The Mer-people send greetings from the higher dimensional liquid light Waves ~~~ π
They come with a request to those who have Mer-folk soul aspects, and all who have love for the oceans, dolphins, whales, and sea beings, you’re all welcome to add your love, prayers, meditations, whatever you wish, for the cleansing, revitalizing and renewal of the waters of planet Earth. In the previous post I introduced an amphibious group, the Acamarians, who are specialists in ‘sound engineering’ in and through the water element for stabilization. The Mer people have a particular focus with cleansing and purifying the waters.
Mer people originate from Cetus and Sirius C (a higher dimensional star, third star in the Sirius system, not visible in 3D), from whence they spread to Sirius B and many planets in the Pleiades, into Eridanus and other systems. They are helping us now to bring harmony and higher frequencies into the waters of Earth, to soften and ease the planetary shift in regards to the waterways, seas and oceans.
If you’d like to attune directly with our Mer-family and friends, the lightship in the photos below is a Pleiadian ‘liquid light’ ship, captained by a Merman who was known on Earth in Greek myths as Glaucus. It appeared here firstly on January 24th, 2016, and can be seen as a tiny emerald green light high in the photo below, above the trees (with enlargement below):

Two nights ago on May 17th, this same lovely ship appeared again. Here are two views of it, firstly ‘front on’, then a view of the underneath of the ship, with its distinctive blue-green light.
The following words are from a message I received three years ago from Amarea, a Pleiadian sister with a mermaid soul aspect, with a call to bless the waters:
Bless the waters. In all you do. In your bodies. Drinking. Cooking. Eating (for water is IN your foods). Bathing. Showering. Swimming. When rain falls from your clouds, bless it. For those in snow and ice, bless it. Bless all still waters β ponds, pools, lakes. Bless all moving waters β streams, rivers, oceans. Connect your Love to the Keepers of the Seas, for they do a great service. Uphold them!
At your full moons, bless the tides at these times. The rise and fall. BE in balance in your (inner) waters.
Know that every loving intention you send into the water molecules within and around you, throughout the world, is a great help to the overall Light & Grace qualities and quotient being held, stored and flowed in the waters. Water is Life.

Today I’d like to share a communication from the ascended soul who was known in a recent incarnation on Earth as Satya Sai Baba. I connected with him in inner heart about two years ago, and had a beautiful contact with him in the last two weeks. He spoke of the Golden Bowl, and tuning to the purest tones of Love and Life.
This piece of music, of Tibetan singing bowls and running water, comes from Satya Sai’s guidance, for the Bowl is also about washing in the light of Love. I’ll share this music here, as the exercise given below came through while listening to this piece:
Just before going into meditation with this music, I had been guided to the energy of the simurgh, a mythical bird of the Middle East which is also part lion (or part dog) that appeared in legends as a kindly helper and protector. It is related to the griffon, the ShiMuRa, unified energy of leonine, carian and angelic blend. The simurgh is also related to the Peacock Angels (connected with Krishna and Shemash, see this post) and went into the Armenian language as siramarg, meaning ‘peacock’ – a bird also connected with eternal life.
In Persian myth, the simurgh connected Earth and sky, and purified the land and water elements. It lived in the Tree of Life that stood in the middle of the world sea, and when it flew from the Tree, the Tree’s leaves shook and scattered its seeds in all directions. Wherever the seeds landed, they grew into every kind of plant on Earth, whose healing properties could cure all the ills of humanity. The simurgh itself was so ancient it had lived through three Ages of the world, and would in divine time self-immolate and be reborn, like the phoenix.

Satya Sai guided me to feel into this more deeply. In inner heart, we sat with the Golden Bowl between us and he raised his hands above it in a mudra (positioning one hand vertically on top of the other) that stood for the universal Tree of Life, the Source Tree. When the prime creative strands of the ShiMuRa – leonine-carian light being – spread out from the Tree, soul-journeying through Life, their ‘seeds’ from the Tree of Life scattered through universes, becoming the basis of life forms, extending from subtle, through the ‘codes’ of RNA/DNA into physical forms. Those codes, or frequencies, are within us, and we can wash them in the tones of the Golden Bowl, in its purifying water of golden light, to ‘clean our codes’.
From Sai: “As the new seeds fly from the Tree, gather and wash them in the Bowl, rather than leave them flying about and gathering dirt on them”…ie: collecting layers of distorting energies. In the Bowl, the highest truth is retained.
I asked about seeing/feeling Truth, and the energies of words, information, and what its energy IS, in relation to the Bowl, and he gives this practice:
“Whatsoever it is that you have connected with, envision that you write it onto a piece of paper. Place this paper into the Golden Bowl. What happens to the paper, with its lettering upon it? Does the lettering exude Light, or does it darken or dim within the Bowl? This will tell you whether it is within the highest Truth. If it darkens, then see it become transformed into Light within the Golden Bowl. Bless it, let it go, and dissolve the connected energy attachment. Let this wash away in the Bowl.
After you have done this, finish with a Rose in bloom within the water of the Bowl. Always leave your Bowl’s water with this sweetness. For water does remember.”
I’ll end this post with some photographs I took on October 27, the night before the last full moon. The Supermoon was clouded here, but on the night before it, this beautiful Sirian ship appeared very high up and flew a circuit around the moon. Attune to its Light, and you may be able to feel in there the energies of the simurgh, the peacock, the eternal creation of Life.

