing to a point in your Heart centre. Open your Earth Star Chakra and Soul Star Chakra as white stars or balls of light.

Open your chakras from Base to Crown, as balls of light, or perhaps as water lilies opening their petals, whatever visual you prefer so long as the light in each is clear and bright ~ starting with red in the base chakra, orange in the sacral, yellow in the solar plexus, peachy gold in the sacred heart, emerald green in the heart, rose pink in the higher heart, royal blue in the throat, light pink in the well of dreams, violet in the pineal, white light in the crown, then sky blue in the pituitary chakra just in front of the central channel at the level of your physical eyes.

Now visualize a stream of soft rainbow light flowing between your Heart and Crown, and also send this stream downward through your feet, to connect with the core of the Earth/Heart of Gaia. When this feels steady and even, visualize a bridge of soft rainbow light flowing through your corpus collosum, between the left and right brain hemispheres, unifying and fine-tuning their connection in easy equilibrium. Within the crossing point of the two rainbow streams, now see a ball of golden light forming, gentle and calm. As the golden light strengthens there and grows more luminous, feel its sacred blessing, the Golden Grace of Source, radiating along the rainbow bridges, and spreading through your whole being, vibrating the deepest joy, total serenity, in gratitude and peace.

If and when you feel ready to continue lighting the Resurrection Chakra regularly, let yourself become aware of your insight deepening, a new level of clarity and vividness in your inner vision, profound and vibrant, shining and serene. You are the resurrection of life, light and love, in harmonious alignment and Oneness with Source. And So Be It.

More from Orion

Dear All,

It’s not often we post again so quickly, but energies continue to shift monumentally in the Orion constellation, and as the ‘butterfly effect’ ripples through our galactic region, it has a significance here on Earth, as do other current galactic changes, and those soon to be initiated. This broad shifting ripple of uplifting energies can be seen as an indicator of how energies will move here in 2017 – but for now, in this month number 1 of a ‘1’ year (2017=10=1), much ‘new’ energy is in motion, an interlaced, interconnected rising flow of higher Light. The macro and the micro are One, so we advise all to be prepared to be flexible, adaptable in the way of true unconditional love and trust, while holding steady to your deepest felt inner purpose, at the personal level and in your relationship to the collective and planetary consciousness.

The previous post introduced Tanabor, a Melchizedek of the High Council of Orion whom Ashura & I are now focusing closely with. Firstly, to show the process in Orion, I’ll repost these photos from Christmas night, the ‘orb party’ around Orion that night, and discuss them a bit more closely.

These orbs represent a convergence of high Light energies into Orion, we could say ‘riding the Christ Mass Wave’. We’ll focus for now on the three clearest orbs, so you can feel into the combination of soul lights at work there.

In the first orb, are the golden and golden rose soul light of Sananda&Lady Nada, with golden Leonine Being energies and in the background of the orb (slightly greenish-gold), the light of the Halorins (see this post). The third orb has Archangel Michael’s light in centre, with blue and violet light Angels surrounding him. The middle orb shows the combination of Angelic souls of rose light and green light, which Ashura&I joined in with. If you look at the position of that orb, just above Orion’s Belt (or below the belt, from a northern hemisphere perspective, as from the south here, the constellation appears ‘upside down’), you can see two stars in the upper green part of the orb. These are two of the stars that form ‘Orion’s Sword’, but the lower star is actually a nebula, known as the Orion Nebula or Great Nebula of Orion.

This is a major star nursery, a galactic ‘womb’ where new stars form, with about 700 stars currently at various stages of formation, some as young as 10 000 years old. Spectacular as it is, this is just the 3D level of the nebula – all stars and cosmic forms are multi-dimensional and multi-layered, just as we are, and all life. In the centre of the nebula is the Trapezium Cluster, named for its squarish shape of 4 stars…but in fact, two of those stars are binaries, so there are 6 stars in the centre.

From star family, ‘4 is Love, and 6 is Bliss, the harmonic of gratitude and appreciation’, so feel the stellar vibration in the centre of the womb, where life forms, the 4 is 6. The love and bliss wrapped in loving appreciation through which new energies of Life are birthed. As in the macro, so in the micro….and of course 6+4=10=1. A great deal of higher guidance has come through recently about anchoring this frequency combination during the 1st month of this 10/1 year. So feel now the vibrational relationship of birthing new energies through the 6-point star of blissful gratitude merged around the 4-point star of love to the transformation of the 64 codons of your DNA, within the strands, and invite this higher birthing vibration into your strands, and into the planetary DNA. A beautiful gift from Orion’s transforming energies as we enter this year!

If you tune into this orb now, the souls within it who have embraced and protected the star womb during this transformation, just feel the mixture of Rose Light of Mother’s Love bathing you, and the Green Light of Life filling your being.

