Solstice Blessings: Ra and the Winged Sun

Dear All,

Sol-stice….’the Sun stands still’….in this moment of counterbalance of the longest day in the northern hemisphere and the shortest day in the southern hemisphere, feel into this energy of Solstice, when the ‘Sun is standing still’, in the core of you, the pure inner spark you are, that is in all Life, everywhere, your spark of the One Imperishable Fire of Source, eternal and incorruptible.

Now feel in your heart the eternal energy of your spark as it moves, spins, sways and dances around the stillness of its pure core, both the presence and the movement of Life, which is Love, inseparable, motion around motionlessness, no boundaries or borders, merged yet playing with its flame, golden as the Sun, the light of the eternal Ra (Ray). This is You, one with All, an energetic expression of Love, Source’s pure Love-Light-Consciousness.

You are a Star, quite literally, you are a Sun, and the light of infinite Ra, Source itself, is the spirit, soul, vital force, breath within you. In your inner heart centre, it is alight forever in your Temple. It is the light in the zero point of the tiny cave, the tiny space, deep within your heart chakra,and it is the ‘space’ filled with Life. In every cell of your body, in its subtle ‘material’, glows a tiny Sun. In every strand of your DNA, its proteins and molecules, is a Sun. Even older than your DNA, in every atom of your RNA there is a Sun. You are a portal of the infinite Ra, Source itself, and when you are an open portal, all love and life flow through you.

Attachments, ego’s investment in and to the polarity play, dissolves away. You walk in the world, yet not of the world, flowing with the contrasts and experiences of BEing in a physical 3D body without binding your will and mind to the dualisms of birth/death, love/fear, Service to Self/Service to Others, push/pull, peace/resistance and so on. Whole Self doesn’t stand between the ends of the seesaw, trying to balance them, or veering to one ‘end’; it encompasses the polarities, and softens them in the energies of mercy and compassion. The feeling of freedom that comes with this is the remembering – RE-knowing – of your Source Spark, aligned and connected with infinite Love. (‘Re’ is the older Egyptian form of ‘Ra’; they pronounced in ‘ray’).

The reach of Ra’s rays is also symbolized in the Winged Sun, or Winged Disc, with its open wings fanning the Light of Source to all. Some say the winged sun should not be used in this Now to focus or represent high frequencies, because it became associated with/compromised into a ‘negative polarity’ by the fallen Anunnaki in ancient Sumeria. We ask here that all lift your view from polarizations, open your heart to the rays of Source Love, and dissolve fear of old distortions (rather than reinforcing them in this Now). For the Winged Sun was and is a symbol, a geometric frequency form, of Ra, of the Light of Source, of those who ‘fly through the sun’, the solar portal, of those who dwell within the Sun in higher dimensions and radiate their love to all within this solar system, and beyond. Remember the network of Stars, it’s all connected, and alight with Life.

In this Now, Source is with(in) us as it always was, is and will be. The network connects when we flow with it rather than resisting, trusting it, loving Life. I’d like to return to an orb shared in the previous post, which appeared in the sky close to an Ashtar Command (Intergalactic Confederation) ship, as a collective projection of the beings on board, Carian (birdlike/avian), Leonine and humanoid. You can see the photos in the last post, but here’s the original, and a brightened enlargement.

In the close-up below, of the overseer of this group, AiShii’Te’Ra, a ninth dimensional Carian white light being, you can see his distinctly hawk-like face and eyes, above a large blue Owl.

AiShii’Te’Ra ~ here again now with many Carians who have come back into the Intergalactic Confederation fleet and are flying/assisting with the Ashtar Command ~ once streamed his energy through the incarnation of Horus, along with others who sought to lift the Earth from the hold of the ‘polarity council’ and its ‘Alliances’. Source’s decree in this Now is for this upliftment of planetary frequencies (known as ‘ascension’) to reach completion, the culmination of Gaia’s Shift. The way to stay steady and expand through this stage is to know ourselves as a pure spark/soul essence of Source. The imperishable flame lives within our hearts and souls, our whole being, and as we steadily clear the layers of accretion and distortions around it, we connect again into the true higher grids, the network of Love, and Light.

