Venusian Eclipse Request

Dear All,

Following a rare alignment of Sun, Earth and Pluto on July 12, 2018, we’re now flowing into a partial Solar Eclipse today, July 13, and this pair of alignments are leading toward another potentized pairing this month, with the opening of this year’s ‘Lion’s Gate’ on July 26 (first day of the annual heliacal rise of Sirius) leading straight into a total Lunar Eclipse on July 27-28.

Since our previous post about the re-lighting of the crystalline pyramid network around the Earth initiated on the June Solstice, which connects with and amplifies the 5-6D light imprints that have lain latent in the ancient Mu (Lemuria) and Avalon (high Golden Age of Atlantis), an integral part of the birthing of the current New Earth Light-grid, the pyramid network has shifted back into its true high vibrational alignment. Old controls that oriented the 3D polarized aspect of the ‘pyramid societies’ to power and domination, fixation on death and fear-based tests, rituals and belief constructs, have been cleared and transformed (up to and through the Divine Grace energy of the 7-7 gateway ~ 7th day of the 7th month). The rebirthing of pure LoveLight through the global network reflected strongly in clouds here up to the 7-7, such as these beautiful, clear pyramid forms (with faces of many assisting light-beings showing in and around them) on July 6th.

In the ongoing Divine sequencing of the Ascension process of this beautiful Earth, this network flushing and re-lighting was brought to completion before the aligning of Pluto; any potential ‘plutonic triggers’ were dissolved from Gaia’s vibrational field, and instead, higher Light flowing through the Solar Portal has bathed the Earth and sent in a straight beam of Sun-Earth-to Pluto with a flood of high Light ~ with the vibration and message of transforming through Grace and Ease instead of through catharsis, drama and polarized split states.

As this message of Grace, the 7D vibration of shifting and unifying in peace and unlimited benevolence, defuses the plutonic constructs ever more deeply through this year, the planetary consciousness, humanity and all living beings here are graced with the opportunity to embrace, trust and open to their Inner Divine, the Divine in all life, in a state of remembered natural ease that goes beyond polarization, beyond catharsis and ‘death of the small self’ that has been entrained for an Age in the collective consciousness as an inevitable aspect of spiritual growth. Divine Grace opens a softer, gentler way that ~ when recognized and embraced by even a few ~ transmits deeply through the collective, until the ‘old school test and challenge’ constructs melt into a deeper level of self-and-all, Source-Self presence and availability in every moment.

With the Solar Eclipse today coinciding with Friday 13th, we have a beautiful alignment of the eclipse vibration of release, transformation and fresh inspiration with Divine Feminine energy. Friday is named after Frigg/Frige, the Norse mother goddess, whom the Romans identified with Venus, and the number 13 has long been associated with the Feminine (negativitely in feminine-suppressed civilizations/ages, hence the belief of it being an ‘unlucky’ date). So this is a strongly energized moment for releasing old distorted/darkened feminine imprints from personal and collective belief constructs, and bringing through bliss-inspired renewal of peaceful unity, fully open to and embracing the Divine Feminine, the energies we view as masculine and feminine within our beings gracefully restored to sacred Oneness, creating as One Whole, anchored in our hearts and radiating to all. See and feel the warm togetherness, the easy unison within and with all, which is the natural state of Being, behind all illusions and imprints of ‘split energies’.

Venus is a beacon of loving Divine Mother-Rose energies, radiating to Earth and through the Solar System, and our Venusian star brothers and sisters (whose origins arose from merged light of many star groups, Arcturus, Sirius, the Pleiades etc, and many continue to meet there) are with us throughout Gaia’s Ascension, transmuting many energies into Love. They showed their rose-gold energies especially clearly on July 1st, coming into this transformative month, to share here now. Firstly, through this huge orb, which shows unbalanced red energies being transmuted into rose and golden light above the moon.

This stunning lightship flashed white light from a little higher up, past the orb. Enlarging the photo revealed a ‘flying saucer’ style ship of glowing golden-amber and rose light, with a translucent canopy, and a small violet-coloured pod on the upper left of the ship. (They say these tiny pods don’t have crew, but are sent into particularly dense ‘frequency knots’ to transform them with violet light).