With the ‘birthing centre’ protected, immense light was sent to the two stars visible in the top of this photo, Rigel and Saiph…and old Draconian energies were dislodged, the energies cleared and gathered for healing, with the stars currently in ‘rehabilitation’. From Tanabor: ‘This mission has been previously attempted by the High Council, and although not successful, left the Draconian power structures with seven weakened points, and these we have now utilized to good effect. Rigel is safe, and Saiph is secured.’

On New Year’s Eve, Ashura gave this image of his green light orb, again positioned just above the Belt of Orion.

You may be able to see faintly, further left of him, another orb, which is Tanabor’s deep royal blue soul energy. And here is Tanabor again, merged in with other blue light souls, overviewing the constellation in the New Year.

He came with these words last night, in Melchizedek language: ‘Tueva Amanto.’ I’m hearing these words sung over and over by many light souls around Orion, and they signify ‘Creation of Love in Butterfly of Transformation’. Feel the Butterfly of Orion, where the Belt is its body, and the main stars form the wing shapes. The Belt of Orion has also been known as Freya’s Distaff in the Norse tradition – distaff meaning spindle, spinning the thread of life. In this transforming Love, metaphorically a few tight knots have been untied from the thread of the birthing cord, and the womb of Orion freed from distorting influences. Through the ‘Butterfly Effect’, the ripples of this freeing are rippling through the galaxy, and this glorious huge rose-golden orb that also appeared last night beside Orion is radiating the pure joy and warm loving light of the Divine Feminine aspect of Source. 🙂

We hope this post is helpful for feeling the Light and Love of the sublime liberating energies flowing already at a high level into this new year of unlimited potentials. Four Foundational Heart Practices

The exercises below can assist with opening your heart within a clear, stable, light energy field, and activating and holding a peaceful, steady soul alignment as a ‘love anchor’ on the Earth. These practices work as a sequence, for heart centering and lifting your frequency (Heart Star); maintaining the integrity & clarity of your auric field as a ‘living energy transformer’ (Golden Apple); unifying your three main energy centres (The Three Whites); and keeping a steady alignment with your Soul’s Light & Purpose (Soul Alignment). We advise ‘settling in’ within your heart centre before using extra fine-tuning practices, such as activating new chakras. Put in a steady foundation, then build the house….and may you lovingly enjoy the process! 💗🌺

One: The Heart Star

Start by relaxing your body, relaxing your focus, breathing gently and slowly. As you breathe, let your focus come into your heart centre. As you rest there, in the centre of your being, feel the warmth that resides in your inner heart, the innate radiance of the Source/Infinite Love that lives and flows through you and all life. In this inner warmth, there is a point of pure Light.

As you breathe in, feel this point of Light grow and build brighter, into sparkling Diamond White Light, and as you breathe out, let this Light expand, Diamond White Light particles shimmering through your body, through every atom and cell of your physical body, radiating out through all your energy layers, your subtle bodies, filling the aura of subtle energies around you.

From the centrepoint of Love in your heart, feel yourself as a radiant warm Star brimming with Diamond White Light, a Star of Love streaming out in every direction from the Infinite Source of Love. Know that you are this radiating Star, in every moment, an eternal, joyful Star of the Source. You are the Source, you are the Love, you are the Light. In this moment and always, let your Heart Star shine. 🤍🌟

*From Archangel Gabriel: While holding your Star Light expanded, you can strengthen and stabilize this energy by visualizing a cross of Diamond White Light, which crosses in your Heart Star, as steady bright beams of light radiating through your Star Light and beyond, into the Infinity that is Love, which is within you, and One with you.

Two: The Golden Apple

There is a toroidal energy field flowing from and around each of us constantly. When this energy field is filled with Golden Light, it steadies the vibration and strengthens the integrity of our personal field, while embodied within the swirl of various energies in this Earth plane. Golden Light transforms energies into Unconditional Love, so when the field around us is in the golden frequency, it aligns energies within and around our field into the pure, high vibration of Unconditional Love. With our Golden Apple radiating around us, we can become a ‘living transformer of energies into Unconditional Love’ while in an earthly embodiment.

Relax, breathing slowly and calmly. When you feel ready, inhale three times. Inhale pure life energy in toward your Root Chakra. This will start to slowly spin your Merkaba. With each inhale gently invite the presence of your Higher Self (Source Self) within your Heart, and feel this presence filling your Being. With each exhale relax, let go of all distracting thoughts, and Be in the Now.

With the fourth inhale, envision Source sending you a golden stream of light and inhale it into your Heart Star in your inner Heart space. Feel and know the Source of All That Is is the Inner Source within and around you and all Life. When you feel the golden energy warm inside your heart centre, visualize it expanding outward all around your body as you breathe out. Let it expand until it completely fills your Auric field, like a big torus filled with golden light. Envision this Golden Light Torus Field around you from above your Star Centre (Soul Star Chakra) above your head, to below your Earth Centre (Earth Star Chakra), beneath your feet.