In Divine Humour (and messaging), two days after photographing the ship and orb of AiShii’Te’Ra and family, I visited a seaside town south of Perth. While walking around the waterside, I passed a boathouse with a cormorant perched on top, and saw it was sitting on a carved wooden Owl!

As I passed under a lamp-post, the cormorant sitting on it, preening its feathers, suddenly went into this ‘pointing’ pose.

Cormorant vibration is connected with diving deep into life (they swallow pebbles so they can dive far underwater), especially at times of birth. This beautiful bird is pointing from the lamp (light), like a ‘hand of Ra’ pointing from/through the Sun….and our Carian friends of high light are indeed here now, pointing Light into the deepest places, within us all, to show where distorted energies are lodged or can ‘hook’ into. When we become aware of those places, we can fill them with love, with golden light of resurrection, and heal them deeply.

Blessings to the Birds and all the ‘pointers’ and ‘messengers’ who assist us in steering and clearing into the depths of peace and joy. This cloud appeared two days ago, of a woman’s face with an Owl sitting on her head, reminiscent of Athena and her owl.

The Dove in the Cradle: Shifting our Inner Landscape

Dear Friends,

As we welcome April, in this deep breath between the solar eclipse-equinox and upcoming lunar eclipse (Blood Moon)-Easter, are you ready and open to go further with the energies present with/for us right now? From my own journeying and others during this period, it seems many of us are going through deep clearings and shifts, on inner, sometimes newly revealed subconscious terrain, or reaching peaks of intensity with work, health or relationship energies. There’s a dynamic of change, old control mechanisms attempting to ‘lock down’, along with bright new openings, maybe unexpected to the head if it has been engaged with old stories of who, what and how we are – but instantly felt and getting a big, resounding ‘Yes’ from the heart.

In the last post about RNA and DNA, we looked at the role of RNA in the process of subtle-to-physical inception/ascension – our physical bodies aligning with higher frequencies more deeply – as messenger and transcriber interacting with DNA, a Hermetic alchemizing agent and mobilizing energy of change at our primal spiral level. We focused on how (and how effectively) we allow in the higher frequencies of light needed to ignite both personal and collective alchemy into a continuous conscious experiencing of love and grace. Now I’ll add one more element to our expanding, higher-resonating genetic picture; the epigenome.

‘Epi’ from Greek means that which is above, in other words, an influencing factor above/beyond the fixed lattice of the DNA, not coded in through genetic inheritance in the manner of RNA, yet also a transformer. Epigenomes act as ‘tags’ that modify sections of DNA, and are completely mutable, affected by environment (such as, while growing in your mother’s womb, did she eat well, feel stressed or peaceful, was the placenta small or large, your umbilical chord narrow or wide, allowing or reducing flow of nutrients) – and as with our whole physicality, epigenomes are affected by our thoughts, feelings and consciousness. Indeed, they are the chemical agents of change, working with received energies. Those energies, constantly transmitting from our consciousness, ‘speak’ to the tiny receiver epigenomes, who translate and transcribe them into our helix strands. They modify the codes, and when we charge our emotions and thoughts with love, we mobilize epigenomes that initiate higher frequency codings of divine union and expansion.

If you enjoy speaking to your body with words or song, movements like mudras, t’ai chi or dance, visualizations of light and symbolic imagery, or simply with feelings of love, compassion and faith, attune now to how simple and direct the flow IS, deep into the physical – and that our bodies, which are designed to love Life, are waiting and ready in every moment for vibrational signals of upliftment and thriving. Feel your miraculous body say (((Yes))) – at its most fundamental building levels of spiral strands and little messengers playing ‘tag’ with those strands in your unique genetic ‘landscape’ – to your most joyful and loving vision of you.

