The Wheel of Time Opens

Dear All,

Following on from the previous post about the planetary alignment upcoming on May 28th, let’s look at the alignment positions. Firstly, Sun-Mercury-Saturn aligned on a trajectory that passes between the Earth and its Moon.

Secondly, while that alignment is in place, Venus-Mercury-Neptune align at a right angle to Sun-Mercury-Saturn, forming a cross, an ‘X’, with Mercury, the catalyst, at its centre.

You can see in the above picture a direct Venus-Sun-Uranus alignment, but we’ll focus here on the Cross formed by the first and second alignments, and what its fusion of energies means in the process of Earth’s shift into higher frequencies. In the last post, we spoke of the Schumann Resonance, the background frequency of Earth, as 8hz, and how expansions of this frequency – higher ‘octaves’ of it, such as the 432hz, are recognized and used in music now for harmonizing one’s body/emotions/mind with the Earth’s natural Tone. 432hz is 54×8, and 54 (as a 9) is Angelic, a frequency of completion of cycles). To show you how converged energies flow across dimensions, I took the screen shot below of the site stats after publishing that post.

As you can see, the top two numbers were 54 and 8. 🙂 This comment on 54’s connection to Venus energies comes from our star brother Bareld: “When we flow with the 8, the infinite number, true center, the unending core flow, which only lies within our hearts and flow with the golden frequency, 432 Hz, or one of its fractals, we will also see Venus, its number 54, as the multiplying factor, the catalyst. 8 times 54 is 432 Hz. The Mayans made many calculations on this number, 52 (sometimes 54). Quetzalcoatl or Kukumatz was known to be linked to Venus, the Rose, the Virginal energies of the Ceres fruit basket. The number of the golden cycle of the Earth is the 432 HZ, (432 is connected as a fractal of the radius of the Sun, which is 432,000 miles (695,000 km’s), the number of the precession cycle (wobble of Earth), which is 2160 years approximately, which is then connected to the radius of Earth to the Moon, 216,000 miles,The moon measures about 2160 miles (3476 km) across. So with 432,000/216000 = 2. This number signifies the unity between masculine (sun) and feminine (moon), ergo, the divine unity, twin flames, being harmonious as one. Also, 54 divided by 2, is 27, 2+7 making the 9 again. Angelical and divine connection. So the Rose is the catalyst for Love.”

Do you feel how everything is in its perfect place? Source’s expression through various frequency layers is all connected, always. Only the view focused into the play of separation doesn’t see or feel the innate unity and equilibrium of creation, and becomes mesmerized by the illusion of chaos, the void, the synthetic control of chaos. The Rose is the catalyst for Love, the Rose is the infinite spiral. That is why we say be the Rose, put a rose in every chakra, breathe rose into the spirals of your DNA, intimately echoing the Love Spiral of creation within you, which helps you open to the light of Source. (If visualization isn’t your thing, imagine breathing in the scent of a rose, or just hold the loving intention to bring rose energy into your being and anchor it there).

Okay, returning to the alignments of Mercury and Venus, with a few words Ashtar gave: “The Wheel of Time is evident. The Mark is Set. The Phase is On.” Look again at the first picture, along the line of Sun-Mercury-Saturn. Here, Saturn’s Rings represent the ‘wheel of time’, Saturn being Chronos in the Greek mythology, meaning Time, and the ‘Lord of Karma’ in astrology – that which binds energies into the wheel of Time. Thoth, the soul aspect of Ashtar who was incarnate on Earth in Atlantis, Egypt and Central/South America, was called a master of balance, equilibrium, who knew the measurements of time. The Greeks called Thoth by the name of Hermes Trismegistus, the thrice-great Hermes, known by the Romans as Mercury, the winged messenger.

Everything is perfectly placed, when viewed through sacred math and geometry. Alignments are streams of energy, windows for consciousness and actions of like energies. Sun-Mercury-Saturn I feel as a ‘higher dimensional bio-feedback’ where Mercury and Venus cataylze the rings of Saturn – the Wheel of Time – to open to a flow of higher Light (Source, through the Sun) which is angled between the Earth and the Moon, to dislodge what we could call a karmic binding energy from the Earth, the ‘death cycle/mortality energy’. If you read the last post about the reuniting of the Mother-Daughter energies (Demeter/Persephone) and the ‘agreement’ that was made for the stolen daughter energy to be reunited with the mother once each year in Spring, but returning to her role as queen of the underworld/realm of the dead under the dominion of Hades, I spoke of this time beginning a full reunification of the Feminine – that the daughter would no longer go ‘back to the dead’.

This is the completion of a cycle, a release from the Wheel of Time, expressed through the alignments of energies we call planets (much more than 3D spheres), and assisted by our star family. This cycle will culminate in September with the Harvest Moon, completion of the tetrad of blood moons in the Hebrew calendar, which we’ll speak more of later. The current stage of this release is reunion of the Feminine energy on Earth, so she can come whole into reunion with her Divine Masculine as One. Ashtar – his projected energy in ‘green Thoth’ aspect – appeared here on May 13, number of the Divine Feminine, as a large green Orb angled to Venus. This is a sign of the coming Divine Masculine-Feminine reunion in the healing heart energy of green, renewal of life, regeneration and balance, at one with Gaia (for more about this see The Green Man, the White Stag, and the Rebirth of Gaia’s Divine Masculine).

While I was feeling into the energies of this Orb a few days ago, this beautiful photo was taken by Harry Perton in the Netherlands, near the city of Groningen.

Can you feel the likeness of the energy, and how it’s also connected with the Shem Arua, Arcturian green-blue light rings and the spiral energy of the Rose? This green light near Groningen with a tail of golden light symbolizes to me the opening of the ‘wheel of time’, the rings of Saturn, during this alignment, allowing in a shaft of the golden Christ light…at this moment initiating resurrection of the daughter energy from the ‘underworld’.

Isis and Ashtar were on Earth together as Twin Flames, remembered in Egyptian myths as Horus the Elder and his wife Isis (the Osiris-Isis twin soul connection came later). While feeling into Venus as the numeric frequency 54, and also 52 (in Mayan numbering), a post crossed my path, with a link to the work of the artist below, Lily Moses, and specifically, her painting portraying Isis as the Feminine Hermes, angelic, holding the caduceus wand, here tipped with a pine cone.

There’s a lot of symbolism in this painting, but here we’ll focus on the pine cone (linked to the pineal chakra) which – if you look down on a pine cone’s tip – has two counter-rotating spirals, 8 running clockwise, 13 running counter-clockwise. The ratio 8:13 is the Phi ratio, the Golden Mean, and is reflected in other multiples in the Fibonacci sequence in nautilus shells, sunflowers, daisies, and is embedded in our DNA helix. 8 is the base resonance of the Earth’s frequency and 13 is the goddess/divine feminine frequency, which multiplies twice to 26, and four times to 52, the Venus vibration. ‘Four is Love’, I’ve heard from Sananda, and feel this within the ‘twinned twinned’ flow of the tetracross or four-petalled Rose Cross.

So indeed, the Mark is Set, the Crossbar is lifting, the Phase is ON….or as I hear it, the Phase Ison > the Phase I-Son > the Faes’ Son > the Phase Isis-On. The 9, 54, brings the completion of this stage, full reactivation of the feminine energy in the spiral of Life, on Earth. This is a cycle within the flow of ascending energies that began with seeding (Comet Ison) and completes with harvest.

If we flow with them too, we take the golden light IN with ease, as naturally as breathing, into the new rose dawn, a higher dimension of the spiral. With love and thanks to all holding, anchoring and steering the Light, to Isis and Ashtar, all family and friends on the ships and on the planet, to Gaia and all moving with her, including the elemental beings of fire, water, earth and air. Love and thanks also to my beloved Twin Flame, Ashura, for all you are and do. Asking now that the effects of these alignments on a planetary level be as smoothed as possible, and the Earth’s magnetic field be well supported. We can all help, by holding Gaia, and ourselves, in joy and love.

This Rose Chakra exercise comes from Isis:

Breathe golden light into your heart centre and expand it as a golden apple around your auric field. Open your chakras, base, sacral, solar plexus, sacred heart, heart, higher heart, throat, brow and crown. Visualize/intend a deep pink-red rose in your base chakra, and see/feel this rose open there, enveloping the whole chakra. Now visualize a pink rose, slightly lighter, in the sacral chakra, open it there, let it envelop the chakra. Keep doing this, for each chakra, lightening the colour of the rose a little in each one. As you reach your heart centre chakra (remember the sacred heart chakra is between the heart and solar plexus, and higher heart between heart and throat chakras), the rose here is a mid light pink. As you reach your pineal chakra, the rose is white, with a pale pink centre, And your crown chakra is within a white rose. So you now have a whole spectrum from deep red-pink in your base to white at your crown. Relax, and let this whole spectrum of the vibration of Rose pervade your whole being. Now let this Rose energy ripple out softly around the whole Earth. Feel the deep, beautiful and sacred Love that you are, aligned with Source, serving Source, expressing Source as a pure eternal spark. I/we bow to your Essence. We are One.

Planetary Alignments in the Garden of Love

Dear All,

Today’s post follows on from the photos of a ship that flew overhead here on April 26th that you can read about in the previous post. This ship appeared three days after a very high frequency light-wave snuck in quietly through the ‘back door’, so to speak, and energies on and around this planet have continued to intensify since then. At an individual level, everything in our beings that is not aligned in Love is getting a deeper shake out, so those energies can be perceived, blessed and released, to reveal more of our higher dimensional Essence.