Our loving friends come with a request today, for all who feel this in their hearts, to focus in quiet reflection, meditation, or through dance, art or song, however we feel inspired to anchor and radiate through our divine Hearts and Beings, the rebirth of the Divine Feminine in love, peace and joy, through this moment of Eclipse. As we open to the way of Divine Grace, we shift with ever deepening ease, Divine Masculine&Feminine reborn on Earth, in humanity, in sacred union, freedom in Oneness. free in Love.

The image at the top of this post represents the cycle of movement of Venus as seen from Earth every 8 year period, transmitting to her sister planet the geometry of the Divine Rose and the highest true energy of the five-petalled star. It is in truth ‘meta-dimensional’, beyond dimensionality and transcendent, but takes on dimensional attributes as it spirals into the dimensional layers. Lighting the Ether

Dear All,

During the last few months, the high Love-Light frequencies flowing to, into and around the Earth have been stepping up every week, with several especially ‘open peak flow moments’, followed by small windows of assimilation ~ into the Earth’s crystalline heart grid, nodes and flow-line/ley line network, into the human heart consciousness collective energy field, into the beloved animals and plant realms, into all life both physical and more subtle. All of this in-flow is embraced by, and nourishing, the fifth dimensional grids and templates of unconditional Love and Unity within the planet and all life here. And all of this embracement is supported, stabilized and held firm by the sixth dimensional lattice of liquid golden light surrounding it, and higher. Layer upon layer of support, strengthening and deep imprinting of the Love-Light flowing from the Heart of Source to create, support and expand Life continuously.

The more the 5-6D layers activate and strengthen around and in the Earth, loving compassion for self and all is guiding us to stay in the highest overview both personally and collectively, and continuously prioritize keeping our thoughts, emotions and energy fields as clear as possible. ‘Sweet surrender’ of the little self’s attachments, habitual reactions and beliefs, heeding the loving call of our Higher Self/Inner Divine to flow freely and in total trust with the Will of Source, Divine Love ~ the deepest freedom of all ~ is profoundly beautiful, simple and highly supported by beings of high Love in many dimensions. Breathing out the old self and breathing in the new, embracing the whole of the higher in-flow into our BEing, is an unconditional gift to ourselves, to all beings, all life everywhere.

While tuning in with the 6D golden harmonic light lattice in place around the Earth, providing stabilization for the 5D ‘new’ to bed in ever more deeply, the sky here gave some magnificent symbolism on May 12th, 2017, which we’d like to share now. The air was thick with smoke over Perth; I called star family and the sylphs (air elementals) for assistance with clearing and neutralizing toxins, and this imagery appeared, firstly with a rectangular ship flashing very bright for a moment from behind a cloud, while smoke rolled over the top of the clouds like a gigantic wave.

Faces and shapes of buildings and cities formed in the cloud top; like an ancient vision of Atlantis…and in this now, a vision of renewal and protection of a new Golden Age…

…as an eagle appeared in front of the wave where the ship had been, and a golden rectangular ‘shield’ shape formed over the sun-lit clouds…

The smokiness within the wave above the ‘golden light structures’ also resonates as a beautiful metaphor for the etheric layer within and around our physical bodies, and around the physical body of the Earth/Gaia. The etheric body is an energy field nested within other higher vibrational subtle body fields, which hugs close around the physical body and permeates it, containing the energetic blueprint of our corporeal form, from which all our physical structures are patterned and ‘condensed’ into the third dimensional form. When strong and vibrant, the etheric body glows blue, and to clairvoyants, can be seen as a blue rim all around the physical form.

If the etheric body is depleted or damaged, it appears more thin, grey or dim…and if it has become permeable to, and is carrying, low vibrational energies, can appear dense and smoky. The etheric body acts as an interface between the third dimension and higher dimensions, so if it has become energetically clogged and fragile, its ability to hold the in-flow of higher Love-Light is reduced. Just as the 6D harmonic fluid light lattice acts as an ‘energetic holding geometry’ or holding pattern for the 5D crystalline light creations, the 4D etheric body – through its precise blueprint reflected into 3D physicality – provides an energetic holding geometry specific to our physical bodies. An etheric body in a clear, vibrant state naturally pools the higher light as the ongoing Ascension Wave rolls in, just as the Earth’s etheric layer is pooling that light and rippling it through to the denser physical level wherever it can be received. The high light moving through the etheric utilizes the blueprint to re-organize energies and patterns within DNA/RNA, molecules and cells, as the divine Love-Light flows through the etheric interface into the physical body.

