In the previous post I shared a few key exercises for heart-centering and protecting your torus/auric field. Here are two more practices, that I’ve found helpful for maintaining integrity and clarity in the midst or in the line of focus of disruptive energies. Along with attention to heart-centering to maintain a high vibration, these techniques for keeping our ‘lines clear’ to inner and higher dimensional realms can be a great help, in my experience.
Both practices use the frequency of Blue: truth, clarity, discernment, strength and protection.

The Blue Light Pillar
This first practice was given by Ashtar early in our contact, for maintaining a clear ‘channel’ with him and other higher dimensional beings, to be used just before opening a communication.
Sit (or stand) in a relaxed, straight position with your feet on the ground. Bring your focus to your Heart centre, and see a star of white light in it. See a star of white light below your feet, and above your head. Hold the three stars (of the Earth Star Chakra, Heart Chakra, and Soul Star Chakra) steady bright white. Send Love from your heart down your central channel, through your earth Star, to Gaia’s Core, at the centre of the Earth, and wait for her Love to return to you. Feel it rise and spread through you as a beautiful warmth. Then send your Love up from your Heart through your Soul Star to Source, and wait for Infinite Love to fill you and spread through you, merging with Gaia’s Love.
Open all your Chakras from base to crown, including the new Heart chakras (the Sacred Heart, behind the xyphoid process where the ribs meet, and the Higher Heart, midway between the heart centre and dip of your throat).
Now bring your focus to the Earth Star Chakra below your feet, and see it fill with deep blue light. Gradually bring the blue light upward in a column or sheath all the way around you. Imagine you are inside a transparent pillar, and filling it with water that is Light. As the Light rises, it becomes a lighter hue, so that at the level of the heart centre-point it is mid-royal blue, and keeps getting lighter. At the Pituitary Chakra, between your eyes, it is sky blue. And by the time it reaches your Soul Star Chakra it is palest blue going into white Light.
Relax within this column of blue light, and set your intention that it be maintained throughout the communication you are receiving. Just keeping it in the background of your awareness while in communication, once you have done this, will hold an ‘interference-free’ line….always with Unity of Heart and Third Eye, anchored to Gaia.

The Blue Diamond
This second practice comes from Archangel Michael, and is an A-grade protection for your auric/etheric field amid ‘heavy’ energies, especially if they are focused at you.
Stand, or visualize yourself standing. Bring your focus into your Heart centre, and breathe deeply, into a calm, settled state of being. See a diamond of translucent blue form around you, with its lower point directed to the Earth’s core, and its upper point to Source/Galactic centre. Now see a blue sword in your hands. Lift it up with both hands, with straight arms, above your head, so that the tip of the sword meets the inside upper tip of the blue diamond.
Now speak these words aloud: ‘Shan Ankara Na Di’ (‘Bring forth the Light’)
Feel/see white Light pour down from Galactic centre through the tip of the diamond and through your sword, filling your entire being, and filling the diamond around you. Breathe in the Light deeply and steadily, and attune to the strength and radiance of your crystal clear aura/etheric field, within the blue diamond. This can be repeated as often as necessary.

One: The Heart Star
Start by relaxing your body, relaxing your focus, breathing gently and slowly. As you breathe, let your focus come into your heart centre. As you rest there, in the centre of your being, feel the warmth that resides in your inner heart, the innate radiance of the Source/Infinite Love that lives and flows through you and all life. In this inner warmth, there is a point of pure Light.
As you breathe in, feel this point of Light grow and build brighter, into sparkling Diamond White Light, and as you breathe out, let this Light expand, Diamond White Light particles shimmering through your body, through every atom and cell of your physical body, radiating out through all your energy layers, your subtle bodies, filling the aura of subtle energies around you.
From the centrepoint of Love in your heart, feel yourself as a radiant warm Star brimming with Diamond White Light, a Star of Love streaming out in every direction from the Infinite Source of Love. Know that you are this radiating Star, in every moment, an eternal, joyful Star of the Source. You are the Source, you are the Love, you are the Light. In this moment and always, let your Heart Star shine. 🤍🌟