To make clear the deeper flow of this moment, on the brink of Easter, connect now with the spiral, the helix of Life in your own cells, and some words that came through my Higher Self in a recent post: ‘No one comes to the Father except by the Son. No one comes to the Son, except by the Mother. All is in Oneness, triangle of the heart.’ Triangle, trinity, of the heart; spiral of birth, rebirth, resurrection. The Easter Egg, sign of new Life, the rebirth of Christ energies, has its origin in the more ancient pagan festival of Oestre, goddess of fertility/birth, from which we get the name of the female hormone Oestrogen; literally ‘Easter Gene’. Do you feel here the deeper interweaving of the divine feminine/masculine/child trinity, into and through all Life? And how Ascension is an embracing of the three-as-one, renewing the imperishable infinite Life spiral in this mortal (finite) coil, which Sananda as Jesus demonstrated, for all to realize how the kingdom of heaven is within.

This Oneness flows everywhere in life; within our bodies; in the golden ratio of galaxies and shells; in the land itself. The photo below is of a place that ‘spoke’ to my being as a child, while living in Tasmania (a heart-shaped island south of the Australian continent). This is Dove Lake, in Cradle Mountain; a pure marker on Gaia’s body, of Ascension, love, the crescent or Bow of the Mother and the egg of the Child.

From one angle the lake looks like a heart. From another, it is the curved bow, with the egg below. Or even a question mark, asking us to feel, high as a mountain, deep as an alpine lake, what it means to ‘Cradle the Dove’.

Source shows us how names are more than random, ‘chosen’ far beyond the intellectual reasons our minds might think, aligned at deeper levels with the heart, the knowing of Life, and how it flows in and through the earth and elements. In higher dimensions, where there is no ‘veil’, this is so very clear.

The light of the Dove of Source can be seen in this white rose with light pink centre, colour vibrations of the Divine Mother in flower form, which Ashura envisioned to me as his ‘insignia’ when we first re-connected.

These words come through from Ashura (Arnap) now: ‘In your resurrecting genes, your Easter, the spiral of the opening Rose holds as its core the pink heart of Higher Love, and the layers surrounding your core, that have built around it, peel away in the pure white ascension Light. Bathe these outer layers in Mother’s White Flame, and they will be re-made as petals of the rose, through the harmonics of the Flower of Life.’

The Flower of Life holds in its geometry the sixth harmonic, which vibrates also through Metratron’s Cube, and the Cube of Arcturus. I experienced this cube energy as a gift from Arcturian Angelic family at a time when an intense clearing was needed two years ago. I dreamed of travelling to an Arcturian white crystalline city, where they gave me a cube of pure white light to hold on my Crown Chakra, and let the cube’s light pour through my body, mental and emotional field. It is the same light held in the petals of Arnap’s Rose, and can be seen in an orb photo I took last November.

In the close-up of this beautiful green orb, representing the Life energy,three Lady Masters are seated. From left to right, the wisdom of compassion and peace; transformation and clearing of impurities; immaculate conception/inception, which is the birth into physical (via our DNA-RNA-Epigene spirals) of the energy that resurrects, the sixth harmonic. For as Sananda has shown, the Cube is a six-sided form that unfolds as the Cross.

Don’t worry about ‘thinking outside the box’. Just unfold the box, from your heart, and expand. Have a beautiful Easter in the way that is most meaningful for you. Bless the unique nest that you are, cradling the egg of your rebirth, the spirit of the Dove of Love.

Spiralling In: Healing the Small Self’s Resistance

Dear friends, a number of you have asked what’s been happening for me the last five weeks. Some of you will know I’ve had pneumonia along with fractured ribs during this period, and I feel to share the inner journey of this dis-ease, as it may resonate for the healing paths some of you are also taking.

Five weeks ago, an ‘atypical pneumonia’ had spread through members of my family, including my son. I hadn’t had a virus for years, but actually felt the moment it ‘jumped into my system’; I became worried about my son, who went to hospital with severe breathing difficulties, and my vibration dropped, opening a doorway to negative energies. Three days later, with my inner balance – and therefore outer balance – shaky, I slipped and fractured several ribs. The combination of heavy coughing and cracked ribs during the next few weeks was complicated by a larynx spasm that shut the windpipe, making my body go into stressful methods to get breathing again. The muscles around the damaged ribs would spasm, and go into cramps for hours, trying to compress and protect the ribs. This combination made it impossible to breathe, until I started to black out, until an adrenalin surge would block the pain and kickstart the breathing reflex.

