The practices on this page are shared to assist with anchoring a consistent, peaceful heart vibration and alignment with the higher dimensional Earth, attuned to as the planetary expression of Gaia Soul. The Galactic New Earth we’re transitioning into is based in sharing, cooperation, universal love and compassion, a remembrance of Inner Divinity that begins in each of us. We each hold a unique viewing point as an emanation of Source essence, and what is termed the ‘ascension’ or ‘shift’ from third dimensional to conscious multi-dimensional realization on a planet radiating from a blossoming fifth dimensional vibration unfolds from centering ourselves in Unconditional Love ~ love beyond possession, limitations, dramas, separation, and stretched polarities of light/dark.

Third dimension is a frequency band of expression through contrast, experienced through the vehicle of an ego-self or Personal I projected into this density as a ‘local focus-point’, for creative/creational expression through a sense of individuated identity (which on this planet, as on some others, became veiled from universal awareness, soul knowing, and higher dimensional consciousness while expressing in this plane).

Fifth dimension (where the planetary consciousness Gaia has already established the New Earth) is a frequency band of experiencing and creating in harmony through union and unity-with-all-that-is, through clear loving focus of soul essence into a crystalline-based light-form (which is still a physical-seeming expression), the Light of Spirit energy, pure Love co-creating with love, for love, where energies spread in infinite array.

Fourth dimension, the ‘Now’ moment, zero point of the heart centre, is the meeting place of 3-5D. In truth, we exist within many dimensions simultaneously beyond the time-space platform of 3-4D, co-creating through a variety of soul expressions. 5D provides an incredibly beautiful access frequency either ‘up’ or ‘down’ (ie; faster or slower-moving frequency fields of expression) while still holding a physicalized lightform. Beyond 5D, higher dimensional beings/consciousnesses can and do fluidly shape and emanate representations of their exquisite Essence in the form of orbs, angels, diverse light-forms and collectively, in lightships.

The clearer, more open and peaceful our hearts, the more closely we’re able to remember and consciously flow and create from our Inner Divinity (Higher Self/Source Self), multi-dimensional soul expressions, and associated higher vibrational soul families, soul groups and love-based interplanetary and intergalactic communities. A stabilized alignment in that openness opens the way for boundless joy and re-union, deeper inner knowing and sensing of all energies ‘in the mix’ of 3-4D (3D physicalized expression and the denser astral-etheric-plasmatic aspects of 4D as well as its lighter flows).

Merkaba Practice

Sit yourself comfortably and focus into your heart chakra with some relaxed breaths. Connect yourself with Source and Gaia by envisioning yourself within a pillar of white light from Galactic Central Sun/Source Centre beaming down through your body and anchoring to the crystalline core of Gaia, so that you’re well anchored to the Earth. Take three slow, deep breaths, and on each breath gently invite the presence of your Higher Self to fill your heart and being. This will get your Merkaba (lightbody of two intersecting tetrahedra) spinning. The down-pointing (feminine) tetrahedron spins from right to left (counter-clockwise) and the up-pointing (masculine) tetrahedron spins left to right (clockwise), with the two crossing over and merging in the middle. (*This is if you are in a female body; for a male the spins will be clockwise for the down-pointing tetrahedron and counter-clockwise for the up-pointing one). Set the intention for your Merkaba to spin at the highest available frequencies of Love and Light. Keeping your Merkaba in this high spin naturally keeps your energy field clear of dense or distorting influences.

PS: Grounding is important, so you don’t ‘spin off’. You can ‘travel’ in your Merkaba (it’s your personal light-vehicle) but for the purposes of this practice, if you find yourself feeling ‘floaty’, before starting next time, imagine a big tree behind you, with your back resting against it, and you’re attuning to the energy running through the tree, down through its roots, into the earth, and feel yourself as one with the rooted stability of the tree. They are expert grounders!

Seven Sacred Flames

This beautiful Agarthan practice of visualizing and focusing with the Sacred Flames which align vibrationally with the days of the week helps us establish a ‘daily rhythm’ for staying centred and steady while opening and shifting with the New Earth energies (with the addition of a meditation for the Silver Flame of Transcendence).

Here is the full sequence of the Seven Sacred Flames as guided by Adama with Sananda & Lady Nada. Although they can be visualized and connected with at any time, each of these Seven Flames relates vibrationally to a day of the week. Several variations have been put forward, firstly through Aurelia Jones, from Adama (High Priest of Telos, the Agarthan 5D crystalline light city within Mount Shasta in North America). We’re focusing here with this sequence; the Yellow Flame of Sunday, Blue Flame of Monday, Pink Flame of Tuesday, Green Flame of Wednesday, Golden Flame of Thursday, White Flame of Friday and Violet Flame of Saturday, with a slight shift of meditating with the entire purple ray for Saturday, the Purple Flame (which includes Violet, Magenta, Lilac, Purple and Deep Purple).