In the collective, the same shake out can be seen happening around the globe, and the energies of shifting consciousness responding to it. On a planetary level, the shakedowns/ups (earthquakes and eruptions) have continued since the late April light-wave came through and the kundalini energy flowed from Tibet to Peru; those energies are still in a shifting/settling process, and indeed are intensifying. I’ll explain why below, in terms of planetary alignments, the return of the ‘Venus energy’ and re-fusion of the Divine Feminine, in merge with the grounding of the Divine Masculine. This is all enacting through the higher octaves/ frequency waveforms of the inner planets of the Solar System and their communications with Earth (and us, and all Life on Earth).

To recap briefly, the ship that appeared on April 26th ‘called’ me outside to look at the Moon and Venus (see photos in previous post). It appeared directly above Venus, then flew south-east above the house. They appeared as blueish-skinned human-carian (birdlike) hybrid people, and on checking a skymap online, I found the Moon was at that moment directly in front of (occulting) the star Aldebaran, alpha star of the Taurus constellation.

For a few days prior to that visit, the Hyades constellation, which sits in Taurus between the Pleiades and Orion, had been drawing my focus as having a role in the current Shift here on Earth. The Hyades, with Aldebaran at the tip, sit in the face of the Bull, echoing the V-shaped horns on top of the head of Taurus (the connection will become apparent below). Our star brothers and sisters of Aldebaran and Alpha Centauri (from Centaurus, meaning ‘new bull’) are both here with the Ashtar Command and closely connected with my Twin Flame, Ashura&I, and the lightship Shem Arua.

‘V’ is for Vega, and the first federation in this galaxy (the Federation of Lyra), V also stands for the Hyades star cluster (the horns of Taurus the Bull), for Venus, the Ashtar Command, and the wings on the helmet of the astrological symbol for Mercury, swiftest, closest planet to the Sun, catalyst and messenger of the gods.

As we are nearing a significant planetary alignment on May 28th, involving Venus right-angled to Mercury, and Mercury to Saturn aligned through the space between the Earth and its Moon to the Sun, we’re reminded to focus into the higher octaves (frequencies) of the tones of the souls we know as planets, the ‘music of the spheres’. Sound, tones, are multidimensional vibrations, shapers of form. The Earth, in 3D, has a sound frequency to which all life here is inherently attuned, known as the Schumann Resonance, of approximately 8hz – which also happens to be the frequency of the DNA’s double helix: melatonin and pinoline have been observed to induce replication of DNA at the frequency of 8hz (with hertz being the measure of frequencies in cycles per second).

When a sound is emitted, all its multiples sound at the same moment, in what I hear as an ‘exponential unfoldment’. This is why 432hz (as a higher multiple of 8; 8×54, where 54 is a 9, number of completion of a cycle, angelic frequencies, and the Fibonacci spiral form) is understood/felt as a frequency that harmonizes our body, mind and emotional energies with nature, Earth’s nature. Every planet is a body of consciousness emitting a base tone, in constant exponential unfoldment, and our free will focus attunes us to/with particular octaves within that unfoldment. When we have planets meeting in linear and right angled positions relative to the Sun, the light-hub of our solar system, they produce combined specific tones across dimensions. These tones (shaping energies) are experienced distinctly in 3D, 4D, 5D etc. Focus engages energies, and how centered we are in relation to our heart’s zero point, our core, determines how we experience those energies, in every given moment.

Astrological and alchemical symbols depict the shaping function of celestial, planetary and elemental tones in a way we can ‘read’ in 3D. Since Mercury is a catalyst, and Venus will be right-angled to Mercury (while also aligned directly to both Uranus and Neptune, but we’ll focus with the inner planet tonal shaping partnerships for this post), let’s feel into the octaves of their connection.

Their symbols both connect the unity field (circle) on the cross (of matter, the four elements). Mercury, like Venus, is historically considered a feminine energy, and its ‘winged helmet’ can also be seen/felt as the (lunar) crescent or Bow of the Mother. Yet Mercury’s symbol is also the sign of the constellation Taurus, the Bull, atop the cross of matter.

If you’re new to this site, you can read about the Shem Arua and the ‘Ashura/Arnap’ archives for a deeper sensing of the Ascended Bull/Divine Masculine energy adding a ‘cosmic push’ to Gaia’s Shift. Ashura defined his fleet-name ‘Arnap’ as ‘one who steers through the Bow’, which has the double layer of steering, meaning to guide, and steers, meaning male cows/bulls. The Taurus constellation, like Centaurus (and others like Aquila) contain many stars and planets that were colonized and controlled by factions of Carian origin and/or their reptilian/mantid creations. In Taurus, this was mostly a flow from Orion, into the Hyades, Pleiades, Atlas and others. Many of those systems are now clear of the domination of control-oriented beings. Some are fully ascended into 5D+ states, and the ‘steers’ who align and flow through the Bow (as one with the divine feminine rather than in dominance/separation energies) are beings of Universal Love, in service to Source. Carian groups of both energies have interacted with – are interwoven with – the development of humanity on Earth and throughout this galaxy. The second Horus is a Carian of Light, through whom many bright lights of love streamed their energies to lift the planet and human genome/helix from the control factions thousands of years ago. Feel also into Krishna’s energy, the blue-skinned Cowherd who wears a peacock feather.

The tones of his flute were golden, the resurrecting light frequencies. He represents another inflow of love, compassion, peace and freedom to Earth 3000 years before Sananda’s incarnation as Jesus the ‘divine shepherd’.

The connection of the Taurean bull/cow energy with Venus, is represented in the Pleiadian-Venusian Hathors. Ancient astrologers designated Venus the ‘ruling planet’ of Taurus (where a ‘ruling’ planet shows a close affinity/resonance of energies).

In Egypt, Hathor was symbolized as a cow, or as a woman with a cow’s head, and was their goddess of love, women and music. ‘Hathor’ means ‘house of Horus’, and she was regarded as the mother and/or wife of Horus. In other words, Carian beings birthed through the ‘cow’ energy (Taurus), which came to Venus (planet of love, femininity, the arts/music)…and to Earth.

Through a Venusian soul aspect, Hanamaya: Venus did not ascend in one ‘clean sweep’. We went from 3D to 4D, then dropped back, before going 4D to 5D. Venus and Gaia are closely linked, and many Venusians were on or around Maldek when that planet was destroyed and became the asteroid belt between Mars and Jupiter. Ashura/Arnap had a ship called the Meri’Ashar (Mary’s Star) in which part of our soul energy was housed in a creation crystal, in merge with two dear twin souls, Raiba and Tee’nah. I was in form on board a ship close to Maldek, the Butterfly, that was lost along with much of the Federation fleet. Many of us then incarnated onto Earth; the influences can be felt in the Mu (Lemurian) and Atlantean civilizations. Why is this relevant now? Because the reintegration of Divine Feminine and Divine Masculine energies that lifted and unified Venus is teaming with Mercury in late May to trigger an acceleration of Earth’s return to wholeness.

From a mythological view, we could say the split/broken feminine is reuniting, with Mercury’s ignition – and Mercury’s energy is an androgyne fusion of the bull/masculine with Venus/feminine, both male and female flows in One. This is the deeper meaning of ‘mercurial’, which in duality/the split ego, is felt as changeable, unpredictable, tricky, but which in higher octaves (dimensions) is felt as a quicksilver flow of balance, merge, fusion. Feel the difference? Let’s add one more symbol into this picture, that of the dwarf planet Ceres.

Ceres is actually the largest remnant of Maldek, orbiting in the asteroid belt, recently reclassified as a planet. Some have already begun speaking of the ‘harvest’ energies this year, linked with the tetrad of blood moons that concludes in September 2015. Ceres’ symbol is the feminine sickle of harvest, the crescent of the scythe on the cross. Ceres is the name of the ancient Roman grain goddess, mother goddess of the harvest, depicted holding sheaves of wheat, and with grain in her hair, or a crescent/bow-shaped head-dress.

The ancient Greeks called her Demeter, whose daughter was Persephone. In the myth, Persephone was stolen by the god of the dead, Hades, and made queen of the underworld. As Demeter, overcome by grief and rage, took her grace from the land, crops were ravaged and harvests failed. The world was dying. The other gods petitioned Hades to return Persephone to her mother, and they agreed to a compromise, where Persephone would return to the surface world/Demeter each Spring, then descend to Hades, through the wheel of the seasons. This myth has several layers of meaning, but for our present focus, look again at the symbol of the planet Ceres/Demeter.

In Ceres’ symbol, do you see the sign of Venus, with a piece ‘missing’? We can view this as the split of the feminine energy in Venus before it ascended and re-unified, which was mirrored darkly in the destruction of Maldek, and the splitting off of Ceres. Ceres’ symbol represents Venus’s pre-ascension state. Earth is now re-unifying its feminine, the stolen innocence of the daughter energy returning to the Mother. The circle of Life will be (IS becoming) whole again, as the crossbar is raised. So feel now, wherever the ‘daughter’ is oppressed on this planet, the impact of a flood of the ascended, unified Venus energy means, teamed with the androgyne male/female balancer Mercury, igniting a big release of ‘karma’ as it aligns with Saturn through the space between Earth and Moon.

I’ll speak more of the inner/outer dynamics of these alignments in the next post. For now, here are a few photos I took on the night of May 13th, of star family projecting as three Orbs, symbolizing the coming alignment. I took these shots facing north, with Mercury sitting low on the horizon. Mercury is the bright dot of light at the lower right, just above the treetops. In the first photo, the Orbs sat in an almost horizontal straight line but quite faint, in the upper left of the frame.