To deeply align and activate Christed vibrations within your torus field (renewal, rebirth, transformation, restoration of pure Source Creation Light), visualize yourself standing within a cross of glowing golden light, radiating constantly and infinitely from your heart centre, touching your Soul Star above your head and Earth Star below your feet, with this affirmation:

Within this Golden Cross of Light I am held in the highest vibration of pure Love throughout this day and night and in every moment. All energies within and around my field are continuously renewing and transforming into Unconditional Love, Light, Grace and Blessings. And so it is.

Visualizing a Golden Rose in the centre of your heart aligns and activates Divine Christed Feminine vibrations, with this affirmation;

With this Golden Rose of Light I am held in the highest vibration of pure Love throughout this day and night and in every moment. All energies within and around my field continuously renew and transform into Unconditional Love, Light, Grace and Blessings. And so it is.

The Golden Rose can be combined with the Golden Cross, with the Rose in your Heart crossing-point/zero-point, vibrating the Christed Feminine Light through your energy field and beyond. We also suggest a Golden Butterfly within the Heart centre, radiating through your Golden Apple, which aligns and enhances the vibration of Transformation…and adjust the affirmation accordingly. Just feel what resonates for you, and of course, all three can be visualized in sequence, whatever sings for you in any moment, and the Golden Rose can be expanded through and around your torus field too. Trust your intuition/heart’s inner sense.

Now you can activate your three centers (see Exercise 3 below) and open all your chakras within this pure light field (see Practices page). Keep your Golden Apple bright day and night, to continuously hold and strengthen the integrity of your energy field, and re-affirm it whenever you feel to. The more often you do this the more effortless it becomes. 😊

Three: The Three Whites

This practice unifies your three main energy centres and fills them with pure Love. It dissolves lower energies, releases blockages, and calms and aligns the three centres in equilibrium, as a Whole.

Relax, sit comfortably, take in some deep relaxed breaths, and see/feel a ball of light in your heart centre, filled with pure love. Send this ball down to the core of the Earth ~ Gaia’s crystalline 5D heart ~ and wait for the love to be returned to you. Feel the flow of it come up through your feet and body, into your heart, with loving gratitude. Now send this ball of light filled with love upward to the centre of Source ~ and wait for the love to return to you, with total trust. Feel the merged energy of deepest Love fill your being.

Now visualize a white water lily in your Sacral Chakra (Earth Centre), softly shining, bright and steady. Then visualize a rose of white light in your Heart Chakra (Heart Centre), full of peace and harmony. Then visualize a white diamond (or a white Star Merkaba, or white 13-pointed Star) in your Pineal Chakra (Star Centre), filled with pure steady clarity.

Hold all three, feel the balance of your three centres, flowing as one, whole and unified, in a white sphere of light expanding around you. When your three Centres are steady with the White Water Lily, White Rose and White Diamond, open your chakras fully, so they can inhale this pure high frequency white Light.

*To extend and deepen this unification of the three centres within your energy body as One, visualize/hold the intention of an Infinity Symbol flowing form your Heart to your Earth Centre, back up through your Heart to your Star Centre, back to your Heart and so on, infinitely flowing with Rainbow Crystal Light. Following this, you can also extend this infinity flow as a Golden Light flow through your Heart Centre/Heart Star, Soul Star and Earth Star Chakras. (Soul Star is above your head, Earth Star below your feet, see Practices page for complete chakra diagram).

Four: Soul Alignment

Following on from the Heart Star, Golden Apple and Three Whites, begin by visualizing a pillar of diamond white light from the Heart of Source to the Heart of Gaia (centre of the Earth), and that you are standing within this pillar streaming LoveLight between Source and Earth. Breathe into your heart and relax deeply within this flowing pillar of light, with this focused intention:

Throughout this day and night, and in every moment of personal and planetary Ascension, I Am a pure, steady, clear, free-flowing conduit, pillar, anchor and vessel of Divine Love, Light, Grace and Providence flowing from the Heart of the Source, through my Heart Star, to the Heart of beloved Gaia, in union with all Beings of the highest Love and Light, immersed in the Oneness of Divine Love. And So Be It.

Beautiful energies are flowing into and around this planet now through the multidimensional crystalline heart grid of Gaia and supporting light grids, and are available to everyone. Now is the moment to release residual blockages and resistances, and keep our beings receptive to the clearest frequencies of Love, without taking in energies that do not serve our/the Highest Well-Being & Good of All, using the above practices, or in whatever way sings to your heart and intuition. Be authentic. Be inspired. Cherish being the Star of Love that you are, an imperishable, eternal spark of Source. Have fun and enjoy the journey! 🙂