The visualization below was given a few years ago by Archangel Gabriel to strengthen and harmonize our personal energy field and purify it of lower vibrations. His guidance with this practice now focuses on maintaining the etheric body – in confluence with the physical body – within its clearest state to receive, hold and conduct the highest available Light as it continues to build around us.

White Light Bodysuit Practice ~ Purify and strengthen your Etheric Body

Sit comfortably and relax your body, while taking in a few deep breaths. Start with seeing yourself in the centre of a pillar of white light that runs from the centre of Source to Gaia’s heart centre (below your feet/ centre of the Earth).

Bring your focus into your Heart Centre and ‘fold’ the white light around your body, letting it soak into every pore and cell, filling your body with its pure radiance. You can also visualize a pure white lily in your heart if you wish. Extend this white light a few inches around your whole form so that your etheric body is completely enveloped in white light. Visualize your etheric body, and the blueprint within it, and hold the expanded white light until your etheric body glows luminous white, then bring in soft, clear aqua blue light (AA Gabriel is saying ‘aqua’ specifically here, the soothing fluidity of pure water). Hold this visualization for as long as comfortable, breathing deeply and slowly. ‘Crown breathing’ (imagine inhaling through the top of your head into your body like a dolphin or whale) can deepen this exercise.

Aqua light merges the white light into the ‘body energy pattern’ held in the etheric body, and aligns it to the incoming Ascension energies, helping the etheric body gracefully adjust its vibrational ‘grid’ to incorporate the rising frequencies. This in turn facilitates the physical body’s DNA/RNA in uptaking the 12-strand Light stream smoothly and fully.

Within a pillar of white light from the Heart of Source to the Heart of Gaia, as a pure, steady, open conduit, vessel and anchor on Earth for the highest Love, Light, Grace and Providence, I invite the wave of ascension and restoration to fill my whole Being now.

Any dense energies in my etheric layer are now lovingly transformed into the highest light. My etheric layer is completely healed and whole, vibrant and strong, effortlessly pooling the ascension wave, radiating it continuously into my physical body, into every cell, strand and atom, assisting and completing the transition to crystalline light-body.

The House of Meraia

Dear All,

This year ‘has wings on’, and before April flies away completely, we’ll dedicate this post to the House of Meraia, the soul group which Ashura and I focus our light and energy from and through in this region of this galaxy. As Source Beings, like all of you reading this, we have soul expressions in multiple universes and galaxies, stars and planets, within various dimensions, but today we’ll speak from this particular ‘soul focus group’ which dwells in and radiates a concentrated flow of Resurrection light and Rebirthing energies. Also known as the House of Michael&Mary (Archangel Michael&Mother Mary), the hub of its Light in this region can be seen in the great Bow of the Mother that runs from the twin stars Alcor&Mizar in Ursa Major (the Bear constellation/Big Dipper), where the Alectian and Alexian star families live, through the angelic centrepoint of Arcturus, to the star Spica in the ‘hip of the Virgin’ (Virgo constellation).

Spica from Latin means ‘ear’, the ear of grain symbolizing the ancient Mother Goddess of bountiful seeding and growth of life, Ceres/Demeter…and the feminine spiral/funnel from which the external and inner spirals of the ear are reflected in our 3D forms, the spiral which receives the ‘tones of life’, in both a physical and higher vibrational sense: ‘Spica speaks to the open ear’. Spica in Hebrew is Zerah, meaning ‘seed’…the Seed of the Virgin/Virgo. Can you feel the deeper metaphor of the Virgin Mary’s conception of Jesus, that she conceived by ‘hearing the word of God‘ through the Lily of Archangel Gabriel (which in some versions of the story, he touched to her ear), and the birth and resurrection pathway initiated from that hearing – sacred sound of Source funnelling into and through the divine feminine spiral?