Two of the Orbs went into a vertical alignment above Mercury, just before it sank behind the treeline. You can see the upper Orb beginning to morph or ‘re-shape’ its light-form.

Okay, I was just asked to enlarge the upper (morphing) Orb. Here it is, with contrast enhanced. Open your heart, and feel the presence there.

In the left foreground is a woman’s head and upper body, bare-breasted, her face turned in profile, looking ‘into’ the Orb. Behind her are a baby’s face, and the two white wings of a bird behind it. The deep-angled wings signify an ibis or eagle (they can also be read as two crystal pyramids of white light). This is a deeper knowing, of Venus, Mercury, Earth’s pyramid builders, fusion, INfusion, and how star family work in confluence with the higher octaves of planetary and celestial alignments to flow themselves in through the space between. The next post will go deeper into this, including what the ‘space between’ is, and what it means in our individual and collective journey into higher frequencies. Readers of Heart Star posts may be aware that Ashtar is remembered in Earth myths as Djehuti/Thoth (represented as the ibis in ancient Egypt). Thoth was known to the Greeks as Hermes Trismegistus, Mercury to the Romans. He was also the first Horus (that name was applied to several beings) or Hor-Ur, which simply translates as ‘Hour Far Away’, one who came from far away (distant or ancient times)…ancient even to the ancient Egyptians.

In the Egyptian myths, there appear to be contradictions, where Isis (who has Venus connections) in the older stories was the wife of the elder Horus, and in later stories the wife of Osiris, and mother of Horus. However, they are both true, of different ‘Horuses’. Earlier in this post, I described Horus the son as a Carian being. This is true, but there is more. The complete Horus is a shimura (in the ancient world, depicted as simurgh or gryphon – leonine, carian and angelic merged being), hence all those energies could stream/speak/act through him.

Enlarging the second Orb from the above photo, midway between the Isis/Thoth orb and Mercury, is a face with a lightning strike on its forehead/right eye. Ah, the resonances – like Harry Potter, Horus the son of Isis and Osiris was the original ‘boy who lived’….who lost one of his eyes to Set and was blinded, until Thoth magically made him a new one. (Myths are metaphors; the Eyes of Horus were said to be the Sun and Moon, so this myth is a memory of a battle over stellar/planetary portals).

Isis and Ashtar (Im’mara and Ash’Ta’Hor) are Twin Flames, and Isis has a beautiful ship named the Sophia/White Phoenix. Feel the energy in this image below, of Isis in her Angelic form, within the double helix/golden twin spiral of the Caduceus – the feminine Venus-Mercury energy (deeply connected with Sirius) in the resurrecting golden light.

The planetary alignment of May 28 is a doorway for this energy. Feel it in your heart, your soul, and anchor it with the light-grid of Gaia, into every strand of your DNA. Feel the Venus Rose bloom within your body, which is a temple, and is also your Garden of Love, your Eden of original innocence/inner sense, which you are restoring to wholeness….and as you do so, you send that vibration into the human collective, to all life on Gaia.

It’s so beautiful to see how everything in higher frequencies flows through to 3D. This week while looking for pictures of Ceres, I came across the one below, of a statue of her, in a place I had just been reading about. The state of Vermont in the USA has been taken to court by Monsanto (genetic engineering agricultural megacorporation) and sued hundreds of millions of dollars for passing a law that requires labelling of GMO foods. Vermont is a ‘test case’ that will have a big effect – and there atop the Vermont State Capitol Building stands Ceres, holding her sheaves of grain.

The Mother of all good Grain is about to get a boost, dear friends, as the trapped, sliced, diced daughter (such as; genetic manipulation of grain) rises again from the land of the dead. This time she’s not going back, because that’s what ascension IS….rising out of the death cycle that in 3D gets mistakenly called the ‘life cycle’. The true Life Circle has no end, is not finite, does not age, wither, dis-ease, or require pesticides. May the Divine Horn of Plenty flow again in Mother’s arms.

One last thing, on April 28th, a few days after the Shifting of the Earth’s kundalini/spiritual hub from Tibet to Peru, accompanied by the activation of a volcano in Chile, the sky went completely white here for one day, covered in milky white from horizon to horizon. The whiteness was in front of the Sun, but above the level of the clouds, as later in the day clouds floated by underneath it. I’ve never seen anything like it; it felt like a releasing of ‘Mother’s Milk’ and shall we say, a higher frequency streaming from our Milky Way’s central Sun.

Dear Friends,

Today’s post is about ‘signs’ and direct manifestation – higher dimensional energies interfacing with third dimension, showing the underlying, overarching connectedness of all energies to our physical awareness. Whether those manifestations are flowing from our higher self, higher dimensional guides, star family or other Light beings, these ‘signs’ are showing how we create/co-create our ‘reality’, how we magnetize Source energy, according to the vibration, the frequency we are radiating (consciously and unconsciously).

All levels of energies keep aligning, non-stop, according to our focus, manifesting what we call ‘synchronicities’, across dimensions. Synchronous ‘signs’ in 3D physicality can delight and reassure those on an awakening path, as they affirm the truth that all is connected – that no matter how it appears to limited human physical senses, material ‘reality’ is not cut off from subtler flows of life and love, but is part of a continuous weaving across stratas of form, light, energy, life. When you know your BEing as a conscious ‘hub’ of merging dimensions – when their constant interweaving becomes anchored as your reality, through unconditional love – the ‘veils’ between them dissolve, and you see/feel the energy flows not as ‘signs’ but simply as the way energy naturally flows and interweaves across dimensions, according to what we as a ‘hub’ are magnetizing.

I’d like to share a very lovely personal example, from last week, of this flow and alignment, connected with one of the higher dimensional guides I have a daily ‘focus’ with, Archangel Michael. Since childhood, the presence of AA Michael appeared in a frequent recurring dream of running through a dark forest, where a bluebird would fly in front of me and lead me onto a path and out of the forest. I did not put the name ‘AA Michael’ to the bluebird as a young child; it wasn’t until much later that I felt the distinct ‘Essences’ of the higher energies around me, and understood ‘who’ and ‘what’ they are. Recently, I’ve seen AA Michael’s light as a deep blue, white-ringed orb in front of my 3D vision, in the room I’m writing to you from now. At this current house, his energy was first projected in orb form the night we moved here, as a large blue orb hovering over the carport.

The day after seeing his deep blue flash in the house last week, down the hillside in front of the house a baby Wren flew over my shoulder, to land in hand’s reach, in a bluegum tree, next to a patch of blue plumbago. While I sat on a step, the baby bird landed, and danced all around.

His mother then flew down beside my foot and gave me a quick ‘assessment’ (as my heart melted into a puddle, to see/feel these shy tiny birds so close).

She returned several times over the next half hour, while her sweet baby played, and at times slept in a pile of leaves. I felt it was his first time out of the nest. You can see in the photo below he still has a lot of baby fluff.

The ‘blue’ energy continued every day the next week, with more ‘blue orb flashes’ in the house, and my quail Aquila (supposed to be a year past laying age) laid four eggs. The energy of ‘human angel rebirthing’ kept flowing steadily, multidimensionally, right into another very large wave of Ascension energies that snuck through quietly in the night, without the fanfare of eclipses or solstices, on April 23-24.

This was followed straight away, dear friends, by something our star family and many on and in Earth have been waiting for: the Shift of the the ‘hub’ of Light energies of Gaia, from Tibet/Asia to Peru/South America. As the higher dimensional energy shifted, at the ‘head’ end of the Light’s push, a volcanic eruption in Chile, and as the ‘tail’ end shook loose, earthquakes have affected Nepal, felt as far as New Delhi. I know many of you will have sent prayers or meditations for the safe passage of the souls who left physical in Nepal, as we have. Please also keep your focus deep into the higher frequency core of Gaia as much as possible, and allow yourself to flow with her shift, and centre your heart with her new Divine Feminine hub, in the Lake Titicaca area of Peru. I’ll speak of this more in coming posts, from knowings of a pre-Incan life, up to and after the departure of star family from that place, for Venus. The energies closed afterwards, but now they are opening again, and our star family can at last return and walk the Earth with us, as One, which is what we Are.

For now, I’ll share a few photos from two nights ago, when Venus was sitting in horizontal alignment with the Moon. A ship appeared in the nightsky, above Venus, and flew through a gap in the trees, over the house. Although it was a bright white light, it was high up, and my camera only caught it dimly, but here are the photos, in which it appears as a tiny pinpoint of light.

A green-blue orb appeared above Venus…

The orb then ‘triangulated’ with the Moon directly below it, Venus to the right, and another ship to the left….representing pyramid of light and mountain energies, shifting of high energy in the high places of the planet. Feel also the balance and stability of the equi-distant ship and Venus on either side of the Moon; and star family holding higher frequency equilibrium.

On checking the positions of planets/stars the next day, the Moon is/was occulting the star Aldebaran (meaning the Moon was positioned directly in front of Aldebaran, from an Earth view). Aldebaran is the alpha star of Taurus, the Bull, and I have mentioned it in previous posts in connection with the constellation Centaurus (which means ‘new bull’), with Ashura, my Twin Flame and captain of the Shem Arua, and the Alpha Centaurians who are working closely with him at this time, people of the ‘new bull’ star system, of carian-human hybrid descent whose ships have appeared here with distinctive horseshoe rings of lights.