On this Friday – Frea/Fricka’s Day – connected with the Divine Feminine energy, the White Flame, I’d like to share with you a Rose Meditation for Syria, that came through in communication with some star family of the Intergalactic Confederation who are ‘new’ to me (or newly remembered); humans from the Orion constellation. Several small ships of distinctive shapes, different to any I’d seen or photographed before, flew down low over the treetops over the next two weeks.

On my birthday, our star brother Bareld and I had a joint connection while doing our Daily Practice meditation together. In that communication, I saw the interior of a large ship with a wide curved front, that tapered toward the rear, with many people on board, humans of Orion, from a planet of the star Betelgeuse. These people have a great variety of skin and hair colours, some that we would easily recognize on Earth. Their ship is one of a fleet, all of this same structure, that have come into the Confederation from Orion, and are currently stationed around or near Earth. While I received this visual greeting, Bareld received a verbal message and vision of a particular crystal known as the Light of Salmura.
From Bareld:
“I began to see a series of dark purple crystalline pyramids, where a top spinned around the apex of the purple pyramid, which was of a light purple color, Β and each pyramid had a white diamond shaped crystal heart inside it, see next picture, shining brightly, like the Heart Star of our energetic body….Then these word were spoken with it, by the Salmat: ββ¦This is Asakura, the Light of Remembranceβ¦β
This meant then that a spark of the light of complete energy of the Light of Salmura, energy which was stored in the inside of the Light of Salmura (the big bright white light crystal I saw), was put in each diamond shaped white crystal of the purple, as a remembrance of Sourceβs pure white Light. This interconnection they have always maintained, despite the illusionary grid the Reptilians imposed upon them.”
The Salmat people now transmit this vision/energy of the Crystal of Remembrance, the Light of Salmura, for humanity on Earth, to know, and utilize as they have done – a focused energy of remembrance of Love, of the origin of our beings and their infinite home as Love – beyond the influence of the ‘veil’. Feel it like the Heart Star of your energetic body, the pure white light of Source within you, your core, connected to the network of Light and the White Flame of the divine feminine.
Orion is a big constellation; some regions of it are still influenced in terms of reptilian control, but planets and civilizations around Betelgeuse, Meissa and Bellatrix are stabilized in higher frequencies, and members of the Intergalactic Confederation.
On August 30th, full moon night, I was able to photograph some very small craft from the Orion ships:

In this close-up of the craft at the centre top of the frame, you can see the Orion delegate in blue clothing seated behind a white curve at the front of the ship, red underneath, and a translucent violet dome over the top. The white curve is a reflection in miniature of the big curves I saw in inner vision around the front of the large Orion ships.
(Later, I would come to know this representative from Orion as Tanabor, a Melchizedek of Meissa, who has become a close, supportive and very dear soul companion of my Twin Flame Ashura&I during Earth’s planetary ascension.) Here’s another photo, taken on September 8th, which is a beautiful multi-layered representation of, through one view, a clearly-detailed small ship, and through another view, of three people seated at a round table with a large object in the centre of it, and a fourth person approaching the table from the upper left.
These loving people gave me a visualization using the Light of Salmura, the Crystal of Remembrance, for Syria. Of course, this can be used anywhere around the planet, but for the major ‘convergence’ of energies during September 2015 and for the Lighting of the Middle East, where so much energy of old is being unlocked/rebirthed in its higher vibrations, if it resonates for you, please use this visualization.
Calm your mind and centre your focus in your Heart, with pure love. Cleanse yourself with the Violet Flame, and envision the Crystal of Remembrance shining with its white light of Source in your Heart centre. Connect with the core of Gaia and the higher heart grid.Β
Now see a White Rose encompassing Damascus, the capital of Syria, with its petals of light unfolding, a Rose of Peace. Envision the Crystal of Remembrance nesting inside the heart of the Rose, and that high Light spreading through the Rose.
Seat the Rose on a Fruit of Life (see below). The Fruit of Life extends outward, covering all of Syria, then the Middle East, and imprinted through the whole Heart grid of the planet, flowing with this Light of Salmura. Feel in your own heart, within your being, connected to all beings, Peace, Love and Life coming to Fruition in this Now….