Two: The Golden Apple
There is a toroidal energy field flowing from and around each of us constantly. When this energy field is filled with Golden Light, it steadies the vibration and strengthens the integrity of our personal field, while embodied within the swirl of various energies in this Earth plane. Golden Light transforms energies into Unconditional Love, so when the field around us is in the golden frequency, it aligns energies within and around our field into the pure, high vibration of Unconditional Love. With our Golden Apple radiating around us, we can become a ‘living transformer of energies into Unconditional Love’ while in an earthly embodiment.
Relax, breathing slowly and calmly. When you feel ready, inhale three times. Inhale pure life energy in toward your Root Chakra. This will start to slowly spin your Merkaba. With each inhale gently invite the presence of your Higher Self (Source Self) within your Heart, and feel this presence filling your Being. With each exhale relax, let go of all distracting thoughts, and Be in the Now.
With the fourth inhale, envision Source sending you a golden stream of light and inhale it into your Heart Star in your inner Heart space. Feel and know the Source of All That Is is the Inner Source within and around you and all Life. When you feel the golden energy warm inside your heart centre, visualize it expanding outward all around your body as you breathe out. Let it expand until it completely fills your Auric field, like a big torus filled with golden light. Envision this Golden Light Torus Field around you from above your Star Centre (Soul Star Chakra) above your head, to below your Earth Centre (Earth Star Chakra), beneath your feet.
To deeply align and activate Christed vibrations within your torus field (renewal, rebirth, transformation, restoration of pure Source Creation Light), visualize yourself standing within a cross of glowing golden light, radiating constantly and infinitely from your heart centre, touching your Soul Star above your head and Earth Star below your feet, with this affirmation:
Within this Golden Cross of Light I am held in the highest vibration of pure Love throughout this day and night and in every moment. All energies within and around my field are continuously renewing and transforming into Unconditional Love, Light, Grace and Blessings. And so it is.
Visualizing a Golden Rose in the centre of your heart aligns and activates Divine Christed Feminine vibrations, with this affirmation;
With this Golden Rose of Light I am held in the highest vibration of pure Lovethroughout this day and night and in every moment. All energies within and around my field continuously renew and transform into Unconditional Love, Light, Grace and Blessings. And so it is.
The Golden Rose can be combined with the Golden Cross, with the Rose in your Heart crossing-point/zero-point, vibrating the Christed Feminine Light through your energy field and beyond. We also suggest a Golden Butterfly within the Heart centre, radiating through your Golden Apple, which aligns and enhances the vibration of Transformation…and adjust the affirmation accordingly. Just feel what resonates for you, and of course, all three can be visualized in sequence, whatever sings for you in any moment, and the Golden Rose can be expanded through and around your torus field too. Trust your intuition/heart’s inner sense.
Now you can activate your three centers (see Exercise 3 below) and open all your chakras within this pure light field (see Practices page). Keep your Golden Apple bright day and night, to continuously hold and strengthen the integrity of your energy field, and re-affirm it whenever you feel to. The more often you do this the more effortless it becomes. 😊
Three: The Three Whites
This practice unifies your three main energy centres and fills them with pure Love. It dissolves lower energies, releases blockages, and calms and aligns the three centres in equilibrium, as a Whole.
Relax, sit comfortably, take in some deep relaxed breaths, and see/feel a ball of light in your heart centre, filled with pure love. Send this ball down to the core of the Earth ~ Gaia’s crystalline 5D heart ~ and wait for the love to be returned to you. Feel the flow of it come up through your feet and body, into your heart, with loving gratitude. Now send this ball of light filled with love upward to the centre of Source ~ and wait for the love to return to you, with total trust. Feel the merged energy of deepest Love fill your being.
Now visualize a white water lily in your Sacral Chakra (Earth Centre), softly shining, bright and steady. Then visualize a rose of white light in your Heart Chakra (Heart Centre), full of peace and harmony. Then visualize a white diamond (or a white Star Merkaba, or white 13-pointed Star) in your Pineal Chakra (Star Centre), filled with pure steady clarity.
Hold all three, feel the balance of your three centres, flowing as one, whole and unified, in a white sphere of light expanding around you. When your three Centres are steady with the White Water Lily, White Rose and White Diamond, open your chakras fully, so they can inhale this pure high frequency white Light.
*To extend and deepen this unification of the three centres within your energy body as One, visualize/hold the intention of an Infinity Symbol flowing form your Heart to your Earth Centre, back up through your Heart to your Star Centre, back to your Heart and so on, infinitely flowing with Rainbow Crystal Light. Following this, you can also extend this infinity flow as a Golden Light flow through your Heart Centre/Heart Star, Soul Star and Earth Star Chakras. (Soul Star is above your head, Earth Star below your feet, see Practices page for complete chakra diagram).
Four: Soul Alignment
Following on from the Heart Star, Golden Apple and Three Whites, begin by visualizing a pillar of diamond white light from the Heart of Source to the Heart of Gaia (centre of the Earth), and that you are standing within this pillar streaming LoveLight between Source and Earth. Breathe into your heart and relax deeply within this flowing pillar of light, with this focused intention:
Throughout this day and night, and in every moment of personal and planetary Ascension, I Am a pure, steady, clear, free-flowing conduit, pillar, anchor and vessel of Divine Love, Light, Grace and Providence flowing from the Heart of the Source, through my Heart Star, to the Heart of beloved Gaia, in union with all Beings of the highest Love and Light, immersed in the Oneness of Divine Love. And So Be It.
Beautiful energies are flowing into and around this planet now through the multidimensional crystalline heart grid of Gaia and supporting light grids, and are available to everyone. Now is the moment to release residual blockages and resistances, and keep our beings receptive to the clearest frequencies of Love, without taking in energies that do not serve our/the Highest Well-Being & Good of All, using the above practices, or in whatever way sings to your heart and intuition. Be authentic. Be inspired. Cherish being the Star of Love that you are, an imperishable, eternal spark of Source. Have fun and enjoy the journey! 🙂