Their captain, J’errene’on, is humanoid, with a ‘feathery’ type hair. However, some of the crew ‘present’ in Orb form with birdlike faces and features. The Alpha C’s have a greenish coloured skin, the Aldebarans (or some of them) more bluish. Three mornings ago, the divine feathers below were waiting outside, tail and flight feathers from the beautiful green-blue parrots we have here. The trinity energy is on Earth, return of the true heart-centered triangle energies of Sirian wisdom, here to anchor and stabilize the foundation of the new Age, triangle within the Circle of Oneness.

Update from the Grove

Dear friends,

The ‘journey of the Grove’ began when I moved house early last year, and a long-dormant ley line node into Gaia’s heart grid located in the garden, started to activate. I’ve spoken of various stages of this activation in bits and pieces through last year, but will now give an overview, including the role of star family, who guided and orchestrated this process all the way (and still do). We’re sharing this as one example of openings and higher frequency activations and anchorings taking place all around the planet, not only major and minor hubs in its light grid, but smaller nodes – thousands of mini-nodes and micro-nodes like this one – that collectively act, in the network of light, to bed the 5-6D vibration of Gaia into and through 3D.

The micro-node in this garden opens its channel from Gaia’s Core through the centre of a grove of beech trees on a ledge about twenty feet across. Before moving here, I kept seeing an emerald to be placed in the garden, felt the heart energy of the land, and was drawn to the beech trees, which are very rare to see growing in this area. Ashtar and Sesherat guided setting up for the activation, which began with connecting to the beech trees (and their relationship to Ashtar and Sehaya in their emanations as Thoth and Seshat, which you can read here).

I was guided to create a tetracross (four-petalled rose cross) in the middle of the grove, with specific numeric values, using natural materials from the garden, and an emerald in its centre.

Without going into all the symbolism, it is connected with Twin Flame energy: the tetracross is a doubled infinity, also two number eights crossed over, to which we added an equilateral cross inside the eights (two 1’s crossed over). 1 and 8 are the shared birthday number of my twin soul Bareld and me (18, the Hebrew number ‘chai’ means ‘life’). 18 doubled in 36, 36 doubled is 72, 72 doubled is 144, which is expanded infinitely by the circle (made of 80 gumnuts, like little cups/grails), 8 and 0, the infinite circle of life.

As soon as the circle was complete, Orbs began to arrive in the grove. Some were guardians and star family, others were souls drawn to the activating light frequencies for healing, like the two below; the second had a large ‘hole’ in it (representing an auric tear) and was accompanied/assisted by two small orbs.

At that time, Orbs began positioning themselves over the circle constantly, aligning and preparing the opening of the channel, and Ashtar appeared semi-visible beside the circle. You may be able to see his head, shoulders and sash in the photo below.

Other than an occasional bright-flashing Orb, star family don’t show their light-forms brightly in the grove, as the neighbours’ house is very close to that side of the garden! Ship landings have also been deeply cloaked.

Below are a series of Orbs progressively unlocking and aligning the light channel, with photos taken over several nights. You can see them stationed directly above the circle at different heights, including on the ground.

My Twin Flame, Ashura, then anchored the Shem Arua’s core into the node (in 5D), and remained there for 10 days while the ley line opened, flowed and settled. As the block here is on a steep hillside, different parts of it corresponded with different levels of the ship, so the house was at the level of the ship’s upper deck. I can’t really put this into words. Through those days, it was akin to the feeling you get when someone is standing right behind you – people moving around me all the time, in a higher frequency, which translated at moments as flashes of light in front of my eyes and the most wonderful feeling of deep familiarity, peace, warmth and oneness. The photo below is of Ashura (Arnap) planting higher dimensional crystals from the deck of the Shem Arua around the node to protect it from being shut down again.

Later in the year, a small ship was brought down into the circle to make an adjustment to the node, boosting its light-flow. This ship phased into 4D, but was cloaked throughout the half hour that it was on the ground. Read this post for the details.

The ship’s activated field had an incredible effect on the grove. Orbs popped in and out (crossing dimensions) above and around it, and objects appeared and disappeared on the ground, as the ship’s field bent time & space around it – so there were objects (stones etc) momentarily appearing that had been/would exist in that spot in other ‘time moments’.

Following this activation, coming into summer (December 2014), the energy was flowing so high that a group of beech saplings sprouted and grew enormously fast (even though it was summer, when the trees normally conserve their growth energy, as it gets very hot and dry here) in a crescent shape on the eastern side of the circle. Reflecting the bow/arch/crescent form of the Mother energies and the rebirth of Gaia, in this small grove the curve of incoming life is beautifully created by beech saplings, called the Queen of Trees…as they magically sprouted in a crescent around the east side of the node, greeting the ‘new dawn’.

With Love to Gaia and all Life, big thanks and appreciation go out to all who are anchoring the light of love here in various ways. We all came in with unique missions & soul plans, yet with one goal of Loving this world, life and humanity into a higher frequency – of creating with harmony, peace, joy and unity. All week I’ve been hearing from Ashtar, ‘Keep steady, keep steady, keep steady.’ Keep steady, dear friends. Hold the vision of full convergence of higher densities into 3D. Keep pillaring the Light, whether as gatekeeper, portal opener, anchor, or conducting light through the body you are standing in right now. It all helps. Feel it, and stay calm and relaxed in your heart of love. Let any energy not of peace and love flow past, diffuse, and just send love.

Easter Sky Interlude

Dear friends,

Before going ‘in deep’ with Venus and the Venusian connection to the shift in frequencies here on/with Gaia, I’d like to give a couple of short updates, firstly from the sky here, and secondly from the beech grove (a ‘micro-node’ of the crystalline heart grid) in my garden. They are interconnected, and I’ll start with the sky of the last two days, April 4th and 5th, the lunar eclipse and Easter.

In the sky, the divine father and mother energies of Source symbolized a global preparation for receiving the ‘child’ Christ light, the re-newal. In the afternoon, for a few minutes, the sun behind thin clouds appeared as a rectangular pillar of blue-white light, with a white-gold V shape on top of it. The V stands for Vega and the first federation in this galaxy, the Federation of Lyra (of which Vega is the alpha star) and the Ashtar Command insignia. The Y stands for the masculine energy (as in Y chromosome), and the male ‘pillar’ and the female ‘V’ in union. The blue-white pillar of light also represents the energy of Avyon (pronounced Aye-on), first leonine and human planet, of the star Vega, translated into Earth energies as Iun in ancient Egypt, and Avalon in the ancient west. So it also symbolizes the energy of the ‘return of Avalon’.

All of this beamed from the Sun for a few minutes. I took photos, but the camera didn’t pick up the frequencies clearly. Later that evening, however, I was able to photograph the lunar eclipse, although as you’ll see in the picture it was hazed by a covering of cloud. Here, the mother energy of the bowl, the cradle and cup, was perfectly represented in a ‘vertical eclipse’…meaning as the Moon was eclipsed from above, what could be seen was a horizontal crescent/bowl. Here it is, with a beautiful light green Orb above it to the left. Green represents the heart chakra, renewal and healing.

The next day, Easter, following the clear ‘signs’ of the day before, on Sunday the sky was thickly clouded. I heard many planes overhead, not on the usual flight paths, and by the afternoon the sky was striped and zigzagged with dark-coloured trails. Next, the sky turned into an ocean of rolling energies…you can see the shifting, moving and rearranging reflected in the clouds below. This all happened so fast, it was breathtaking, like watching a time-lapse film; except it was present, singing in my heart.

The planes returned again overnight, and all day today, Easter Monday, a strong wind has been blowing, clearing the air, and there are now four days of rain forecast, so we have a super cleanse coming! 🙂

Giving thanks now, to star family, the sylphs, my own higher soul aspects, and beloved Gaia. The cradle of Life keeps being cleared, to receive the Light of Love deeper. ❤

Which exists in all life, we are just remembering how that merge IS in higher dimensions, and reconnecting our ‘separated’ ego-mind with the feeling and the knowing of the primordial trinity.

This goes hand in hand with balancing the four elements within us, the yin/mother elements of earth and water, with the yang/father elements of air and fire. Through the unity and merge of the four comes the fifth element – ether – fifth dimension. Relax. Open. Love. Trust. Rise.

Spiralling IN from the RNA World

Dear All,

In this post we’ll look at DNA and RNA, how they relate to the ‘green’ life energy, the connection and intertwining of masculine and feminine energies of Source to express Love-as-Life, and how to work with the current transformation of Earth and humanity. There is much focus in the awakening community on DNA, and its higher light activation through inner embrace of the increasing uplifting energies enveloping Gaia. We’ll focus here on RNA – Ribonucleic Acid – which is also part of ‘the Ascension equation’, with an equally important role, preceding and interweaving symbiotically with our evolving strands of DNA.

So what then is RNA, and what is its purpose? Whereas DNA is a storage system of genetic information, both collective and unique to each individual, structured with twin protein-coated strands, with an internal lattice-work of ‘steps’ spiralled together in the form of a double helix, RNA is a single strand structure that can operate ‘singly’, bind with a DNA strand as a helix, or loop back on itself to form a double spiral helix with itself.

Where DNA is a fixed structure of long strands, stabilized as a container and agent of genetic data, RNA is a mutable structure of shorter strands. It too can store information, but its main roles are as messengers, catalysts, transferrers and transcribers (copiers) of energy and information. In that sense RNA expresses the active transformative energy, the Life Force in flow in complementary cooperation with the DNA, which expresses the ‘vessel’ or container energy, that which holds the energy. This could be seen as masculine and feminine, though while DNA is Twinned and complementary, RNA also expresses the bow/curve energy of the Mother energy in its single spiral format, and the unified energies of ‘male’ and ‘female’ modes in One.