Feel the flow of Source through the Thirteenth Gate, the Divine Feminine’s doorway in the heart of the Fruit of Life. Like the Gates of the Sun and Moon, and all stars, we become convergence points of higher dimensions of light, love, and life. It is as simple and natural as breathing. Breathing love into our heart and out to All, as one circular sharing flow, connects us instantly with all that is of light, love and life – our star families, our human brothers and sisters on Earth, people of the inner Earth, elements and elemental beings, the dear animals and plants, crystals and sacred sites of the planet, the ground we walk upon in this moment, the atoms, strands and cells in our bodies, planets and stars, it is all Life, beloved of Source.
A word about Syria; the Rose of Damascus (from which the Damask Rose varieties were cultivated in many colours) was in ancient origin a white rose. The Arabic name for Damascus is ash-ShΔm, which means ‘Levant’. Levant, from Latin, means ‘rising’, in the context of Damascus, the rising of the Sun in the east. May the Light of the true Sun rise there now. ‘Ash’ relates vibrationally both to the Tree of Life, to universal Truth, and to the sound ‘akh’ (hieroglyph for the Ibis in ancient Egypt), meaning that which magically effects, andΒ ShΔm relates to ‘shem’ in the leonine Arua language, meaning divine Light, Light of Source – as in the ship name, Shem Arua, and Samaria/Samarias/Samaritans, Sumeria etc. It is an ancient Light reawakening in ash-ShΔm this month.

Following the major ‘light beam’ that was sent through a planetary alignment on May 28, to loosen what we could term the ‘Set/Hades energy’, you may have noticed both a general rise in ‘craziness’ in collective happenings and narratives in mainstream and alternate communities,Β plusΒ a rise in collective conscious decision-making, reflected in 3D, for the benefit and well-being of humanity, animals and the planet. The polarization of third density continues to increase, which is part of the process toward a tipping point of higher consciousness in both individuals and communities.
If you’re experiencing mild-to-wild oscillations in your own emotional, mental and/or physical energies, there’s a practice at the end of this post which I’ve been using for a few days, which is ‘heaven-sent’. The planet was given much stabilization through this period, with a 7.8 and 8.5 near/under Japan on May 30 (without damage) thanks to star family, our Agarthan/Inner Earth friends, the elemental beings, and those on Earth who held the Rose energy and spread peace through the grid at that time. Thank you all so much.
I’ve felt the presence of many more ships leading into and since this alignment and portal opening. On the night of May 26, I took these photos of a very large diamond-shaped ship with accompanying orbs. You can see the upper ‘triangle’ of the diamond-shaped ship, cloaked, passing in front of the Moon.
Here’s the largest of the orbs, upper left of the Moon, a projection in orb form of the ‘group consciousness on board the ship’, mostly of lighted Carians (birdlike beings, also sometimes referred to as avians, although we will note here that Carian beings in the highest vibrations don’t generally use the term avians about themselves).
Here’s a close-up, firstly from the original photo, and secondly, with brightness and contrast enhanced to show the beings within it more clearly.
For anyone not used to reading/sensing orbs, in the next photo I’ve outlined a few of the beings within it. There’s a prominent humanoid blue face in the centre foreground, with a large blue owl slightly behind/right hand side. In front of the owl there’s a small feline being, and above the owl is a white hawk face looking forward. To the left a green-blue face can be seen, with smaller faces in front of it. Remember, the orb is a luminous projection orΒ representationΒ symbolizing their soul energies.