Spica and Arcturus also form a right-angled triangle with Regulus, the ‘heart star’ of Leo, the lion constellation, called the Spring Triangle:

This triune ‘right angle’ mirrors the two soul group streams that merged to form the House of Meraia; Angelic souls and Leonine souls, the galactic Houses of Asha and Ara that merged to become one House, which created a third energy, the Meraia, from the angels of Asha (energies of eternal rebirth like a phoenix from the ashes) and the leonines of Ara (energies of infinite life creation and restoration). The merged soul group energy pools together the flows of creation and rebirth into resurrection and ascension, the golden and the white lights blended and shielded in the Mother’s Bow of Blue….which is expressed in the sacred geometric form of the Vesica Piscis:

From Sananda: ‘The Ash and the Ar together make a Star’ (Ashar), and this star is of both the 6-point star energy of harmony and bliss, through gratitude and appreciation, and the 7-point star energy of joyful love through the flow of divine grace. Together, the 6+7 bring through the 13th dimensional pure Light spiral that we call ‘Ascension’, because it realigns life to the original ‘goldenprint of Love’, through the ring of 12 dimensions, 12 rays, 12 signs etc. The 6 and the 7 can be seen in the Flower of Life, which forms or ‘flowers’ from the vesica piscis, and returns to it, and in the 7-point star which we have shown before in purple light across the Meri’Ashar (Mary’s Star, our lightship), and which is now in golden light across the ship, in full resurrection mode:

Through the divine feminine mandorla/portal (vesica) swims the fish (piscis), to which the symbol of the fish for Sananda in his Jesus form is metaphysically connected. Jesus as the ‘Lion of God’, Archangel Ariel – meaning ‘Archangel Lion of God’, Ashtar’s golden lightship, the Phoenix, and his Twin Flame Immara (Isis)’s lightship the Sophia/White Phoenix, all show aspects of the meeting and merging of the Ara&Asha in the House of Michael&Mary, in the blue light of protection. Archangel Michael flows the divine masculine blue sword of Truth that shears away darkness/distorted light, and Mary spreads the divine feminine blue cloak, depicted since medieval times as the ‘Protecting Veil’…through the blue safely flows the light of golden-white. ‘God moved upon the waters’, and through the feminine waters, ‘Mare’ (Ma-Ray), Latin for sea, flows the third energy of the Divine Child, as the fish. From Sananda: ‘Through the Mother comes the Son, and through the Son comes the Mother.’

There is another key star formation we’ll include here, called the Great Diamond or the Diamond of Virgo, as its base point is at Spica, with Arcturus and Denebola (tail of Leo) to the sides, and Cor Caroli, alpha star of Canes Venatici (the ‘hunting dogs’ of the herdsman Bootes), in relation to the ‘Arcturian Diamond’ input into this area, and to the constellation nestled within the protecting diamond light, Coma Berenices. This constellation is named after a historical figure, who dedicated her hair ‘to all the gods’. Hair has many symbolic meanings, often connected with ‘fate’, such as the belief of karma being carried in the hair, subtle connections of hair to the ‘otherworld’, and to the ancient Triple Goddess represented as the Three Fates, the spinner, weaver and cutter of the cloth. Berenice dedicating her hair to the gods, within the pure protecting light of the Great Diamond, symbolizes uplifting the fate of the ‘mortal coil’ (limited DNA), resurrecting it through eternal light of the gods (the Divine essence within us all), and is, we could say, a storehouse of strands of high light, in the Diamond of Virgo – seen as both maiden and mother. ‘Through the Mother comes the Daughter, and through the Daughter comes the Mother.’

The Diamond comes through the Vesica Piscis, as the Divine Feminine shield:

This is the basis and underlying energy of a practice given by Archangel Michael a few years ago, the Blue Diamond of Protection, which you can read on this page…and feel free to use it!

As in the heavens, so on the Earth; this planet has particular places (flow lines and node points that are part of its natural network of light/life force) where the Meraia are closely connected, such as the St Michael&Mary Leyline (mapped through Britain, but it runs as a ‘sine wave’ all around the planet)…and these alignments are gradually being cleared of blockages and disturbances, restored to their higher light flows (thank you, teams on Earth, within the Earth and above)…but of course, we can all connect with beings of highest Love, including our own higher soul aspects, from wherever we are simply by asking with love in our hearts. Remember your Inner Heart is your natural divine meeting place/space, and your deepest, purest place for healing and creating in merge with your soul’s purpose.