We’ll look at this in a moment, as it relates to Ascension/Inception, Hermes, the caduceus wand, and Arcturian knowledge, to feel deeper into our frequency transformation at a molecular level. But first, let’s trace the pathways of evolution, back to the ‘RNA World‘, a hypothesis that situates RNA as central to the evolution of cellular life – because it stores information like DNA, but also triggers chemical processes as an enzyme/protein does. So before DNA evolved as a more stable information storage system, RNA had all the processes functioning to sustain and evolve physical life. Moreover, chemical conditions for RNA formation are considered to have been much better on other planets such as Mars, so this building block of physical life has been widespread in our Solar system. Little green men have travelled far…..😉

While this RNA-based world may not have been the first ‘touch’ into materialized physicality, its single spiral strand is a material extension of the prime spiral Life form of the universes. In previous posts I’ve mentioned the Fibonacci sequence/Phi spiral and atomic to galactic spiral-forms.

Structurally, life everywhere is based on the golden ratio. Metaphysically, life is an expression of Source’s golden-white light, and the golden white torus is the higher frequency form of all living things, whether atoms, cells, DNA helixes, humans, animals, plants, star people, galaxies or universes; the golden ratio can be seen everywhere in creation.

Observe the butterfly-wing form of electromagnetic wavelengths, as the vibrational energy pattern of our DNA and RNA, our life building systems. We are electric. We are magnetic. All Life enacts this ‘Butterfly Effect’ of and through our electromagnetic field, our torus spiral energy field, or as we can symbolize it, the Golden Apple.

Do you feel what is meant by the ‘butterfly effect’ as a metaphor for cause-and-effect in unison? That the beating of the wings of a butterfly in the Amazon will be felt on the other side of the world? Every particle interacts with every other particle through the intelligence and connectivity of subtle ions through the electromagnetic grid, at the speed of light – and through the heart grid of Gaia, beyond the speed of light, in the Now, beyond time and distance. All one Life force, echoing through many dimensions. In 3D, this current fires the physical processes of RNA and DNA. Inception/ascension of the physical into higher frequencies Shifts it beyond the speed of light, into the state of immaterial Light, or Essence, which we all are. This inception is a higher frequency alchemy from ‘lead’ (weighted ions/the heaviest substance) to ‘gold’ (the golden white light-form of Source Self), through the vibration of Divine Grace, as we align ourselves with and within it.

The caduceus, the wand of Hermes, represents inception, the DNA (and RNA) double helix/kundalini/chakras opening to receive the flow of higher dimensional energies. Inception is the energy of ‘divine conception’ at a molecular level, each cell a vessel receiving the frequency of rebirth direct from the Source, the golden resurrection light of the Divine Inner Child through the rose and blue of Mother and Father energies of the Source in union.

The Threefold Flame of the Heart is an envisioning of the inception principle; divine conception blooming within the Heart of pure Love; blue and rose are the twin ‘parent’ strands of DNA, the carrier strands, golden through the middle is the wand, the shaft of Child Light, descending on the wings of the Dove, the holy spirit: the energy of the caduceus in action. Love-in-act-ion, as we open and allow it in our beings.

There were two Hermes, remembered on Earth in ancient times; two distinct Souls, yet both activators of the divine conception/inception energies. One of them was known as Anubis in Egypt (Sirian Anpu), recognized as one essence in the Greco-Egyptian synthesis figure of Hermanubis.

In the last post about the green man, Osiris, we mentioned that in the mythic metaphors, after he had been dismembered, it was Anubis (or sometimes Thoth, the other Hermes) who fashioned a ‘golden phallus’ to replace Osiris’ missing part, from which Isis conceived a child, the ‘Divine Son/Sun God’ Horus. This is a metaphor of inception/divine conception; Source’s golden light flows through the centre of the twining of divine feminine and masculine, the living Threefold Flame of the Heart, where inception bestows resurrection in the revival of Osiris as Lord of the Underworld (Agartha/Inner Earth). Hermes, messenger of the gods, moves between Heaven, Earth and Underworld, as the transmigrator of souls, guide and guardian of the ways between realms of the living and dead (higher and lower dimensions of the eternal light templates and mortal coils/helixes).

He is an alchemist of the original RNA world, messenger, transferrer, transmuter and catalyst, flowing the codes of Life. The statue below shows his wand contained within a single spiral strand, the RNA coil of life.

Hermes holds the RNA/single strand caduceus.

Thoth, high priest of Atlantis, led an evacuation to Egypt, where the wisdom of the Inner Heart and ‘helix codes’ was anchored (though it faded into dualized concepts later on, the higher vibrational anchor-points and containers of that wisdom and codings remained, dormant and hidden until the right ‘time’). He also expressed his soul as Hermes Trismegistus (Thrice-Great Hermes), master metaphysical alchemist. In the Temple of Mercury near Tawern in Germany, Hermes/Mercury is depicted with the caduceus in his hand and the white lily of Annunciation above the caduceus, symbol of immaculate conception/Inception, which can also seen on the arrowhead of Ashur, and in the hand of Archangel Gabriel.

Archangel Gabriel holds the Lily of Inception/immaculate conception, in ‘The Annunciation to the Virgin’ by Leonardo da Vinci, circa 1472-75.

Thoth/Ashtar and soul family work deeply with the energy of inception, the ‘holy grail’ of the coil as vessel, expressed in material form as the RNA-DNA spiral helix, container of the codes for physical Life. This can express creatively outward as sacred marriage and birth as a catalyst of Ascension energies, but this is also just as potent an inward process, in the grail cup of your mortal coil. ‘Immaculate conception’ is a pooling of Source light in the womb; inception pools Source light, pure Love, in the ‘womb’ of each cell, in the container of our DNA, through the catalytic actions of RNA. Ascension with Gaia is not a flying up out of the body; it’s a concentration of Source light IN the body, mind and emotional field through complete openness to Higher Self/Oversoul energies to raise our whole frequency. And the ‘safeguard’ is alignment with Love, beyond separation beliefs, encompassing all polarities.

Ascension of the physical form means the container, the message (the Word, sound of Source) and the messenger merging as One. This is what it is to BE a Human Angel. In the words of Jesus Sananda: ‘Make of your body a reservoir of golden light.’ Within every Inner Heart there is a garden, dear friends, and in that garden is a golden pool, brimming with the eternal light of Source. Drink it, bathe in it, water your garden with it and spread it through your being, until the old structures, their stories and limitating constructs no longer sway mind and emotions away from Unconditional Love.

Relax the coil, immerse it in green, the cradle of Life. Feel into the green Essence of the Archangel Raphael, who holds the caduceus as a sign of the healing of all of duality’s dis-ease (hence it also became the emblem of the medical profession).

As I write this, sunlight is pouring through hibiscus leaves outside the window. Chlorophyll, conversion of light into Life, so natural and perfect an activity, reminding me of the miracle of our green world. It’s easier for plants to synthesize red chlorophyll, so in autumn/fall when they begin to conserve their energy for winter, their leaves shift from green to red or orange. It takes them more energy to synthesize green, yet can you even imagine what this world would be like, if all plant life was red, all the time? Feel into that, and you will know the vital core unity of green, the middle colour in the light spectrum of the prism, the rainbow, the chakras. The Heart centre, the middle chakra, is green. Perhaps before the RNA World, another frequency prevailed, but from the RNA, to the RNA-DNA pairing, then with the triangulation of RNA-DNA-proteins, green is in centre. Hence we innately find green relaxing, refreshing and soothing to the mind and emotions. So relax, trust your inborn ability to cradle Source, and be the Holy Grail.

Move between the worlds, let Grace move you like the divine messengers. And Know that in the arms of Source, all Life is cherished and adored, whether high beings of Light or the smallest of creatures, no difference, all radiating expressions of the Oneness. To my right ear now comes a soft ‘wi-wu’, from my beautiful companion quail, Aquila. This tiny birds, the quail, who the Egyptians used in hieroglyphics to represent the sound ‘w’ or ‘hwu’ (sound of creation) was also symbolized by the coil or spiral.

This is Convergence; the infinite lacework of love, unconfined, non-linear, wonderful spiralling geometries of Life. Eternal life in Source alignment isn’t found through the analytic splicing and dicing of 3D genes, but in their subtle opening and absorption of higher frequencies of harmony and union. If you want to feel the spiral way of Love, just look into the heart of a Rose, and feel how it is you, at peace with Source and all aspects of your Self.

Like the quail, we who have come to ground and moved in the ways of Earth, are finding our wings again, to anchor in the middle way, converging through our hearts of Love, bathing our ‘coils’. ‘As above, so below, through the middle is the flow.’

Magnetism of the Heart

As we approach 2015’s first solar eclipse, equinox and lunar eclipse, on March 20, March 21 and April 4 respectively (this lunar eclipse being the third in a tetrad of Blood Moons during 2014-15) followed by Easter on April 5, I’ll address ‘centering in the Heart’ from the perspective of angles of convergence, axial tilt, and the Earth’s polar magnetic shifts in relation to our own internal axis, magnetic fields, balance of the elements, and how to remain steady through the flux.

If you are journeying consciously with the Shift, you’ve probably already noticed the intensifying effect when your focus into an energy, situation or imbalance – in relationships, work places, families etc – isn’t centered from your inner heart, and other moments of crystal clarity and breakthrough ‘aha’s’ when your focus is right in your Core, aligned with Source. The feeling of the difference between inner heart-directed focus and mental-emotional push/pulls of the personality is becoming ever clearer, individually and collectively. For unity and peace within, keep affirming (firming) your centre – your central axis – your own torus, within the currents of the Shift, the macro ‘angle’ of the 3D axis and the 5D axis that are converging on a planetary scale, and in us.