The white hawk-like Carian seen in the top of the orb introduced itself as AiShii’Te’Ra, a 9D counterpart to Devin (High Arch of the Leonine beings), and had a soul expression well-known on Earth as Heru’ur in ancient Egypt, whom the Greeks called Horus (Horus the Younger). It is a deep joy for us to see/feel the reunion, repair, and realignment of Carian, Leonine and Angelic energies, with many Carian beings now returned to, and assisting with, the Ashtar Command/Intergalactic Confederation. Along with other work, their presence will in time supersede ‘disclosure narratives’ that blur the truth of who/what they are, since certain beings have sought to tweak humanity’s view of Carians and misinform their perception. We advise centering in your own heart and let yourself SEE from there. Rather than seeing discernment as using your intellect/analysis, which is susceptible to ‘suggestions’ both conscious and subconscious, always focus in your heart, the seat of your soul, breathe into it, pure love, and see/feel from there without any attachment, expectations or wanting. This way of heart-viewing can reveal the true nature of all energies to you.
At present, the ships over this area are mostly staying in the cloud cover ~ of which there has been plenty, with the Perth hills being chemtrailed constantly. Diamonds, discs and triangles have been ‘outlining’ in the clouds every day. The ship below, triangle-shaped, became just visible while I was focusing on clearing the sky, on June 5th. The trailing, from two planes, started as below (taken from my street, June 5th).
As the sky filled with trail-clouds, I felt and saw a Sirian Leonine ship (6D elongated triangle shape) arrive in what was by then widespread thin cloud cover (see the ship’s faint outline, upper centre of photo).
The ship sent a ripple of ‘sound’, which I heard internally as a long, rolling rrrr, like a non-stop purr. You can ‘see’ the ‘sound’ as long horizontal bands across/through the chemical clouds, this was how it visualized, then the sky looked/felt as if it turned into a whirlpool or vortex, and the clouds cleared.
Again, on June 9th, after detoxing the sky, this time a disc-shaped hole appeared above my house (this was the Shem AruaΒ which was then captained by my Twin Flame, Ashura, in his 5D aspect Arnap, and overhead most of the time).
This day he signed a beautiful loveheart into the clouds.
For those asking, the connections I experience with star family are both internal/telepathic/dream appearances, and visual, which can include sightings of ships, orbs, projections of beings close to me, or being guided to certain synchronistic words, music, images or text, and pictures or symbols in the sky, reflected in 3D forms. This way of connecting is all-inclusive, natural and truly available to everyone on Earth who connects in the heart,with their Higher Self in unconditional love, and has the patience, faith, trust and perseverance to clear all blocking energies.Β Our star brothers and sisters are here for all, not just the few. It’s a matter of converging our energies, meeting in the middle, allowing us to Be and act together. In the awakening community there’s a slogan, ‘We are the ones we’ve been waiting for.’ This is true. Also just feel thisΒ we is inclusive on a very expansive scale. Instead of thinking ‘us and them’ (duality) about assisting ETs and other light-beings, feel into the deeper unity, the wholeness of that ‘we’, in all our multi-dimensional soul expressions, relax and allow yourself to become a magnet for all that is of love, peace and unity in the universe. π
Below is a new practice I’ve found helpful for stabilizing during this week, for tuning in with higher tones/frequencies, allowing them to come pure, straight and uninterrupted through the Soul Star Chakra to very gently purify and clear residual fear-based energies from all chakras.
The Rose Tube Practice
Sit comfortably upright, breathe gold into your heart centre, and put a Golden Apple of light around your auric field. Open your chakras from base to crown, including the two new heart chakras (sacred heart, between the solar plexus and heart, and higher heart, between heart and throat). See/feel your Earth Star Chakra (below your feet) opening, as a white star, then your Heart Star (heart centre chakra), then your Soul Star Chakra (above your head). See/feel a pillar of Light descending from Source, through your Soul Star, down through all your chakras, and to Gaia’s Core.Β
Now feel this pillar as an air tube, your tube of prana, Life’s vital force, and feel this divine air flowing through you as you breathe in and out deeply, until you feel very relaxed. Then visualize a Tuberose flower, like this:
Hold the Tuberose in your Soul Star, then see/feel this flower slowly descending through your Crown, Pineal, Throat, Higher Heart, Heart, Sacred Heart, Solar Plexus, Sacral, Base, and down to your Earth Star. Let this flower’s purifying, clearing frequency gently fill your air tube and settle throughout your mind, emotions and physical body. Hold this seeing/feeling for as long as comfortable. Relax and feel your higher dimensional Essence permeating your whole Being.Β

If visualization isn’t easy for you, holding the intentionΒ with Love is enough. Or in this case, the scent of the Tuberose is enough to open your Soul Star, so you may like to source some Tuberose Oil. It’s actually one of the most intense flower fragrances on the planet. Many years ago I read of Tuberose opening the 10th Chakra (in Flower Essences and Vibrational Healing, by Gurudas, channelled from Hilarion), but didn’t know what the 10th Chakra was. However, if you use the nine chakra system in your body, with the three heart chakras, then the 10th Chakra is the Soul Star.
After doing this practice, a beautiful vertical ‘air tube’ was represented by Ashura over the house among leftover chemtrails (Tuberose is closely connected to our energy).
It’s message is: when our breathing IN is pure, in Love, all else shifts away from our inner space. Our pillar is kept pure, within the spiral of the Rose. And the Rose of the Tube, the Tuberose, holds in its form the shape of an angel’s trumpet.