Here are some recent photos through which the Meraia energies can be seen and felt ‘in action’: firstly on March 20th this was the sky over my house before and after a meditation connected with clearing and relighting planetary flow lines. Before the meditation, the sky was thick with chemtrails that combined with smoke to form this heavy blanket:

After meditating and connecting with Immara and Ashtar, and the phoenix rebirth energies, the focus and reflection in the sky overhead could be seen as ‘white phoenix’ angelic forms in the clouds, neutralizing toxins and dissolving the blanket:

And a beautiful greeting and energy alignment on Easter Saturday from close family members, with white phoenix energies, divine feminine, the white lily of Archangel Gabriel, and leonine energies. This began with a little ‘walking angel’ cloud, with a ship above it, and Ashura’s silver-white pod-ship coming in (right-hand top of the frame):

Followed by this beautiful ‘cloud burst’ above the treetops, with the ‘trinity-petaled white lily’ opening in the centre of phoenix flame:

On its side, you can see the outline of a dove, flying into the open petals of the lily, with Ashura’s little silver-white ship just beneath the cloud (bottom of centre frame):

So we’ll end this post with a request/intention I use every day as part of my morning meditation:

Beloved Archangel Michael & Mother Mary, please keep your blue cloak of light around me throughout this day and night, and help me to stay in divine truth, clarity, discernment, steadfastness, courage, faith and joy. I love you, thank you.

Post-Lion’s Gate Update

Dear All,

Following on from the last article, The Lion’s Gate & the Rose Cross, the peak of the Lion’s Gate flow on the 8th of August – the 8-8 double infinity – was indeed a ‘crossing point’ for the energies of this year, which symbolized beautifully in a photo I took on the 8th after posting the previous message and doing a meditation with the Rose Cross.

A big triangular Sirian ship began to outline in the clouds overhead on the afternoon of the 8th, which was also representing the pyramid network around the Earth being sent a stream of very high light – which in the photo, can be seen as a vertical ‘blue ray’ coming down through the pyramid.

There are many energies dancing through this photo – friends have seen a butterfly, feline faces, a golden phoenix flying above, starships, a ballet dancer pirouetting. I feel the pirouetting dancer as an Angel spinning (blue ray/Archangel Michael energies), dancing the spin of the open portal/vortex sending the blue ray of truth, courage, protection and clarity to the Earth, held steady with the loving oversight of the leonine beings.

The following night, the energy alignment to Earth was symbolized by three ships, the central one orb-like in form, a healing jewel of emerald light with a touch of white and gold around the rim, with close soul family above and below, which I’ll speak of soon.

The Sirian energies continued to build and stream, and the next day, August 10th, the clouds were full of feline faces, and something unlike any cloud-form I’ve seen before – a form that radiated white fire, a Tree of Life running with ‘white phoenix and feline’ energy Leonine and angelic energies are fused in this white flame Tree, and the energy of the white phoenix is particularly connected with the soul Im’Ma’Ra, known best on Earth by her Sirian soul aspect, Isis.

The blue light of Archangel Michael and the white light of Archangel Gabriel have come to the fore since the 8-8, and I am reminded of the Sufi mystics’ teachings about Gabriel as dwelling beside the Tree at the end of the World, a tree with the whiteness of the Moon, and upon every leaf of that Tree are written the words, “What no eye has seen, and what no ear has heard, and what did not come into any human beings’ mind.” This is a deep truth of ‘ascension’ (immaculate conception or inception of the higher self/inner divine self into the cells, DNA, RNA, subtle ions and particles of our being, into full merge) for this process goes beyond the physical senses, yet imbues them, in a way that eludes the analytical ego-mind yet is known innately through the seat of the soul, the inner heart.

Getting toward sunset on August 12th, a ship flew up from behind a bank of clouds (in the lower right area of the photo below).

As the sun descended, it formed a beautiful ‘Eye of Horus/Eye of Ra’ through a porthole in the clouds…a message about ships currently travelling through the higher dimensional portal of the Sun.