Today I’d like to share with you one of the ways I’m experiencing the anchoring of 5D energies, with star family, as part of a more general ‘shifting IN’ of frequencies and beings who reside in 5D (or higher/faster vibration, but Gaia’s current focus-level is 5D, to get it stabilized with humanity).
Late last year I spoke of INception, the descension of Higher Self meeting and merging with the ascending vibration of our small ego selves, to create our ‘New Human’ existence. While some souls have established this fusion and are beginning to explore and express it joyfully now, I also hear and see many souls describe a sense of limbo, being caught in a holding pattern, a sort of ‘lost in translation’ feeling, or big up and down fluctuations. Star family have a message about this below, but first I’ll take you for a walk into ‘the grove’.
If you’re not familiar with the opening of the node in the beech grove here, you can read February’s posts about the connection of beech trees with Thoth and Seshat (Ashtar and Sesherat) and the making of a sacred circle in the centre of the grove, based on the four-petalled rose/double infinity symbol with the numeric values of 2,4,8,18,36,72,144 to the power of Infinity. Here is the circle in daylight, showing its relative position in the grove.
Since moving to this property, and setting up the circle, people/beings in higher dimensions have been walking around parts of the house and garden, mostly human, angelic and leonine. Among various soul aspects of my ‘self’, I have contact with ‘Rowena’ on board the Phoenix (Ashtar’s ship), and ‘see through her eyes’ when focused into her. She aligns the Rose/Pink Ray, and leading into the Equinox energies the last couple of weeks, which I feel as a doorway of potential for the Rose Ray, we’ve been merging deeply.
As we merge, deeper anchoring with the fleet occurs. Below are photos of semi-materialized star family members taken over the past few weeks. They’re inside a ship, which I feel ‘layered’ over the land here at present…..the ‘inner hub’ (living conscious Core) of the ship cups into the circle in the grove, anchoring with the node and sending light frequencies to ‘hold’ it open, and purify its flow. The first two pictures I’ve posted before; they’re relevant here as they represent the activation of the node. In the first photo, Ashtar’s head and shoulders, and sash across his chest, are visible in semi-materialized form just to the upper right of the sacred circle. In the second, his projected ‘orb’ form is sitting in the centre of the circle.
Since then, many people have been visible to my inner eye, and the camera is picking up some of their presence. To explain a little, it’s like being inside a projected hologram….a living hologram imbued with Essences, both individual as well as collective, along with the collective vibration of the ship. So far, the presence of the people is clearer than the ship. I felt into this with Rowena, and she said, ‘What does your heart call to?’ So….I’m seeing who she/I feel most closely among family and friends. By focusing that same love to the ship (which is interconnected with the collective heart-mind) it becomes clear also.
In the photo below, there’s an orb hovering above the circle, faintly in the background to the right. Figures can be seen at the far left, to the left of the brightly lit tree trunk, just above the lit twigs. My Twin Flame, Ashura (Arnap), is standing with his hand over the tip of a small translucent pyramid, on top of another pyramid, a piece of higher dimensional technology.
In the next photo, the orb has shifted slightly further right above the circle.
The orb that appears in every photo over or near the circle/hub is stabilizing/counter balancing certain energies, holding the 3D-5D interface.
I feel the Equinox much like this node; an anchorpoint portal vibration, allowing 5D to settle more into 3D, like ‘folding’ into it and ‘wrapping around’ it, simultaneously. The more the human collective heart is in resonance with Divine Love, the deeper the settling. This is true as an overall Shift, yet this Equinox provides a special equipoise not only in relation to 3D seasonal midpoints, but between dimensions (many dimensions, not just 3 and 5, much overlapping, although Fifth is the current focus for aligning with New Earth).
From Star Family: ‘Learn the language of the Heart. Heart of Light. Soul of Love. Open, as the rose opens, wide to receive. Release, relax, allow the influx. Overwhelm is only of small viewing, Heart Knowing flows on the Wave, in peace. Nothing is ever lost, in translation. Heart is your metascribe, Eye is your lantern, piercing the shadows. No thing is lost; all potential blooms from the vanishing point, where the form realm ‘disappears’. We are with you all, holding the ways steady. For Love, we hold, closer than you know. Remember, imagine, create. As One, we create the grid of the new.’
Breathe in the Rose Ray, and fill your heart with the true magic of your Divinity.
Welcome to Spring (or Autumn for we in the south) and the March New Moon. We are now in a veritable ‘tide’ of light moving toward, and culminating in, the Equinox in three weeks. I am in preparation for a in-flow of the Rose Ray that will be initiated on that day. For hearts cleared and open, anchored in their innate birthright of self-worth, this will be a profound opportunity to embrace pure Source Love deeper than ever before on this plane.
I received a short message from Ashtar today, in response to asking, ‘What is the most important thing to focus on right now?’
Here is his response, for all at this time:
Hold fast to that which you know to be true in your soul. Be your utmost integrity. Let the spirit of integrity spread from the centre of the Rose of your Hearts.
Thus, and only thus, do we connect in Truth, unfiltered by the shadow play.
Let us be One, and walk the soul of truth, the voice of truth, the love of truth, into the greater human family.
Let every word, every gesture, flow from the centre of the Rose, Divinity unmarked.
In its centre we are One, inviolable.
Thus the Councils hold their accord through the decision frames, lest they become division frames.
The Core IS. The Centre holds, the Hearts remain anchored.
The energy of Chai* flows as one movement through ALL.
This, humanity moves toward Now.
This, we fuse into Mother’s grid, superceding forerunner programmes.
Faith is the key that fits the keyhole, allowing our Love incursion.
Reach deep.
Shine bright.
Ease in Light.
We are with you.
We have faith in You.
*’Chai’ is Hebrew for the number 18, which means ‘Life’ or ‘alive’.
We are so Loved. Let’s have faith in ourselves, and Know we are worthy of all light, abundance and joy. (If you didn’t see it in a previous post, the Purple Flame Activation technique in the Practices section of Heart Star is a useful aligning ‘lead-in’ to the Equinox/Rose Ray).
For those of you interested in the progress of the Sacred Circle activation taking place in the beech grove in my garden, with the assistance of star family, particularly Ashtar and Sesherat, here’s an update.

If you saw the previous post, I included a photo of Ashtar, with head and shoulders semi-materialized next to the Sacred Circle (a four-petalled double Infinity symbol made of shells and crystals with an emerald ‘heart stone’). Since then, several star people have semi-materialized in the grove, and this evening, while in communication with Ashtar, an Orb of his energies appeared sitting eloquently in the heart centre of the Sacred Circle. (see photos below). The sky is full of stars, my friends, and many of them are moving! Who are ‘extra-terrestrials’ when star people walk on the earth with us? Feel us as one great family, united in Love, and united we then Are.