Following recent dreams/visions of Mt Fuji in Japan, I had a meditation image this morning of a Heart Pool Temple (see below). I often see it with Earth floating above the pool, and it shows me the state of the planet. Today, a whale swam around the Earth, in a spiral way, and as it swam, all the waters of the planet, including in the bodies of all living beings, filled with white shining light, the Light of Ascension.
Also, the face of Dr Emoto (who dedicated his earthly life to revealing the way consciousness affects and is ‘in’ water, and who passed out of physical a few days ago) was there…he smiled and gave his blessing, in a role of overseeing the Lighting of the waters.
Mt Fuji appeared in front of me, with a golden key above it, pointing down into the crater at the top of the mountain.
The Key over Mt Fuji is given to unlock the flow of Gaia’s inner ascension light, which will help anchor many light spheres currently being positioned around the planet by star family, along with the crystalline structures of water in us all and around Earth, to intake and hold more higher dimensional light.

Here is the Heart Pool Temple, as I ‘see’ it, for anyone who would like to connect in this way: How I see it, is in the Inner Heart ‘realm’, and if you’d like to work with it in this way, just go into the inner heart-land (for starters, if you’e ‘heady’, see yourself walking down a staircase from your head into your heart, and open the tiny door there. When you walk through, there’s a stream (the Source Stream) with a bridge over it, that goes into your 5D+ creational space. On the near side of the stream is 4D landscape, which is ‘collective’. The Heart Pool Temple is in the 4D space. It’s a Mu (Lemurian) style healing crystalline light pool within a sacred space, and above it is suspended a light form of planet Earth; because you’re ‘in’ 4D, you can ‘see’ the whole 3D aspect of the planet at once. The truth of this has been borne out to me many times, when I’ve gone in and seen what energies are flowing around different parts of Earth, then read of flares, conflicts, group healings etc, and it all is exact reflection. When you walk, free of blockages, in the Inner Heart, everything in it is a perfect mirror, of group consciousness on the 4D ‘side’ and your own consciousness and that of close ones in the higher D spaces….. In the Heart Pool Temple, you can work with the Earth, and all who need healing, as a whole, and see the energies And you can zoom in to particular points, like Mt Fuji, within the sacred space of the Temple, which is within, you might say, the protecting Bow of Mother, and focus specific intents.
Since writing this post in 2014 about Bareld Nijboer and I as Twin Flames, I’ve come into a clearer awareness of our soul connection, which is known galactically as Crystal Twin Souls. I’ve written about why this form of Twin Soul energy feels and acts similarly to Twin FlamesΒ in this post.We both now connect with our true Twin Flames (who aren’t in physical 3D on Earth, but on lightships close by us in our respective homes in the Netherlands and Australia) and feel how we flow our energies during/for the ascension of Gaia in a beautiful way. Since my Twin Flame remembrance with Ashura, unveiled in inner heart, I’m more deeply aware of how the energy feels, of Twin Flame (masculine and feminine expressions/flows of One Soul), Twin Souls (two Souls in a very close connection, and when crystallized, acting similarly to TF flows) and Twin Rays, and will write about this in more depth soon.
In truth, we are all timeless souls. As I’ve experienced in this life, precognitions since childhood carry imprints and vibrations from many lifetimes and soul aspects, whether in this universe and others.Β I’d like to share some photos here of the way Bareld’s higher self has ‘appeared’ to me as a light being/orb form, to give a sense of the way we connect ‘at a distance’, which in higher frequencies is really no distance at all.Β I hope these images show something of the love we feel for each other, the Source light within our connection, the purpose we feel being here for Earth’s Ascension/Shift, and the interaction of higher love which orbs can represent, personal as well as collective.
The first photo shows Bareld’s first appearance as an orb (for more about orbs, see the Orbs page). My previous home had a round window beside the front door – perfect for an orb! In the first picture, his orb is visible just outside the window, below the awning, ‘looking in’.
The orb came inside and moved around a tapestry on the wall, before settling over an orb shape woven into the tapestry.
The next night his Orb (white lion being higher self) appeared up near the ceiling, then hovered beside a lamp.
In the orb below, his higher self arrived with many star family members, on a day/night of huge light energies. In the first photo you can see an orb group over the tree, in a diamond formation (portal) with his orb above them, holding the portal.
In the close-up, inside the lower rim of his Orb,at a slight tilt, are three arches (or Arched figures) transmitting Archangelic and Trinity frequencies, a lovely clear transmission of 9D Soul Light.
Another of his soul aspects appeared in the sacred circle in the garden here, aligning and activating certain light energies (the sacred circle marks a node on a ley line, which you can read Β about on the Gaia page). The first photo shows his Orb floating above the circle, and the second shows one of his higher soul aspects, Samarias, standing as a robed figure in the circle (which can also can be read as a pyramid with a white crystal apex, with which Samarias is connected).
Here is his beautiful 9D white light orb form, with a touch of Archangel Gabriel’s energies in there as well.
Here, his face appears within an orb of green light while he received healing, held in a ring of angelic light with a ‘rose-coloured crown’.
Finally, most recent appearances; within a violet mist is a man’s face (gazing upward to the right), his 5D soul aspect within the Ashtar Command, and below, as a white-gold Orb mirroring the full Moon (above the tree you can see my Twin Flame, Ashura’s small ‘pod’ ship as a bright white light).
We are all dear friends in higher dimensions; everything that reflects into 3D as light energies, telepathic-telempathic connection, unconditional love, flows through naturally from that higher friendship in Oneness. In this Oneness is the knowing of Source Love. The Oneness in every soul, every living being, has the same knowing….and in the inner return to Oneness from duality, each soul opens to – and magnetizes – deeper sacred relationship, and in the divine timing and path of their soul, reunion with their Twin Flame.