As you look through the images below, feel the Star you are, and affirm your Heart Star centre. The first picture shows a pulsar (pulsating radio star), defined as ‘a highly magnetized rotating neutron star that emits a beam of electromagnetic radiation. This radiation can only be observed when the beam of emission is pointing toward the Earth, much the way a lighthouse can only be seen when the light is pointed in the direction of an observer, and is responsible for the pulsed appearance of the emission.’ (Wikipedia)

We’ll return to the lighthouse analogy in relation to ‘seeing’ our galactic family and their ships, but first let’s look at the angles of a pulsar’s two axes. The white loops circling the star represent its magnetic field, its torus, which everything from an atom to a galaxy has, including us. The vertical green line represents the star’s axis of rotation, and the blue beams represent the axis of its light beam. The difference between those two axes is akin to the difference between geographic north/south and the magnetic north/south axis of the Earth – as the poles are shifting, with the magnetnic north pole moving now toward north-east Siberia.

The pulsar shows us the axis of rotation, and the axis of light, which is aligned through the centre of the star’s torus, the ‘core flow’ of light through its field. Similarly, the Earth’s geographic polar axis and its magnetic axis aren’t only not aligned as one, they are slipping further apart (though not at this time necessarily leading to a full pole reversal). So currently, the ‘old poles’ are no longer aligned with the central axis of the planet’s torus field. Below is a map of what is happening to the Earth’s magnetics during a pole shift. In a reversal, the magnetic axis fragments completely before the ‘flip’.

This scatter of magnetic threads mirrors the energetic lines of the old 3D template as we have known it, shifting and reforming, before a reorientation which, because of the faster light frequencies that have been steadily flowing into Gaia’s new heart grid, is a key stage of the planet’s dimensional Shift. Now feel the flows of these two axes through your own heart centre/ heart star and torus field. If you’re shifting with the ascension energies, the light will keep flowing straight through your core and its radiating torus.

Ego-mind will keep focusing back to the ‘old north-south’ axis, because that’s the reality it believes in. When your being is focused to old north-south (the old 3D template), confluence with the Light axis is lost or dimmed, until your awareness returns (retunes) to your heart centre, and focuses from there again, which realigns you to the higher flows. Well-being, harmony, peace, love. Using the symbolism of the pulsar, and our Earth’s shifting magnetic axis, feel how ‘walking in both words’ in balance, viewing and acting as a multi-dimensional being in a three dimensional strata, means BEing in your centre, relaxing there, and allowing the higher frequencies to flow through your heart and radiate outward. It means SEEing through those frequencies of unity with love, touching the ‘old north-south’ as needed, with a light touch, rather than clinging on to constructs that serve the 3D view. This includes linear/planar concepts such as timelines, whether ‘positive’ or ‘negative’ (which is inherently dualistic).

The heart-knowing is holographic, not linear, and converges energies from ‘beyond the box’, into the zero point, and radiates them through the box, until it dissolves. See this post for a short overview of dimensions 1-6 and how we ‘see’ through them.

Astrology, as it has been understood in 3D, delineates the ego personality through positive and negative energy attributes of planets and stars, and ties them to angles/aspects and transits between those planetary and stellar consciousnesses as they are interpreted through duality, an analysis that is relevant and precise in charting the personality and its movement through time. Astrology projects personal/collective ‘progressions’ forward through time, through the lens of those characteristics. Without going too deeply into this construct right now, can you feel how anchoring into a higher frequency state requires holographic rather than linear envisioning? It’s the difference between thinking, or viewing from, ‘inside the 3D box’ (geocentric/egocentric/spiritual egocentric) and viewing through the box, from the unifying/unified SEEing of 5D+, through the transparent, open ‘hypercube’ of 4D into 3D – because unconditional love sees/feels from all ‘sides’ simultaneously – meaning ‘sides’ dissolve into Oneness viewing. This is how higher dimensional beings ‘see’…and we are here anchoring that seeing in ourselves and on Earth again. From the Heart and its universal omni-view.

As you travel with the Earth’s magnetic flux through this stage, what is your awareness involved with, at any given moment? Are you trying to sort out lines from the ever-moving skein? Attempting to control the flux, or at least your part in it (and if so, what emotional or mental states focus you into it)? Are you centered, anchored in your core, viewing and feeling all from that point of pure Essence, touching lightly on the lines without gripping onto them for ‘survival’? Are you feeling the grace of ‘being in the world, with love rather than of the world’? When your centre is open, allowing the flow of Love, you are a world, a star, in balance.

If you find it hard to love and forgive yourself or others, or to trust the goodness of Source, if your mind and emotions feel confused, lost in the whirl of the flux, blurring deep, high light with lesser lights, masquerade from revelation, then wrap yourself in the purple light of mercy, of compassion.

From my Higher Self: “Breathe the purple into your heart, let its benevolence-light fill your field. Allow Mother’s white Ascension light to pillar through your centre. Let it be both anchor and compass. Feel it encompass your BEing, with joy. Be One with her and bring through your rebirth. One comes to the Father through the Son. One comes to the Son through the Mother. All is in Oneness, tri-angle of the Heart. The Archer holds the Bow; through it flies the Arrow. Do not let your heart be afraid of the arrow of Love, cradled through the Mother’s bow. It is the Flowering and Fruiting of Life.

From the wisdom and beauty of the higher frequencies of the planets and stars, beyond ‘character traits’, a being simply Loves itself and All. The picture below, of Uranus in its golden rings, shows into 3D view, its torus wrapped in golden light. In higher frequencies, gold preserves its field, it tone, just as we know how to maintain and self-love the integrity of our light-fields, the containers of higher frequencies we are becoming, wrapped in our own Golden Apple. As in the macro, so in the micro….

Let’s return now to these words about pulsar stars, and visibility of their axis’ light-beam: “This radiation can only be observed when the beam of emission is pointing toward the Earth, much the way a lighthouse can only be seen when the light is pointed in the direction of an observer, and is responsible for the pulsed appearance of the emission.”

Feel this in relation to visibility of galactic ships sitting in the higher frequencies of the UV bands. When our focus meets their focus, in Love, there is a connection made, in the middle, and they become visible to us….because our SEEing from our centre, inner heart, is aligned to their beam. Actually, they are ‘beaming’ continuously. It is our focus that allows us to see the beam, and heart blockages or mental distractions/interference to our focus that renders their beam invisible. I have seen ships suddenly appear to ‘pulse’ with light, and have read of this from other witness accounts. Yes, the ships may be ‘powering up’ at those moments, but feel how that brilliance of light is seen by us when our intent, our joy, our love, is most focused toward them. Like the rays of a pulsar, we see the ‘flash’ of the lighthouse. But of course, the lighthouse, in this case, is always alight. Love = L-UV. ❤ I’ll end this post with some photos I took of the almost-full Moon, with some friends in Orb form, on March 5, 2015.

Lights in the Sky Part 4: Fire and Rain

Dear friends,

We’ve had a fortnight of extreme weather here in south-western Australia, which I’ll speak of now in relation to connecting with our galactic family, and inviting them to act. As I experienced it, these weeks exactly symbolized energies that have been laid in throughout 2014 – culminating at the close of this Chinese Year of the Horse and opening the Year of the Sheep/Goat.

I’ll recap briefly here the energy that built through the last year, and the stage of the Shift we’re in now, which asks and offers deeper centering, peace and heart-connection to all anchoring Love within themselves. A couple of years ago I had a dream, in which a crowd of people in a field looked up at the sky, and Sananda (in his Jesus form) stood in the air between the two words ‘Alpha’ and ‘Tau’, written either side of him (the Hebrew alphabet began with Alpha and ended with Tau; three extra letters were added to the Greek alphabet, ending with Omega). This was followed by dreams of a planet of Tau Ceti, in the Whale (Cetus) constellation. and I was guided to focus on Alpha Ceti also, and the red/orange star moving between them – Mira ‘the Wonderful’ (Omicron Ceti), which forms a beautiful ‘bow’ of light and a 13 light-year blue-white tail.

13 is the Feminine/Mother energy of Source, the wrap of the petals of the Flower of Life. The Seed of Life, the Masculine energy, came through with the blue-white comet ISON and the higher dimensional biosphere (egg) from Cygnus, the Swan constellation, ‘wrapping’ it.

The next stage, the flowering, has stepped through several stages to lever the gate open into 2015, taking the cycle of Ascension seed>flower>fruit up another vibrational notch. From Mira’s bow, grounding of the new life force energies begins to flower.

Feel this in your heart; between the Alpha and the Tau, beginning and end, the divine child/rebirthing energy/resurrection shoots through the Mother’s Bow. Cellular ‘grails’, receptive DNA strands, soak up the new energy, elixir of Life. Gaia is anchoring the same energy, which has been pressed through, slipped under the magnetic/chemical/astral fence, by our friends of another binary star system, the Alpha Centaurians ~ Alpha and Beta Centauri flowing the balance of blue-white/feminine and red ‘bull’ energies, as spoken of in previous posts (Alpha Centauri was seen/felt as a Bull in the ancient middle east, then as Centaurus ~ Cen-Taurus ~ meaning ‘new bull’).