For those of you interested in names and the vibrations they carry and radiate, I will end this post with a note about the name Ashtar. In the higher realms, names are truth, and carry the signature of the Essence of a being (they do in 3D too, but subject to filtering and distortions of this density). As Ashtar is one of the Beings at the forefront of the Love incursion into Earth at this ‘hour’, by agreement of the Galactic Councils, you may like to feel into the vibration of his Essence more deeply.
Firstly, Ashtar is a shortened form of Ash’Ta’Hura, although the ‘tar’ has meaning also. Intuition took me first to ‘tar’, and a novelist I read back in the 1980s, Judith Tarr. On looking up her booklist, the first that appeared was Spear of Heaven. That took me to the father god of Norse myth, Odin, whose spear (of the heavens) was made from the wood of the Ash tree.
The Ash, in Norse myth, is Yggdrasil, the World Tree, the tree of the cosmos, with its roots deep in the core of the earth, its crown in heaven, its branches the paths to different ‘realms’/dimensions. To the druids, the Ash tree, Nuin, held together the earth and sky, and was the energy of transition between the worlds, between inner and outer. Among the Celts, it was connected to renewal and resurrection energies. They considered ash the cradle of life, protector of youth and children. In Irish myths (the Irish god Lugh also had a spear of ash, like Odin).
Yggdrasil, the World Tree
‘Tar’ in Irish meant ‘come’ and ‘As’ meant ‘from’. Tar in the word Tarot, from Egyptian, means ‘royal’ (tarot=royal road), and Tarot has been esoterically equated with the Book of Thoth. Thoth, in Egypt and Atlantis, was one of Ashtar’s incarnations – or another of this oversoul’s soul aspects. His symbol as Thoth, the Ibis, is ‘Akh’ in Egyptian (an Angelic form of the word ‘Ash’) and akh translates as ‘magically effecting’, ‘magically effective one’. ‘Ta’ in light languages means base, foundation or land.

Egyptian history and its imprint in myths is too complex to go into here, except to say here that Ashtar had three incarnations in Egypt, as the first Horus/Hor-Ar (there were two beings named Horus, in different ‘time’ periods – ‘hor’ from hr in Egyptian, became Horos in Greek, hora in Latin, meaning ‘hour’ or ‘time’), Thoth/Djehuti, and the historian Manetho. In the myths, when Horus (the second) battled Set and his left eye was put out (his left eye was the moon and right was the sun) it was Thoth who gave him a new lunar eye.
Condensing the above, feel into this purpose: One who comes from the Tree of Life, protector of its children, spear of Heaven (that which thrusts through the Divine Light), magically effecting resurrection, transition between worlds at the appointed Hour, bringing ‘heaven’ to ‘land’.
This is one level of the meaning of his name. I’ll write more about it in later posts. The myths are symbols of the star people’s deeds and movements: the Moon and Sun of Horus’ ‘eyes’ refer to portals, solar and lunar portals. How resonant and beautiful that Ashtar projected an Orb into the activating portal here, in this Sacred Circle connected to Gaia’s heart, on March 1st, night of New Moon….representing the pearl (Bi) in the heart, the jewel in the heart of the flower. Layers on layers of thought and energy the Ascended ones work with……

A friend and I were chatting recently about ‘connecting the dots’ of the Universe as our awareness expands. More and more people are experiencing conscious synchronicity, in thoughts, feelings, life events, meditations, dreams and so forth. Adding to that, as we become more deeply centered, heart-aligned with Source, our awareness not only connects dots, the ‘dots’ magically layer through and into each other in a merging that demonstrates what ‘multidimensionality’ IS.
When we focus wholly through our natural alignment to Source, with the mind still and heart open, the ‘dots’ coalesce to our inner vision, reflect through multiple dimensions, and merge into each other as One. Within those unifying moments, dimensional doors open. And through those doorways stream energies that match the vibration, focus and intent of what we are asking and offering (consciously and unconsciously) to the Universe.
The ‘unfolding’ of the beech grove’s energies, in the garden here, is a demonstration of the Flow at work, across dimensions. My connection with the beeches began before moving to this house, accompanied by visions of making a ‘sacred circle’ in the grove, with an emerald-green stone at its centre. The deep Heart energy of this place was tangible; Goddess energy (the Beech Queen) embracing the God energy in sacred balance, and that it was a place of healing, a sanctuary. I also learned of Beech energy in the ancient world being associated with crossing thresholds, opening doors, bringing old knowledge into the present, aligned with the scribe god and goddess, Thoth and Seshat, Lord and Lady of Karma (meaning they went beyond the cycle of rebirth). who I work with in this life as Ashtar and Sesherat of the Intergalactic Confederation fleet.

They guided me to research the name of one of my soul aspects (a Venusian incarnation). With this came dreams of that lifetime, coming to Earth….and departing from Earth. The dreams took me back to a recurring childhood dream of Lake Titicaca, and an ancient city there, deep down (an Agarthan city in 5D).
Lake Titicaca has the shape of a puma chasing a rabbit, and the Sun God Viracocha, in Incan and pre-Incan myths, was said to be ‘born’ on the Isle of the Sun.