Today I had a beautiful meditation with an Agarthan guide, Orana, who holds a sixth dimensional portal to Gaia in my birthplace, Christmas Island (in the Indian Ocean, 2600 km north of Perth, Western Australia). He asked me to project my consciousness to the island, and feel deeper into the energies there than before. Focusing into it, with the Sixth Dimensional harmonics flowing into the heart grid of Gaia so fully, the island’s portal energy ‘sings’ loud and clear.

Names are significant on the subtle level, and Christmas Island…..Christ Mass…..contains the vibration of the six-pointed star/cube. From Sananda, the vibrational meaning of the Christian cross is the descension of Christ Consciousness into matter through the ‘geometry’ – the internal alignment of heart, mind and body – of the Cube (if you ‘fold out’ a cube it becomes an elongated cross), into restoration/ascension as an embodied being of Light.
The Divine Feminine energy is strong on Christmas Island, culminating each year with the migration of millions of red crabs from the jungle down to the sea cliffs to cast their precious eggs into the ocean, coordinating with the lunar cycle. So the meditation given now by Orana (who showed himself in 6D Leonine form on this occasion) during the lunar/Cancerian/crab month of July, going through the heliacal rising of Sirius – the Lion’s Gate – into the Leonine month of August, feels especially potent.
In a recent post I spoke of the increase and deepening of higher frequencies with the arrival of leonine beings from another universe (Anjuria), and the INflux of Divine Feminine energies this facilitated, in the coming of Isis. There is so much flowing in the ‘heavens’, and if we keep our focus tuned into the Love and Light bathing this planet, the leonine presence – the divine feminine – is palpable. Last night I was called out to watch the crescent new moon and took the photo below of a beautiful Leonine craft as it descended toward the moon, then flew underneath it.

In the close-up, you can see two ‘orbs’, with a lion face in the ‘front’ orb. Viewed as a ship, you can see a cylindrical craft with a ‘wheel’ form at each end, hexagonal in structure, representing the energy of the Sixth Harmonic, the Cube unfolded.