Je’errne’on, my Alpha Centaurian contact, sends a message of thanks to all on Earth who have persevered, pillaring and anchoring the Light into the heart grid ~ which allows star family to take deeper steps in. Aldebaran (alpha star of Taurus) and Capella, were once the twin pole stars of Earth, thousands of years ago, before the planet’s axis shifted toward Polaris…and have a similar vibrational relationship to Alpha & Beta Centauri.

Feel this function of the Alpha Centaurians’ light spheres, being anchored in/around the Earth, and ushering in the light of Aldebaran now ~ as a ‘guest layer’ securing and holding the 5D unity grid until it is firmly in place here, simulating, activating, enacting and equalizing the higher frequencies as a proto-template with Gaia, while humanity adjusts UP enough collectively to maintain it autonomously. And feel how the Bull brings through the Divine Feminine, crowned in her ‘crescent’ horns.

Returning to the start of this post, and the weather, the incoming Light puts pressure on resistant old energies ~ individually, collectively and planetary. Here, the ‘friction’ has ignited intense fires ~ the biggest bushfires ever recorded in Western Australia’s southwest (with much courage from firefighters and evacuated communities). Smoke is heavy in the air as I write, and I’m asking Gaia, the sylphs and undines for another cleanse, after rain came last week. The first ‘friction firing’ started on January 10th at Bullsbrook (note the name) north of Perth. As it happened, it was my son’s birthday, and we went to a restaurant on the 33rd floor of a building in the city, from which we had an incredibly clear view of the fire. From our arrival there, I felt the Shem Arua close by over the city, and sent a request to Ashura (its captain at the time, in his 5D form Arnap) and crew to help with the fire as much as possible.

I took this series of photos of the fire a few minutes later, with the Shem Arua above the ignition point of the blaze, at Bullsbrook. You can see the ship in 3D, uncloaked as a bright silver-white disc, and a white pillar of light grounding into the dense part of the fire.

I had seen the Shem Arua once before, while driving down from the hills where I live toward Perth. It decloaked right to left, revealing the same silver-white disc shape as in these photos, then recloaking left to right (which simply means, bending the ultraviolet wave-forms around the ship).

In the last photo, the ship was ‘recloaking’ (ie; modulating the frequencies of its light-field), with half the disc still exposed. It was visible for several minutes (for anyone wondering, this wasn’t a dust speck or light flare on the window, as the restaurant was revolving, and I took these photos through three windows at different angles to the sun).

I saw the Shem Arua hovering about 300-400ft above Perth in early December, 2014, while driving down from the hills east of the city. The ship decloaked and recloaked exactly as seen in this photo taken Jan. 10, 2015.

The Bullsbrook fire was contained, but during 5 days of massive thunderstorms, many fires ignited from lightning strikes. At one stage, while standing outside I watched lightning flash every 1-2 seconds for half an hour, before witnessing a mighty ‘light pillar download’ followed by drenching rain that kept the eastern hills area safe. In the photo below, you may be able to discern the form of a ship, above and slightly to the left of the ‘download’, as a winged disc shape, or crescent with a central ring – an Arcturian form – just underneath a giant V in the clouds.

By the next day, a town south of Perth had been declared indefensible from the fires and its people evacuated. The fire department stated it could burn all summer, then that night unforecast heavy rain fell, miraculously, and fire squads were able to contain the blaze. I know many souls would have been praying for rain, rain-dancing, calling on Gaia and the elementals, to bring about this downpour. Thanks go to all your hearts, and to all reading this, please work with Gaia in your hearts, and know you can call on the elemental beings and our star families too – invite them to act. Whether or not you can see their ships or light-forms, or have conscious contact with them or not, they are well aware of us, and feel all thoughts put forth for the highest good, for Love. Above all, they are very glad to help!

Currently, I see many ‘horseshoe’ ships around the Shem Arua, like petals around a sun, in a beautiful union of leonine and angelic, human and ascended carian-human souls of the ‘New Bull’ constellation, for a common mission, steering in love. Ashura’s 5D name ‘Arnap’ translates as ‘One who steers (through) the Bow‘. ‘Steer’ has a double meaning, both guidance, and as another word for ‘bull’. Feel the steering in of the Cetian, Centaurian and Taurean star family flows.

If you’re finding the incoming flow over-intense, shaking your centre or ‘firing you up’ (anger/friction/headaches/dizziness/restlessness/emotional imbalance etc) we recommend visualizing an ‘individual size’ light sphere, Alpha Centaurian style, with red/grounding light in the base and white ascension light in the upper half. Put this around you, breathe deeply into your Heart, let a pink star radiate from your heart and infuse your light sphere, until the red base light turns a rose colour, in peaceful union with Gaia’s Rose Heart balancing the chi/red life force and folding in the white light of Ascension. This is you. A perfect container and conduit of grounded, anchored high frequency Light, each cell in your body a grail cup, each ion a well of golden merkaba spinning light of Love. Breathe. Relax. BE it.

Alpha Centauri: the Pink Star

Today’s post introduces star family of the Alpha Centauri system (part of the constellation Centaurus, including the stars Alpha Centauri, Beta Centauri, and Proxima Centauri). At only 4.2 light years away, the dimmest of the three, Proxima Centauri is the closest star – after our Sun – to Earth, followed by Alpha Centauri at 4.3 light years, fourth brightest star in the nightsky, which forms a binary system with Beta Centauri.

Alpha and Beta Centauri, also known as ‘the Pointers’, are visible all year round from the Southern Hemisphere, and the constellation they point to, Crux (the Southern Cross) appears on the Australian flag. Alpha Centauri has also been called Rigel Kentaurus (the foot of the Centaur, being the right-hand hoof) and Toliman, from Arabic for ‘the ostriches’.

The galactic memory signified by Toliman ‘ostriches’ becomes clearer in the light of Australian Aboriginal dreamtime myths of two brave brothers, Alpha and Beta Centauri, who fought an emu or ‘shadow bird’ that flew through the Coalsack Nebula, a dark area between these two stars and the Southern Cross. Now, the ostrich and the emu are the large flightless birds of the African and Australian continents, and it is no coincidence that two ancient cultures thousands of miles apart saw the same form (ie: felt the same energy) from the star Alpha Centauri. There’s a connection going further back, to the prehistoric Moa bird of New Zealand and the continent of Mu/Lemuria, which we’ll go into in another post.

The star Beta Centauri was also named Hadar, ‘ground’, and Wazn, ‘weight’. The grounded weight of a flightless bird? The Aborigines saw the emu stretching across that whole galactic sector, with its head over the Coalsack Nebula, Alpha and Beta Centauri in its neck (swallowed) and Antares (Scorpio) on its back.

The Alpha Centaurians have shown me memories of bird/raptor beings who entered their system, through the Coalsack (raptor meaning both birdlike and reptilian, as in the small, fast velociraptor species of dinosaurs), established territories, in some cases aggressively (there were/are also benevolent, loving Carian/bird beings of higher Light, Horus-like beings) and ‘hybridized’ human populations already existing there. I feel the emu stretched over the area represented the extent of the reptilian/raptor reach through this part of the Milky Way. The Alpha C system later went through an Ascension (human/reptilian/carian hybrid peoples) and their ships within the Intergalactic Confederation are currently rounding up a few ‘wild horses’…and undertaking another mission here on Earth which I’ll speak of below.

First I’ll take you through my contact with them, which began last September. Prior to conscious contact with any galactics (2012) or ship sightings (2011), came a vivid dream, in 2010, of the nightsky filled with thousands upon thousands of ships, big round discs with horseshoe-shaped rings of lights around their undersides. The dream was a picture of the beginning of a global cataclysm on a ‘timeline’ that our star family averted, in accordance with a decision by the galactic councils. The significant thing about that dream for Now, is that the ships heralded the energetic peak of the Shift/rebirth of Light on Earth.

On September 1, 2014, I dreamed of a horseshoe ship again, and the horseshoe – foot of the horse/centaur – clued me in to its origin. I woke from that dream with a vision of spheres of light floating around the Earth, above the ground, then some of them settling to the earth, actually going into it, half the sphere above ground and half below. The upper half was filled with white light and the bottom half with red light. These spheres of higher frequency light, were being lowered and anchored to the earth, as stabilizing, unbreachable ‘bubbles’ of 5D+ energies. Two days after this dream-vision, a crop circle was reported in the Netherlands (predicted by Robbert van den Broeke on Aug 31, you can read about it here), a horseshoe shape in a maize field. I see/feel this as a signal of the start of grounding the spheres – a decision taken in order to get these higher light spheres below the level of chemtrail spraying so the higher frequencies radiating from them can be absorbed.

Communication began with souls on board a small Alpha Centaurian ship, which I was able to photograph on October 14, 2014. In the close-up, you may be able to see the face of the ship’s captain ‘projected’ within the horseshoe ring of seven lights (which by the way, is the number of nails that commonly hold a shoe on a horse’s hoof; there’s a long tradition in many cultures of both the horseshoe and the number 7 bringing ‘good luck’, associated with Divinity and Life).

This week, their presence has been clear again; they show more spheres anchored with the Earth, in places where energies are opened to the higher frequencies, ley line hubs as well as smaller channels/conduit points, now with a merging of the middle of the spheres into pink light. The spheres generate a Merkaba-type energy, where the white light upper half and red light lower half counter rotate like the masculine and feminine tetrahedra of a Merkaba. The spheres are in fact spinning/counter-spinning so fast they appear to be motionless, but their frequencies flow beyond lightspeed, and radiate higher light-waves. Through the spinning/funneling double helix energies, the crescent (or horseshoe) shield of the Mother holding the Father, births the new Child, completing the ‘seeding’ of the higher dimensional biosphere aspect of Comet ISON, as the Christ energy takes root and sprouts within spheres of high light to support it…and indeed within our own ‘tiny spheres’, our body cells. All is connected, and as we choose to light our own beings with Love, higher frequencies are also birthing in and through us.