In the past few weeks, my dreams have also gone to Puma Punku, ‘Door of the Puma’. I saw a platform having four great pillars of crystal on a slab of an emerald-green stone, via which people could teleport. This was a Lions’ Gate, an ancient stargate built by the leonine people high in the mountains, near a temple city. On reading last year (in Drunvalo Melchizedek’s The Ancient Secret of the Flower of Life) that Thoth and Seshat had a child in Peru, I had a memory of them leaving the Earth from Peru and returning to Venus, for a time. Seshat/Sesherat is of the leonine race called Paschat (Seshat is a human rendering of that word) and the technology of the Puma Punku is of the leonine people.
Here in the beech grove, first we would ‘reset’ the foundation, or base, energies of the land, and activate its heart energy with Gaia’s core, using the geometry of the ‘four-petalled Rose’.*
This is represented by a tetracross: a double Infinity symbol of four ‘petals’ inside a circle, akin to the four-petalled flower of the base chakra, aligned to the cardinal points, with a beautiful piece of emerald in the centre (with yin/water energy, sent by a dear soul sister, from the Colorado River). To the east and west of the emerald are two quartz ‘pillars’, with malachite at north and south (heart protection), and jade and peridot bringing in the fullness of the ‘green’ spectrum. The outer circle contains 80 gumnuts (seed pods of gum trees) placed upright. As you can see, they are like tiny cups, and represent the Cup/Grail/yin/receiving energy of the circle, and were laid down at Full Moon. While making the circle, Orbs began to arrive in the grove. I had never seen their like before, with pieces missing or holes in them, arriving for healing and assistance (Orbs being representations of a Soul’s energies; whether that Soul is in physical incarnation or not). For a general practice to help such Souls with healing/rebalancing, see the previous post about Purple Flame. The Orb pictured below arrived a few nights ago, with a large hole in it, assisted into the grove by two small Orbs:

The next element in the circle’s ‘geometry’ was a cross of yellow-gold stones running across/inside the four petals, on the date 14-2-14 (or 2-14-14 to friends in the USA). Literally, the 1’s are present (doubled, 2×1) in the cross, which also represents 4 arms within 4 petals, so we have the 1s and the 4s of the 14, doubled. 4 doubles to 8, and the petals also form 2×8, or 2 Infinity symbols, crossing over in the centre, with 2×1 (the crossbars) inside them…the Cross raising the Base (4) to Infinity (8). The 1s and 8s create the number 18, doubled in the tetracross/four-petalled Rose. 18 in Hebrew is ‘chai’, meaning ‘Life’ or ‘alive’. 18 doubles to 36. 36 doubles to 72. 72 doubles to 144, through the power of Infinity to 144 000. The 80 ‘Cups’ hold the vibration of 8 (Infinity) of the Circle (O=Heaven) being anchored into the Base, while the cross lifts the Base into a ‘new’ energy: simultaneous ‘descension’ of ‘heaven’ and ‘ascension’ of Base, manifesting the INception energy of the Shift. The tetracross or rose cross with the two crossbars is connected to the energy of my Twin Flame and I; hence we were both born into physical on the 18th day of a month. So the sacred circle represents our energies grounded in union, as One, with Gaia.
3D physical is constantly reflecting; here in the ‘gifts’ that appeared in the circle the next day – feathers in the green ‘frequency’, from yellow-green to aqua, left in the circle by a visiting family of parrots:

Can you feel the interweaving of the dimensions there? The Flow, or dance, between the macrocosm and the microcosm? ‘As above, so below, through the centre is the flow’.
The sacred circle in the beech grove will continue to evolve. Its present form is given to establish a Base of elevated frequencies; its healing qualities are now activated, and star family show its potential as a mini star portal/doorway coming into alignment, through several stages….according to particular planetary alignments. Members of the fleet have semi-materialized over several days/nights in the grove (not in their unveiled light-forms, as the neighbour’s house is very close by, so their appearance is muted, just visible). In the photo below, you may be able to see, to the right of the circle, Ashtar’s head, shoulders and upper chest in a light-coloured material, with a darker sash (purple, as I ‘see’ it) running from his right shoulder (right, if you’re looking at the picture) down over his chest. A friend observed that he appeared to be sitting in lotus position. The first photo shows the grove empty, and the second photo with him slightly materialized:

The following night, four figures were visible, but very faint in photos. There have been many more since then, which I’ll speak of in later posts.
What we are constructing in the grove here is on a tiny scale, and I wish to add that higher dimensional beings/people can represent their energies visibly and tangibly without the use of ‘technologies’ as we understand them. In a sense, the torus in every atom in our bodies, and every subtle ion of our beings, is a ‘portal’, as are stars, at the large scale, and indeed galaxies. Everything reflects and connects.

* About the soul aspect name I’ve researched, ‘Hanamaya’; ‘Hana’ translates as ‘flower’ from Japanese and Persian, ‘Grace (of God)’ in Hebrew, ‘divine’ or ‘radiant’ in Maori, etc. ‘Maya’ relates to the Mayan people, and also to the Sanskrit root word ‘maya’, which is commonly used to mean ‘illusion’, as in the illusion of matter. In the oldest texts, however, the Rig Veda, it meant ‘power’, specifically power of the ‘gods’….before duality distorted the energies/meanings. But that is another story. Both the four-petalled Rose and the shells used to form it in this circle relate to the energies of Venus, and Hanamaya, ‘Divine Flower Power’. While looking into the vibrations of this name, the video below came to my attention….about the recent discovery of the Hummingbird Pyramid in Ecuador. Glyphic text on its walls has been deciphered as *paleo-Sanskrit* in origin! 🙂

During the last week, I observed a different feature in the Orbs here; many of them are constant companions, reflected Essences of star family members and others. But in the last week other Orbs have been arriving, and their energy does not feel ‘well’. Some of them have pieces missing, holes through them, or appear ‘down’ and ‘ill’.