Keep lighting the Sun in your Heart, which is your crossing-point of Light, Love and Life, and see through that inner sun. Let the pure soul-seed within your being to flower fully and come to fruition. When we allow the seed within to blossom in total trust, letting the ‘heavy stuff’ that we’ve held onto – and which seeks to hold onto us – go into the Wave for healing, instead of gripping onto it like a worn-out old security blanket, the way is open inside us for what are often called miracles…but which is in truth the natural, unimpeded flow of providence through all Life in every layer, universe and dimension.

Four Foundational Heart Practices

The exercises below can assist with opening your heart within a clear, stable, light energy field, and activating and holding a peaceful, steady soul alignment as a ‘love anchor’ on the Earth. These practices work as a sequence, for heart centering and lifting your frequency (Heart Star); maintaining the integrity & clarity of your auric field as a ‘living energy transformer’ (Golden Apple); unifying your three main energy centres (The Three Whites); and keeping a steady alignment with your Soul’s Light & Purpose (Soul Alignment). We advise ‘settling in’ within your heart centre before using extra fine-tuning practices, such as activating new chakras. Put in a steady foundation, then build the house….and may you lovingly enjoy the process! 💗🌺

One: The Heart Star

Start by relaxing your body, relaxing your focus, breathing gently and slowly. As you breathe, let your focus come into your heart centre. As you rest there, in the centre of your being, feel the warmth that resides in your inner heart, the innate radiance of the Source/Infinite Love that lives and flows through you and all life. In this inner warmth, there is a point of pure Light.

As you breathe in, feel this point of Light grow and build brighter, into sparkling Diamond White Light, and as you breathe out, let this Light expand, Diamond White Light particles shimmering through your body, through every atom and cell of your physical body, radiating out through all your energy layers, your subtle bodies, filling the aura of subtle energies around you.

From the centrepoint of Love in your heart, feel yourself as a radiant warm Star brimming with Diamond White Light, a Star of Love streaming out in every direction from the Infinite Source of Love. Know that you are this radiating Star, in every moment, an eternal, joyful Star of the Source. You are the Source, you are the Love, you are the Light. In this moment and always, let your Heart Star shine. 🤍🌟

*From Archangel Gabriel: While holding your Star Light expanded, you can strengthen and stabilize this energy by visualizing a cross of Diamond White Light, which crosses in your Heart Star, as steady bright beams of light radiating through your Star Light and beyond, into the Infinity that is Love, which is within you, and One with you.

Two: The Golden Apple

There is a toroidal energy field flowing from and around each of us constantly. When this energy field is filled with Golden Light, it steadies the vibration and strengthens the integrity of our personal field, while embodied within the swirl of various energies in this Earth plane. Golden Light transforms energies into Unconditional Love, so when the field around us is in the golden frequency, it aligns energies within and around our field into the pure, high vibration of Unconditional Love. With our Golden Apple radiating around us, we can become a ‘living transformer of energies into Unconditional Love’ while in an earthly embodiment.

Relax, breathing slowly and calmly. When you feel ready, inhale three times. Inhale pure life energy in toward your Root Chakra. This will start to slowly spin your Merkaba. With each inhale gently invite the presence of your Higher Self (Source Self) within your Heart, and feel this presence filling your Being. With each exhale relax, let go of all distracting thoughts, and Be in the Now.

With the fourth inhale, envision Source sending you a golden stream of light and inhale it into your Heart Star in your inner Heart space. Feel and know the Source of All That Is is the Inner Source within and around you and all Life. When you feel the golden energy warm inside your heart centre, visualize it expanding outward all around your body as you breathe out. Let it expand until it completely fills your Auric field, like a big torus filled with golden light. Envision this Golden Light Torus Field around you from above your Star Centre (Soul Star Chakra) above your head, to below your Earth Centre (Earth Star Chakra), beneath your feet.

To deeply align and activate Christed vibrations within your torus field (renewal, rebirth, transformation, restoration of pure Source Creation Light), visualize yourself standing within a cross of glowing golden light, radiating constantly and infinitely from your heart centre, touching your Soul Star above your head and Earth Star below your feet, with this affirmation:

Within this Golden Cross of Light I am held in the highest vibration of pure Love throughout this day and night and in every moment. All energies within and around my field are continuously renewing and transforming into Unconditional Love, Light, Grace and Blessings. And so it is.