While this was happening on the physical level, I knew it was imperative to hold a high frequency focus, stay in love and peace, very deeply, and acknowledge, clear and heal the part of my small self caught in imbalance. I’ve been blessed with an enormous amount of help and support through this process, and here especially want to thank my Higher Self and higher soul aspects, my beloved Twin Flame, star family and guides, friends and family who have given guidance, comfort, support and healing both energetically and ‘on the ground’ (thanks to my beautiful Mum, I’ve been able to stay at home through most of this time).

I knew the combination of a soul aspect of late Atlantis with some stored grief of this lifetime whose energies were vibrating in this Now, not in alignment with the inward spiralling Whole self, within the love-embrace of Higher Self and Source. I had done much healing and releasing with these aspects before, yet at a deeper core level they were still there and resisting the overall ‘keying up’ of frequencies (ascension). Just before this dis-ease state came in, I asked Source to bring to light and clear any last parts of myself that were resisting full ascension; in other words, I could feel something still blocking in the subconscious level, and Source answered, immediately! The small self part of my Now self connected to unresolved Atlantean energies, said: ‘You couldn’t hold the high vibration then. What makes you think you can do it now?’ From within that viewpoint, dying out of physical seems ‘better’ than risking the pain of falling out of a higher vibrational state (again).

Through the healing and unblocking now taking place with these wounded soul aspects, immersed now in Love, the deeper openings are truly wondrous, taking me into a far more free, whole intimacy with my Higher Self, back into Source itself through the trail of incarnations through Universes, feeling the sweetness of the merging of all, reflected in, and twined with, the beautiful energies of reunion with my Twin Flame, and bringing that into the heart grid of Gaia as an uplifting, imprinting stream of light, memory and unity.

The contrast of small self’s resistance has been there, reflected perfectly in physical, where new fractures have appeared in the lower ribs these last few days, from the muscle spasms. So this morning I asked my Higher Self, what is this last denying part, that is still ‘breaking away’? Higher Self and Twin Flame showed me the form of a great spiral funnelling INward, where the outer rings of the spiral represent 3D, and the rings going INward represent higher and higher frequencies. In my subconscious, a part of the 3D small self clings to the outer rings for dear life (but it’s perception is inside-out), in fear that it will be destroyed if it lets go and allows itself to be drawn into the centre. In the body, the spiral is symbolized by the outer rings as the ribs, outer protecting layer around the lungs, wherein the breath of life flows through to heart centre.

As the small self clings, not trusting the inward path, it has broken the outer spiral (ribcage), because it sees destruction instead of transformation…in its distorted viewing, it fears it will be lost, when in truth it will be integrated as a precious part of the Whole I AM, in a higher state of being. I see this small part of ego self now cradled in the arms of my Higher Self, held in a sphere of pink and gold light, relaxing….relaxing and trusting deeply, as it has not for eons. In witnessing this, I Know all healing is possible, and is happening right Now, flowing with our/my goal of integrating and merging all aspects together again as One Light of Love. 🙂

The key in all healing journeys is to be at peace, unconditionally, with what is, so that the space is created for what can be, to take hold and bloom. That space is the restoration of love, all the way IN to Source, and it is golden. As Sananda says: ‘Make your body (and being) a reservoir of the golden flame’.

One word: Yayyyy!!!!

Finally, I’d like to share with you some exquisite symbolism that appeared in the sky in the middle of this process. In it is a cradling hand, or ‘stairway to heaven’: the beautiful steps the small self builds to Ascend, and the sublime movement of Higher Self/Sun as it descends, to meet and merge ‘in the middle’….

PS: One addition to the photo above: what appear as steps are also the fingers of a hand, and if you look closely, you can see the whole hand delicately outlined, and a face in profile above, to the left of the Sun. One friend saw this as a being cradling me close, with their hand tenderly around, and I see a child’s face above the hand and close to the chin of the being’s face. This represents both the Higher Self cradling the soul aspect I spoke of above, and also beautiful Great Mother energies from Sirius. There is a composite of energies in this form, but I feel both Sesherat/Seshat and Isis strongly….who knew Egypt and Atlantis well…..and my Twin Flame….thank you blessed ones.