I am in the process of making a sacred circle in the beech grove at our new home, which has deep heart-centered energy, a nodal point on a ley line, and is connected to Ashtar and Sesherat. A few nights ago, I focussed on activating the healing potential of the node as it reopens fully, and the first Orb to arrive looking for healing was this little ‘sad face’, followed by many more.

It literally ‘brought home’ to me the strain and imbalance so many are feeling at this time of extreme dissonance between the ‘rough edge’ of 3D duality vibration and the ever-more-present higher reality of the New Earth. I asked star family how best to help humanity as a whole to release the 3D ‘suffering’ construct. Ashtar said to visualize holding the Earth in Purple Flame, every day – and that the more who can do this, the better for All.

Sit comfortably, breathe deeply and relax. Take your focus into your Heart Centre, and put your hands on your knees or thighs, with palms facing upward. See the Earth resting in your hands, large enough that the Core of the Earth is level with your Heart Centre. Now see an Infinity symbol of golden Light between your Heart and the Core of the Earth, with the ‘tips’ of the Infinity touching your Heart and the Earth’s Core, connecting them. See and feel golden Source Light flowing through the Infinity symbol, between you and Gaia.
Now visualize the Purple Flame of Compassion, Mercy and Freedom enveloping the whole Earth, and see it bathing the hearts of all humanity and all life on the planet, animals, plants, the mineral kingdom, and non-physical beings. If you wish, ask aloud for all beings and all of humanity to embrace the qualities of the Purple Flame – including the Violet of Transformation, Magenta of Emotional Freedom and the deep Purple of Passion, Creating with Love.
Hold this visualization for 3 minutes or 9 minutes, or 33 seconds or 99 seconds, whatever you can do (you do not have to watch a clock; hold your intent for those number vibrations, which are Trinity and Angelic). Please continue this practice as often as possible, and feel in your Heart how you are connected to all other people holding this focus, embraced in the energies of the holders of the Purple Flame, Lao Tzu, Quan Yin and the Archangel Zadkiel.

Following our move of house, I am deeply enjoying the energies of this land – a steep garden on the side of a valley in the hills overlooking the coastal plain where the city of Perth spreads. A creek runs from a waterfall through the valley for about six months of the year, currently dry during southern hemisphere summer, and there are many beautiful trees. The first ‘call’ here was to a grove of beech trees, where the energy of the valley feels at its strongest, deep-rooted to Gaia’s core.

The Beech tree, in the old Celtic and Druidic traditions (‘phagos’ in the Druidic ogham/alphabet), is known as the goddess tree, Queen counterpart to the Oak King, and as the tree of Learning. Her leaves were used for paper, and she is connected with words, language, scribes and writing. Her consciousness is the stimulus for crossing thresholds, diving deep into the ‘past’ of this life and other lifetimes, bringing ancient knowledge to the surface and reworking it into new energies and forms. She is a portal keeper of memories, understanding of the cause and effect flow of all lifetimes in the whole, and stepping beyond other lifetime energies/’ties that bind’ while healthily allowing, honouring and utilizing the gifts and learnings of those lives. The word for ‘door’ comes from Sanskrit ‘duir’ (oak); in the Beech and Oak united we have the threshold and the door.
In the Celtic tradition, Beech is associated with the Bluebird, the colour light blue, the gods Ogma Sunface, Odin and Thoth-Hermes-Mercury, and the goddess Seshat. For information about Ashtar (remembered on Earth as Thoth and Hermes Trismegistus) and Sesherat in the galactic fleet (remembered as Seshat) see the Guides page. Thoth and Seshat were both depicted in Ancient Egypt as scribes, recorders and inventors of letters/writing, and both were associated with the concept of ‘karma’ (flow of cause and effect through incarnations). Thoth was named in ancient texts as ‘Lord of Karma’. Why? In truth, he inspires remembrance of freedom from karma, the wheel of returning energies, and he and Seshat teach this together, through the path of Love and sacred inner knowledge felt through the wisdom of the Heart.
The Bluebird has been a personal icon for me since childhood, when I had recurring dreams of walking in a dark forest, not knowing the way out, then in front of me a bluebird would appear and lead me along a path into light. The Bluebird I now know as a projection of Archangel Michael, and do see many blue Orbs, of his energies and the Sirian Blue Lodge.

This new home feels held as a ‘sacred space’ in which to learn/remember more deeply through the balance of the Divine Masculine and Feminine within, through the union of the Beech Queen and Oak King….and through laughter, since the Divine delights in magical humour! A little way up the hill from the ring of beeches is a stand of Casuarinas, also known as ‘Beach She-Oaks’! 🙂

A note about Sesherat/Seshat; as a guide in recent years, she appears in my dreams, often in human form as a dark-haired woman, sometimes signified by a notebook and pen in her hands, with which she is writing. Other times, she has shown me writing/letters which belong to deep memory and beautiful vibrations. In one dream she gave me a white shawl, and on it were letters depicting Venusian sound-forms, light language (they look somewhat like a blend of Hebrew script with Tolkien’s elven Tengwar letterforms, if you can picture that). Such dreams are as lucid as waking life…but more durable. Overtly, Sesherat also projects her energies in Orb form, light rose and blue. (Ashtar usually projects to me in bird-of-light form, as eagle, dove or ibis). Their images – the projected representations of all Light beings – are indeed a form of telepathy, where images hold and transmit vibrational ‘messages’ to be embraced by the heart’s love.