Visualizing a Golden Rose in the centre of your heart aligns and activates Divine Christed Feminine vibrations, with this affirmation;

With this Golden Rose of Light I am held in the highest vibration of pure Love throughout this day and night and in every moment. All energies within and around my field continuously renew and transform into Unconditional Love, Light, Grace and Blessings. And so it is.

The Golden Rose can be combined with the Golden Cross, with the Rose in your Heart crossing-point/zero-point, vibrating the Christed Feminine Light through your energy field and beyond. We also suggest a Golden Butterfly within the Heart centre, radiating through your Golden Apple, which aligns and enhances the vibration of Transformation…and adjust the affirmation accordingly. Just feel what resonates for you, and of course, all three can be visualized in sequence, whatever sings for you in any moment, and the Golden Rose can be expanded through and around your torus field too. Trust your intuition/heart’s inner sense.

Now you can activate your three centers (see Exercise 3 below) and open all your chakras within this pure light field (see Practices page). Keep your Golden Apple bright day and night, to continuously hold and strengthen the integrity of your energy field, and re-affirm it whenever you feel to. The more often you do this the more effortless it becomes. 😊

Three: The Three Whites

This practice unifies your three main energy centres and fills them with pure Love. It dissolves lower energies, releases blockages, and calms and aligns the three centres in equilibrium, as a Whole.

Relax, sit comfortably, take in some deep relaxed breaths, and see/feel a ball of light in your heart centre, filled with pure love. Send this ball down to the core of the Earth ~ Gaia’s crystalline 5D heart ~ and wait for the love to be returned to you. Feel the flow of it come up through your feet and body, into your heart, with loving gratitude. Now send this ball of light filled with love upward to the centre of Source ~ and wait for the love to return to you, with total trust. Feel the merged energy of deepest Love fill your being.

Now visualize a white water lily in your Sacral Chakra (Earth Centre), softly shining, bright and steady. Then visualize a rose of white light in your Heart Chakra (Heart Centre), full of peace and harmony. Then visualize a white diamond (or a white Star Merkaba, or white 13-pointed Star) in your Pineal Chakra (Star Centre), filled with pure steady clarity.

Hold all three, feel the balance of your three centres, flowing as one, whole and unified, in a white sphere of light expanding around you. When your three Centres are steady with the White Water Lily, White Rose and White Diamond, open your chakras fully, so they can inhale this pure high frequency white Light.

*To extend and deepen this unification of the three centres within your energy body as One, visualize/hold the intention of an Infinity Symbol flowing form your Heart to your Earth Centre, back up through your Heart to your Star Centre, back to your Heart and so on, infinitely flowing with Rainbow Crystal Light. Following this, you can also extend this infinity flow as a Golden Light flow through your Heart Centre/Heart Star, Soul Star and Earth Star Chakras. (Soul Star is above your head, Earth Star below your feet, see Practices page for complete chakra diagram).

Four: Soul Alignment

Following on from the Heart Star, Golden Apple and Three Whites, begin by visualizing a pillar of diamond white light from the Heart of Source to the Heart of Gaia (centre of the Earth), and that you are standing within this pillar streaming LoveLight between Source and Earth. Breathe into your heart and relax deeply within this flowing pillar of light, with this focused intention:

Throughout this day and night, and in every moment of personal and planetary Ascension, I Am a pure, steady, clear, free-flowing conduit, pillar, anchor and vessel of Divine Love, Light, Grace and Providence flowing from the Heart of the Source, through my Heart Star, to the Heart of beloved Gaia, in union with all Beings of the highest Love and Light, immersed in the Oneness of Divine Love. And So Be It.

Beautiful energies are flowing into and around this planet now through the multidimensional crystalline heart grid of Gaia and supporting light grids, and are available to everyone. Now is the moment to release residual blockages and resistances, and keep our beings receptive to the clearest frequencies of Love, without taking in energies that do not serve our/the Highest Well-Being & Good of All, using the above practices, or in whatever way sings to your heart and intuition. Be authentic. Be inspired. Cherish being the Star of Love that you are, an imperishable, eternal spark of Source. Have fun and enjoy the journey! 🙂