Their message for the meditation below is to consider using it especially on the Mayan calendar’s ‘Day out of Time’, July 25th, the first day of the new Lunar calendar, July 26th, and on the day of the heliacal rise of Sirius in August.*

Breathe…….Relax……..deeply………..Be One Β in our heart with Mother Gaia and her Ascension…………
Grow in our heart a feeling of cherishing, for the land we stand upon now, love it, wherever we are. Feel it, as a holy place. See now beneath our feet a five-pointed star of white light on the land. Its light shines up around us, bathing us in Mother’s grace…….
Now a column of rainbow Light flows down from the heavens, surrounding us, and flowing through us, through the white star, down into the Core of Earth…….
We say/feel: ‘Mother, I love you…….I love all that I Am……..I love every cell in my physical body……I align my Self with you…..beloved Mother, I am You….’
Now see a six-pointed star of Golden Light float down through our Being and land beneath our feet, surrounding the white star. Golden Light now flows through the Rainbow Light, through us, to the Core of Earth. It continues flowing, on a vertical line, to the other side of Earth, then rolls back up to the top of the ‘funnel’ where we stand, making a living torus of flowing golden rainbow light. Hold this for as long as we feel comfortable, and bless our Oneness with Father, with Mother…..
Return our focus to our heart centre…… Breathe……..Relax……..deeply……..Be One with Mother Gaia’s Ascension……
Note:Β If/when we feel ready to enhance this meditation, after visualizing the six-pointed star of Golden Light beneath our feet, we see the two triangles that form the star begin to rotate, in opposite directions – one turns from left to right and one turns from right to left. We see these two merged triangles spin almost to lightspeed, and the golden rainbow light funneling down through a central golden cylinder below the star, to Earth’s Core. This is an amplifying technique given by star family, that we will speak of further in the next post.
* Β I’ll post a reminder for the meditation closer to the ‘Day out of Time’, and a calendar of dates for the heliacal rise of Sirius, as it is different depending on latitude. (This year, the west coast of America will see Sirius rise on August 7th. More dates forthcoming.) Imagine now, thousands of people focusing Rainbow and Golden higher frequencies of Light into the centre of our planet, in focused Oneness with ascended Gaia, and please share this meditation with others, if you feel to do so.