Dear friends, following the previous post about INception/Immaculate Conception, more understanding has come through about the process of ascension (raising of the vibration of our 3D physical/emotional/mental being) and descension (inflow and containing of Higher Self vibration in the 3D-4D vessel), and their fusion to create a 5D crystalline-based light physical expression.
In the following week, Orbs clustered around the same tree (visible in photos of the previous post, with a Dove of white light flying to the tree and an Orb ‘nesting’ in it).
The nesting Orb continued to appear over several nights. Here it is on Jan 2, 2014.
As the Orbs continued drawing my attention to the tree, its significance deepened with the appearance of a white light Eagle (this is one of the forms I see Ashtar’s Essence projecting through) over two nights, along with communications about the Tree of the Sephiroth and a particular ‘realm’ within it, which I’ll speak of below.

Firstly, this ‘tree’ is really two trees twined together. The taller is a red bottlebrush, native to Western Australia, and the smaller is a pomegranate tree. When I attuned to this pair of trees, the energy of Twins, Twin Souls, pure union of sacred masculine and feminine energies, enveloped me. The bottlebrush has long feathery red flowers, and the pomegranate has red crown-like blooms that form into round red fruit, laden inside with red juice and seeds. You can see their masculine and feminine ‘plant signature’ in these photos, and how they compliment each other.

Red is the colour vibration of the base or root chakra (at the base of spine/perineum), the foundation of physical embodiment. The message of these trees, their celebration, coming into this year, is the importance of anchoring our merged inner feminine/masculine energies very deeply, so they can transform the physical level with the high frequencies of INception. Source Light flows through the crown, fills our forms to the base, and roots deep with the Core of Mother Earth…then the higher frequency ‘realm’, both personal and collective, IS our reality.
As they flower, bottlebrushes often hang down toward the earth – think of the red pillar of light pointing coreward – and pomegranate has a long association with the ‘underworld’ (a metaphor for both the subconscious mind/memory – going through layers of mind to the hidden Core – and the 5D inner world of Agartha) and cycles of consciousness, as seen in its association with stories of Isis and Osiris, Ishtar and Persephone, also with Dionysus, and King Solomon in Judaic lore. (Guided to read of its ancient history, I note with a smile that pomegranate was known to be in ancient Egypt as one was found in the tomb of Djehuti, servant to Queen Hatshepsut. Djehuti/Tehuti were also names of Thoth, one of Ashtar’s incarnations on Earth. A beautiful example of how the ‘inner’ and ‘outer’ converge constantly in higher frequencies, mirroring in the material world.)
Another post could be devoted to the pomegranate and bottlebrush; for the moment, Know bottlebrush as a symbol/energy holder of masculine beauty, strength and resilience, a conduit of life-force from Source to Core, and pomegranate as the waters of life contained within the sacred (crowned) vessel, where the Core of the apple (pome) is seeded (granata) with divine life. Feel these Twinned energies merging within you, and your life force, your substance, vibrate in complete balance with divine female and male energies.
Relax, open and embrace the energies now available from the ‘ship’ (or sphere) that travelled under ISON’s cloaking from Cygnus and is now stationed with Earth, transmitting high Love, seeding IN high magic to the New Earth grid (also known as Source synchronization). 🙂

This message from AA Michael through Celia Fenn feels synchronized. The ‘Spirit of the Forest’ lives in the true Tree of Spirit-into-form expressing and through each of us.
Dear friends, in this little ‘breathing space’ between Christmas and the New Year, I have reconnected into a specific energy – immaculate conception – and its relationship to the term ‘INception’, the bringing in and igniting of higher dimensional frequencies in a third dimensional form. I’m asked to share this awareness now, on the brink of 2014, just before the timing of the New Moon on New Year’s Day.
In the photos below, taken on Christmas Night, you can see how this energy is mirrored beautifully by star family, elementals and other transdimensional beings. The first ‘signal’ was the appearance of three Orbs who I refer to as the ‘Three Wise Men’ right beside the tallest tree in my back garden.
As shared in previous posts, these three Orbs have been here throughout December (the projected soul essences of certain star family members), while I followed the progress of the comet ISON, which came with a strong ‘catalyzing arc’ to deeper ignite the light of 5D+ frequencies in Earth’s humans at this time. INception is the process of transition from a third dimensional carbon-based physical body to a fifth dimensional crystalline light-based physical body: the process of allowing IN the stream of unlimited Love to every unlocked, cleared, opened cell, strand of DNA and ion in our beings, to the degree that our overall vibration lifts into a faster strata and anchors there. Gaia is already established in 5D, and humanity is currently in varying degrees of confluence (or dissonance) with her ‘rebirth’.
To complete this process requires a continual ‘choosing’ to BE in, and hold, Heart-centredness (to hold the faith in ourselves, our Higher Self’s Knowing, and the guidance of Source) no matter what…rather than reacting to the barrage of Heart-disconnected acts in the ‘duality screen’ of 3D, whether of a physical, mental or emotional nature, and to our own/others’ ego plays. When we hold Heart-centre, aligned with our Soul Star and Earth Star centres*, we invite in the ‘holy spirit’ and ignite a rebirthing of ourselves in harmonious higher frequencies. INception (from incipere, ‘to begin’ in Latin) is our starting point, our springboard, into unimaginable heights of Love and Bliss that manifest as we imagine them, when we are in full alignment with Source.