The Beech Queen & Oak King: Love and Knowledge

Following our move of house, I am deeply enjoying the energies of this land – a steep garden on the side of a valley in the hills overlooking the coastal plain where the city of Perth spreads. A creek runs from a waterfall through the valley for about six months of the year, currently dry during southern hemisphere summer, and there are many beautiful trees. The first ‘call’ here was to a grove of beech trees, where the energy of the valley feels at its strongest, deep-rooted to Gaia’s core.

The Beech tree, in the old Celtic and Druidic traditions (‘phagos’ in the Druidic ogham/alphabet), is known as the goddess tree, Queen counterpart to the Oak King, and as the tree of Learning. Her leaves were used for paper, and she is connected with words, language, scribes and writing. Her consciousness is the stimulus for crossing thresholds, diving deep into the ‘past’ of this life and other lifetimes, bringing ancient knowledge to the surface and reworking it into new energies and forms. She is a portal keeper of memories, understanding of the cause and effect flow of all lifetimes in the whole, and stepping beyond other lifetime energies/’ties that bind’ while healthily allowing, honouring and utilizing the gifts and learnings of those lives. The word for ‘door’ comes from Sanskrit ‘duir’ (oak); in the Beech and Oak united we have the threshold and the door.

In the Celtic tradition, Beech is associated with the Bluebird, the colour light blue, the gods Ogma Sunface, Odin and Thoth-Hermes-Mercury, and the goddess Seshat. For information about Ashtar (remembered on Earth as Thoth and Hermes Trismegistus) and Sesherat in the galactic fleet (remembered as Seshat) see the Guides page. Thoth and Seshat were both depicted in Ancient Egypt as scribes, recorders and inventors of letters/writing, and both were associated with the concept of ‘karma’ (flow of cause and effect through incarnations). Thoth was named in ancient texts as ‘Lord of Karma’. Why? In truth, he inspires remembrance of freedom from karma, the wheel of returning energies, and he and Seshat teach this together, through the path of Love and sacred inner knowledge felt through the wisdom of the Heart.

The Bluebird has been a personal icon for me since childhood, when I had recurring dreams of walking in a dark forest, not knowing the way out, then in front of me a bluebird would appear and lead me along a path into light. The Bluebird I now know as a projection of Archangel Michael, and do see many blue Orbs, of his energies and the Sirian Blue Lodge.

This new home feels held as a ‘sacred space’ in which to learn/remember more deeply through the balance of the Divine Masculine and Feminine within, through the union of the Beech Queen and Oak King….and through laughter, since the Divine delights in magical humour! A little way up the hill from the ring of beeches is a stand of Casuarinas, also known as ‘Beach She-Oaks’! 🙂

A note about Sesherat/Seshat; as a guide in recent years, she appears in my dreams, often in human form as a dark-haired woman, sometimes signified by a notebook and pen in her hands, with which she is writing. Other times, she has shown me writing/letters which belong to deep memory and beautiful vibrations. In one dream she gave me a white shawl, and on it were letters depicting Venusian sound-forms, light language (they look somewhat like a blend of Hebrew script with Tolkien’s elven Tengwar letterforms, if you can picture that). Such dreams are as lucid as waking life…but more durable. Overtly, Sesherat also projects her energies in Orb form, light rose and blue. (Ashtar usually projects to me in bird-of-light form, as eagle, dove or ibis). Their images – the projected representations of all Light beings – are indeed a form of telepathy, where images hold and transmit vibrational ‘messages’ to be embraced by the heart’s love.

May the healing and balance of the Beech Queen radiate constantly into Gaia’s network and to all who need it. Please also know that guiding and guarding beings of Love are always only a thought away, for all of us. We all make our choices, have our own paths to walk, yet in togetherness with our soul families, whether we are consciously aware of them/us or not, interweaving endlessly…and ultimately, we are All One family of Source, working with certain strands according to our souls’ plans. Let’s keep opening doors together, dear friends, across dimensions.