One: The Heart Star
Start by relaxing your body, relaxing your focus, breathing gently and slowly. As you breathe, let your focus come into your heart centre. As you rest there, in the centre of your being, feel the warmth that resides in your inner heart, the innate radiance of the Source/Infinite Love that lives and flows through you and all life. In this inner warmth, there is a point of pure Light.
As you breathe in, feel this point of Light grow and build brighter, into sparkling Diamond White Light, and as you breathe out, let this Light expand, Diamond White Light particles shimmering through your body, through every atom and cell of your physical body, radiating out through all your energy layers, your subtle bodies, filling the aura of subtle energies around you.
From the centrepoint of Love in your heart, feel yourself as a radiant warm Star brimming with Diamond White Light, a Star of Love streaming out in every direction from the Infinite Source of Love. Know that you are this radiating Star, in every moment, an eternal, joyful Star of the Source. You are the Source, you are the Love, you are the Light. In this moment and always, let your Heart Star shine. π€π
*From Archangel Gabriel:While holding your Star Light expanded, you can strengthen and stabilize this energy by visualizing a cross of Diamond White Light, which crosses in your Heart Star, as steady bright beams of light radiating through your Star Light and beyond, into the Infinity that is Love, which is within you, and One with you.
Two: The Golden Apple
There is a toroidal energy field flowing from and around each of us constantly. When this energy field is filled with Golden Light, it steadies the vibration and strengthens the integrity of our personal field, while embodied within the swirl of various energies in this Earth plane. Golden Light transforms energies into Unconditional Love, so when the field around us is in the golden frequency, it aligns energies within and around our field into the pure, high vibration of Unconditional Love. With our Golden Apple radiating around us, we can become a ‘living transformer of energies into Unconditional Love’ while in an earthly embodiment.
Relax, breathing slowly and calmly. When you feel ready, inhale three times. Inhale pure life energy in toward your Root Chakra. This will start to slowly spin your Merkaba. With each inhale gently invite the presence of your Higher Self (Source Self) within your Heart, and feel this presence filling your Being. With each exhale relax, let go of all distracting thoughts, and Be in the Now.
With the fourth inhale, envision Source sending you a golden stream of light and inhale it into your Heart Star in your inner Heart space. Feel and know the Source of All That Is is the Inner Source within and around you and all Life. When you feel the golden energy warm inside your heart centre, visualize it expanding outward all around your body as you breathe out. Let it expand until it completely fills your Auric field, like a big torus filled with golden light. Envision this Golden Light Torus Field around you from above your Star Centre (Soul Star Chakra) above your head, to below your Earth Centre (Earth Star Chakra), beneath your feet.
To deeply align and activate Christed vibrations within your torus field (renewal, rebirth, transformation, restoration of pure Source Creation Light), visualize yourself standing within a cross of glowing golden light, radiating constantly and infinitely from your heart centre, touching your Soul Star above your head and Earth Star below your feet, with this affirmation:
Within this Golden Cross of Light I am held in the highest vibration of pure Love throughout this day and night and in every moment. All energies within and around my field are continuously renewing and transforming into Unconditional Love, Light, Grace and Blessings. And so it is.
Visualizing a Golden Rose in the centre of your heart aligns and activates Divine Christed Feminine vibrations, with this affirmation;
With this Golden Rose of Light I am held in the highest vibration of pure Lovethroughout this day and night and in every moment. All energies within and around my field continuously renew and transform into Unconditional Love, Light, Grace and Blessings. And so it is.
The Golden Rose can be combined with the Golden Cross, with the Rose in your Heart crossing-point/zero-point, vibrating the Christed Feminine Light through your energy field and beyond. We also suggest a Golden Butterfly within the Heart centre, radiating through your Golden Apple, which aligns and enhances the vibration of Transformation…and adjust the affirmation accordingly. Just feel what resonates for you, and of course, all three can be visualized in sequence, whatever sings for you in any moment, and the Golden Rose can be expanded through and around your torus field too. Trust your intuition/heart’s inner sense.
Now you can activate your three centers (see Exercise 3 below) and open all your chakras within this pure light field (see Practices page). Keep your Golden Apple bright day and night, to continuously hold and strengthen the integrity of your energy field, and re-affirm it whenever you feel to. The more often you do this the more effortless it becomes. π
Three: The Three Whites
This practice unifies your three main energy centres and fills them with pure Love. It dissolves lower energies, releases blockages, and calms and aligns the three centres in equilibrium, as a Whole.
Relax, sit comfortably, take in some deep relaxed breaths, and see/feel a ball of light in your heart centre, filled with pure love. Send this ball down to the core of the Earth ~ Gaia’s crystalline 5D heart ~ and wait for the love to be returned to you. Feel the flow of it come up through your feet and body, into your heart, with loving gratitude. Now send this ball of light filled with love upward to the centre of Source ~ and wait for the love to return to you, with total trust. Feel the merged energy of deepest Love fill your being.
Now visualize a white water lily in your Sacral Chakra (Earth Centre), softly shining, bright and steady. Then visualize a rose of white light in your Heart Chakra (Heart Centre), full of peace and harmony. Then visualize a white diamond (or a white Star Merkaba, or white 13-pointed Star) in your Pineal Chakra (Star Centre), filled with pure steady clarity.
Hold all three, feel the balance of your three centres, flowing as one, whole and unified, in a white sphere of light expanding around you. When your three Centres are steady with the White Water Lily, White Rose and White Diamond, open your chakras fully, so they can inhale this pure high frequency white Light.
*To extend and deepen this unification of the three centres within your energy body as One, visualize/hold the intention of an Infinity Symbol flowing form your Heart to your Earth Centre, back up through your Heart to your Star Centre, back to your Heart and so on, infinitely flowing with Rainbow Crystal Light. Following this, you can also extend this infinity flow as a Golden Light flow through your Heart Centre/Heart Star, Soul Star and Earth Star Chakras. (Soul Star is above your head, Earth Star below your feet, see Practices page for complete chakra diagram).
Four: Soul Alignment
Following on from the Heart Star, Golden Apple and Three Whites, begin by visualizing a pillar of diamond white light from the Heart of Source to the Heart of Gaia (centre of the Earth), and that you are standing within this pillar streaming LoveLight between Source and Earth. Breathe into your heart and relax deeply within this flowing pillar of light, with this focused intention:
Throughout this day and night, and in every moment of personal and planetary Ascension, I Am a pure, steady, clear, free-flowing conduit, pillar, anchor and vessel of Divine Love, Light, Grace and Providence flowing from the Heart of the Source, through my Heart Star, to the Heart of beloved Gaia, in union with all Beings of the highest Love and Light, immersed in the Oneness of Divine Love. And So Be It.Β
Beautiful energies are flowing into and around this planet now through the multidimensional crystalline heart grid of Gaia and supporting light grids, and are available to everyone. Now is the moment to release residual blockages and resistances, and keep our beings receptive to the clearest frequencies of Love, without taking in energies that do not serve our/the Highest Well-Being & Good of All, using the above practices, or in whatever way sings to your heart and intuition. Be authentic. Be inspired. Cherish being the Star of Love that you are, an imperishable, eternal spark of Source. Have fun and enjoy the journey! π