A few seconds later, a Dove of white light appeared to the left of the tree, and the Orb sat like an egg in a nest in the upper branches.
Religious doctrine put a particular slant on the concept of Immaculate Conception, linking it to a single event/person. From inner guidance, this energy, this flow, simply means an ignition of Life through a frequency that is IN joyful harmony, pure confluence, with Source’s creational power – and is infinitely available in service to Love. It is an inviolable conceptive/INceptive frequency that cannot be used to serve small self wants, since it can only take place within full alignment to Source Love and service to the Whole. Intrestingly, the dictionary words closest to immaculate are ‘immanent’ and ‘immaterial’. Do you feel the vibration of free-flowing yet powerfully focused creative energy here?
So we stand on the cusp of a new year, with the energy of a new moon (which is the time of the setting of a new seed in the lunar cycle), like an egg in a nest, overlighted by the holy spirit of our Higher Self as it descends into our opened ‘form layer’…or wraps around it. Really, it is both and the same, and the aspects of us currently in the experience of limitation are opening deeper to its embrace. Immaculately present to our Hearts, making the immaterial immanent – fully present in the Now – through our INceptions, personal and collective. This truly is Christing energy/Light of renewal in action. It is us.
Whether we express this energy in the creation of a child in Divine Love (outward manifestation) and/or through the INceptive process of igniting our inner Divine Child in the merge of our sacred feminine and masculine within (inward manifestation), embracing the Dove of Love and igniting the cell/egg is available to all of us.

An INception exercise, from Rowena
On Christmas Eve, this practice came through, as an aid to merging sacred masculine/feminine and receiving/grounding the child energy. Relax, slow your breathing, and focus into your Heart centre. Crown breathe (think whale or dolphin) white light into your heart and through the chakras in your body, opening the prana tube.
Visualize a deep pink Rose in your Heart centre. Now see blue all around it, spreading out in every direction, as if the Rose is floating on a calm sea. See/feel a beam of gold light coming down from Source through all your upper subtle chakras (if you know them), through the Soul Star, Crown and throat and into the Rose in your Heart. Feel the golden light pool within the centre of the Rose, peaceful and revitalizing. Then send the gold light down through your lower chakras and Earth Star chakra, to the Core of Gaia. Feel this gold streaming gently through your Being, settling and anchoring, embraced in the perfect balance of Mother and Father as One.

* The Soul Star chakra is one hand’s length above your head, and the Earth Star chakra is below your feet, connecting to Divine Father and Mother energies of Source respectively. Together with the Heart Chakra (or three heart chakras), they form three overlapping ‘centres’, the Heart Centre, Star Centre (with the centrepoint in the third eye/pineal gland) and Earth Centre (with the centrepoint in the sacral chakra).

On this day of the Solstice, and the energetic peak it represents, I would like to speak about the Comet ISON, and the nature of its frequencies streaming Earthward, to be ignited here and in the heart of humanity. Two days later, I came across a transmission (video) by Tolec and the Andromeda Council, stating that what is known as the comet ISON is a biosphere from the Cygnus constellation, and that it was being flanked by two Procyon ships. Confirmation came from (my) contacts in the Intergalactic Confederation fleet of the Procyon presence (beings of the star Procyon, near Sirius, who fulfill a role of guarding and clearing dense energies…think ‘Thor’ or the protecting aspect of Archangel Michael). The orb in the photo below is from earlier this week; a shield of blue light in the centre, with a ring sparking with white light surrounding it, represents/transmits the energies of AA Michael and the Procyon (there are other beings here too; you may be able to see a hawk’s head).

ISON began to display an eagle or falcon-like shape, representing the presence of the Ashtar Command, as well as bird people of Light (Carians) who have reunited with the Intergalactic Confederation. In channellings and discussions of ISON, there has been much speculation about whether the comet is a comet or a ship, or group of ships. In truth, it is both. These are multi-dimensional beings and frequencies; the 3D gaze views the conventional form of an object called a comet (though interestingly, astronomers have noticed this comet making some unexpected/unexplained ‘adjustments’ to its course while passing Venus). However, in 5D+ the ISON biosphere is being guided by ships, more than one, including Ashtar’s ship, the Phoenix.

I had a sequence of dreams and visions connected to the Phoenix at that time, and to energies I will describe as ‘white phoenix’ frequencies (viewed through a 5D soul aspect, Rowena, on board the Phoenix, and connecting with the ‘white flame’ of the Divine Feminine energies). What does the white phoenix mean? In Rowena’s words: “White Phoenix Light of Source comes as an ignition, a clarion call to the heart, to cleanse and purify the Way for birth and renewal. From the Ash, Phoenix opens the Way. Anpu holds open the door to the unlit realms of lower energy mesh, for the One Light to flow through; in all human hearts is this potential as the White Star centralizes.”

It’s also a fine signifier of the incoming energies of the Divine Child, through the union of the Cup of the Sacred Feminine and the Sword of the Sacred Masculine. When this union is complete and full, the Child is conceived in immaculate energies of grace. In all of us, where the inner union takes place, merged in pure Love, we experience our own Immaculate INception….as our ‘ascended/raised’ frequencies of this 3D form open to embrace the ‘descending’ energies of our Higher Self. We are the Cup and Sword, the Grail and Excalibur, masculine and feminine merge in Divine Union, birthing into the New.
A strong stream of Light is being steered in now to facilitate this seeding. Despite ISON’s apparent disintegration in physical as it passed the Sun, its path/purpose is not yet complete, and the dates 26-28 December are marked as a special ‘gift-giving’ time. On this peak day of the Solstice, let your heart breathe IN the white ray of the phoenix, opening the way for the golden light of resurrection. ‘I, Son, Is On ISON.’ May the Christ-light blossom and reNew the fragments of the Cup into wholeness again, in us all.