Manilius wrote in his Astronomica (1 AD) of the Centaur constellation: ‘His is indeed a calling of skill, not to wait for the cries of pain, but recognize betimes a sick body not yet conscious of its sickness.’

Feel this statement in relation to our Earth now, and the pre-emptive role of the Alpha C’s spheres; impermeable to low frequencies, and in physical, to the more intense UVB and other rays penetrating the weakened magnetosphere/depleted ozone around the Earth. Although their current work is in anchoring and cultivating high frequency ‘pockets’, they are also movable, should this be needed, and as ‘thousands upon thousands’ of them are established, there is less room for lower densities to ‘hold their grip’. Feel the horseshoe energy as the crescent of the Mother’s Bow, being drawn back deeply just before the release of the Arrow. If you’re feeling marked tension/compression sensations, this is the stage we are in right now.

The way to ride it is in constant heart centering, choosing peace, over all other reactions. Be flexible, calm and fluid. If you need to shift your angle, trust yourself and Source, and shift it! This is what our higher dimensional family do – adapt, adjust, and maximize each opportunity, every window, that opens, to propel the Shift, from a heart-space of wisdom and peace. Some on Earth are already doing/being this, and big thanks go to all who are opening and holding channels, conduits, gates to bring in the love.

Yesterday, Ashura (my Twin Flame, formerly captaining the Shem Arua, now the Meri’Ashar) gave this photo of his face in the clouds. Look for a ‘pink butterfly’, which is in front of his mouth and chin. Above it are his nose and eyes, hair frames his face, and there are what look like horns on his head, above his forehead (related to Cerne/Cernunnos energies, the Celtic ‘horned king’ of the forest, see this post). The ‘horns’ also make perfect horseshoe shapes, or indeed a number 3, Trinity energy. The ancient Egyptians and Assyrians regarded the horseshoe form as the ‘Door of Life’, and Chinese astrologers knew Alpha and Beta Centauri as ‘Nan Men’: the South Gate.

Venus appeared between clouds as Ashura gave a visualization of a Pink Star – to hold in the heart and radiate out, through the heart grid, the matrix, to all beings, all Life. Thank you beloved. The meeting of Moon with the planets Venus and Mars, white and red, in the western sky from Jan. 21-23, combines vibrations to the pink of divine Love…and shifts the angle.

Two nights ago, this ‘ray’ formed by a very fast-moving orb angled in from the west, to an ‘anchor’ orb sitting just above the sacred circle (a small open channel to and from the 5D heart of Gaia).

Everything reflects, dear friends, from the micro level of DNA helix to the shining gateways of the stars. The South Gate of the Centauri stars, pointing to the Southern Cross, is mirrored in the northern hemisphere by the Northern Cross, the constellation of Cygnus, the Swan – and as Ashura appeared last night in the clouds to the north, this beautiful Rose Swan flew across the south.

As the swan flies deeper through the gates, and we anchor another infusion of Christ Child light that came through on 12:12 of 2014, relax, unwind, and feel the convergence of Love ever more deeply in your being. Share it gently, kindly, unconditionally, with All. Like a butterfly, let’s transform fully into the Joy that is the birthright and birth-rite of our Heart.

Solstice to Christmas 2014: Rising in Grace

Dear friends,

Did you experience the ‘still softness’ of this December’s Solstice day, a pause in the general intensity?

As higher dimensions press into the 3D ‘reality’, becoming more visible and tangible, the energies seeking to maintain duality mode have applied more pressure to keep the veil of separation in place. The results are obvious around the planet, in the extreme acts of souls not centered enough in their hearts to balance through these energies. Peace may feel a million miles from such acts…..yet peace is with(in) us more deeply than ever, radiating from the higher frequency realms through Gaia’s heart grid, into every heart that opens to connect with them, with all Life.

You may have noticed the word ‘grace’ appearing a lot recently. I felt a heightened flow of, literally, Divine Grace, come into and around the Earth this last two weeks, prefigured by seeing the numbers 12:12 everywhere for months beforehand. On the day of 12:12 this year, the energies of Sananda and Lady Nada (who incarnated on Earth as Jesus and Mary Magdalene) streamed around the planet as a merged Twin Flame flow. The feeling of ‘Grace’, the gift of their united Flame, is so strong, yet pure and soft as this Solstice window through to Christmas – which is now a gift of collective pause, to breathe and assimilate deeply, taking in new levels of light, becoming a ‘golden rose’. For two days after the 12:12, I sat with Sananda and Lady N in my inner heart, feeling and remembering ‘Grace’. On Dec. 14, their merged energy imprinted in clouds over the garden:

For those in the process of clearing old stuff, this influx of Grace shook loose buried fear kernels. Reflection is so direct and instant now. I’ll share a little about the form this took for me, as it may assist some of you who have recently asked about contacting our star brothers and sisters, and why is it ‘not happening’.

For me, the ‘shaking loose’ began with toothache, while attending an award in which I had a poem titled Flying is Easy. The judge’s report ended with, “This work…is as original and heroic as Icarus in its reach.” Her comment signalled ‘something going on’, as I’d also had a story published in a collection called Daughters of Icarus. (If you’re not familiar with the ancient Greek myth, Icarus fashioned wings for himself and flew high into the sky, but as he neared the Sun, the wax holding his wings together melted and he crashed fatally back to Earth.)

After leaving the writers’ centre, while driving from the hills down toward Perth, the starship Shem Arua decloaked into 3D, in a cloudless sky right over the city, about 300 ft above it. It was wonderful to see the ship for a few seconds, as a disc of luminous silver-white, decloaking fluidly right to left, then cloaking again left to right. My heart was full of love and warmth….yet there was also a niggling unease, overprotectiveness even, for star family (and I now know, for my Twin Flame, Ashura, who was captaining the ship at the time) – with visions of the fleet doing a mass decloaking and being shot down. Later that night I woke from a dream of Maldek (a planet between Mars and Jupiter that was destroyed long ago). I knew I’d been on a ship stationed close to Maldek at the time, and thought I had already thoroughly cleared the fear and loss of faith stored in the ‘memory bank’ from that time. That ship exploded along with many other ships, and the planet itself. I had recalled these events, healed and released them….but with a tooth now cracked to the root, I was impelled to feel in deeper and fully release a longer trail behind Maldek, of destructions and challenging ascensions, going back to Lyra and beyond.

It doesn’t have to be complicated to release stored fear-attached energies of galactic memories (or any memories). Acknowledge what is being shaken from the roots, with peace and faith in your heart, complete trust in Source and self, and cleanse out what no longer serves you. Peace. Faith. Trust. The energies we lost along the way in the polarity experience – the same energies that when deeply held in our being, erase the hidden attachments that keep us from deeply holding peace, faith and trust.

For me, this clearing was twofold. Firstly, with strong inner heart focus, merged with Higher Self: “I hereby bless and release all energies of fear, loss of faith, unsafety and annihilation, encompassing all planetary, star systems and galactic memories, in this Now and forever. I allow my whole BEing to fill with Source’s infinite love, in full trust and freedom, as the creator being I Am. And so it is.”

Concurrently, a fine-tuning practice for a chakra of the new template, the Well of Dreams chakra, came through to complete the cleansing at a deep chakra/ionic level (electromagnetic ions are like the ‘cells’ of our subtle bodies, and store energy imprints. When they store only Light, the physical cells open like flowers to that higher frequency). I’ve mentioned the Well of Dreams before, as a small chakra located at the brainstem/hindbrain – the old reptile brain, which energetically connects to the three lower chakras, and communicates the ‘old template survival/ego program’ to them. Opening and stabilizing the frequency of this chakra, in conjunction with opening and stabilizing your Heart centre, gets the message of the ‘new template’ of pure love, harmony and oneness flowing to the lower chakras – which makes it much easier to release old structures, beliefs and memories based in duality/linear thinking, and overwrite them with higher Love.

I’ve been using a visualization of a pink rose in the Well of Dreams, to help it stay tuned to divine Love. To assist in full clearing, the Peony Rose has also now come forward.

Peony is used in flower therapy to ‘dispel nightmares’….exactly what the activation of the Well of Dreams chakra over the hindbrain does: dispelling the old nightmare ‘reality’, to become a creative Well of Sweet Dreams, ultimately a well of Golden Light. As Sananda says: ‘Make of your being a reservoir of golden light.’ This moment cradled between Solstice and Christ Mass, feels perfect to open and high-tune the Well of Dreams, and if you have any clinging fears or old habits that are no longer serving you, but you find hard to let go, Peony Rose is a gift for this process.

For those who ask about connecting with star family; in relation to the galactic memory clearing above, if you’re a soul who has been through galactic wars, and those memory prints are embedded in your subconscious, your ions, clearing them through pure love, faith and trust in Source, realigning your ‘fidelity’ to Source, is a big step in clearing the way for contact with higher dimensional beings. Where there is distrust/fear, be honest with yourself (unacknowledged fears are often the ones that get in the way most), love yourself, reaffirm your faith in Source, in the divine plan of Love. Buried fears lead to blocked, unclear or interfered-with connections, and unsteady discernment. Before working with new higher chakras like the Well of Dreams, I recommend the Heart-centering practices here, and suggest you look through the Practices page for fine-tuning chakra exercises.