Meditating with these Flames on a daily basis is wonderful for purifying and settling one’s whole energy field. It (re)establishes the natural rhythm in our being, synchronized with the vibrational inner rhythm of the already-present Galactic New Earth, which the Agarthan people of the 5D Inner Earth are completely attuned to and assisting. We begin with the sequence of Yellow, Blue and Pink on the first three days of the week, aligning the three flames of the Threefold Flame of the Heart.

With this weekly sequence, the Flames of the first three days continuously ‘trinitize’ your vibration as you come into each week, in the energies of the Divine Child (yellow), Divine Father (blue) and Divine Mother (pink) aspects of Source, wholly unified, merging, interweaving creatively, in natural equilibrium. Midweek, the Green Flame activates the emerald heart healing light, followed by the Golden and White Flames of Resurrection and Ascension, and completing the cycle in the Purple Flame, which clears, frees and transforms through compassion, benevolence, devotion and dedication.

As individuals and as a group, we can regularly hold and focus each of the Sacred Flames through our hearts and beings, radiating out to/through the planet and all life here, connecting with Gaia’s crystalline heart grid and all the high light grids around the Earth, supporting alignment of the 3-4D earth planes with the already-Ascended Earth, and enhancing our connection (and the collective connection) with the Agarthan 5D people of the Inner Earth realms…who live in peace, harmony and unity, and are constantly radiating and directing unity consciousness through the light grids to their ‘brothers and sisters dwelling on the surface’.

Feel your whole being bathed in the vibration of the Purple Flame ~ completely open to the blessings of compassion, kindness, generosity, mercy, benevolence and the freedom these vibrations bring, bathing in the full, grace-filled spectrum of the Purple Flame: the Violet of clearing and transformation into Love; the Magenta of emotional freedom, releasing attachment to wants, drives and dramas that limit your connection to Divine Well-Being; the Lilac of deep serenity that opens receptivity to universal love; the Purple of unconditional kindness and compassion for yourself and all beings; the Deep Purple of surrender to Source, devotion, dedication, and Divinely aligned creative passion.

This completes the sequence of the Seven Sacred Flames aligned with the days of the week. Each of these Flames can also be focused into and visualized at any moment you feel they will be of assistance ~ whether to you or the collective energetic field. Focusing with the Flames as a regular daily practice strengthens our connection to each of their vibrational qualities, and they can then be easily connected to at any time. We hope you will continue to enjoy the beauty, peace and joy of working with these Seven Sacred Flames ~ we are truly all imperishable flames, sacred sparks of Source, and are all One.

Here is an additional meditation with the Silver Flame, as companion and enhancement to the Seven Flames. It can be used on its own or in conjunction with any Flame to clear and love freely, open in every moment to the blessings of Divine Grace.

Fine-Tuning Practices

Practice 1: Breath of Transcendence

This very simple ‘breathing with intention’ can have a profoundly centering, calming and blissful effect on our way of ‘being in the world’, especially when included as a regular practice. It can be particularly helpful to gently flow into this breathing soon after waking in the morning, or before going to sleep, but can be wonderful even for a few minutes in the middle of a busy day….to step back for a moment, and breathe into the most fundamental core knowing that we are here, first and foremost, to Be Love on Earth.

Sit, lay down or rest comfortably, and slow your breathing, taking deep inbreaths down into your belly, and gently breathing out, as you bring your focus into your Heart Centre. Let yourself rest in the peaceful wonder of being embodied now as a human being on Earth, in oneness with Gaia, as a sparkle of pure light in the ever-flowing creational unfolding of Life.

As you breathe in, let this intention fill you, and radiate from you, as the voice of Love that is always within and always everywhere around us all: Breathing in Divine Light, letting my whole being and energy field fill with Divine Light.

And as you breathe out, let this intention flow with your breath: Breathing out Divine Light to all humanity, all life on Earth and everywhere.

And as you breathe in, and out: We are Divine Light, radiating Divine Light to all Life everywhere.

Flowing naturally with your in-breaths and out-breaths: Breathing in Divine Love, letting my whole being and energy field fill with Divine Love. Breathing out Divine Love to all humanity, all life on Earth and everywhere. We are Divine Love, radiating Divine Love to all Life everywhere.

Onward, flowing naturally with your in-breaths and out-breaths: Breathing in Divine Grace, letting my whole being and energy field fill with Divine Grace. Breathing out Divine Grace to all humanity, all life on Earth and everywhere. We are Divine Grace, radiating Divine Grace to all Life everywhere.

And onward, flowing naturally with your in-breaths and out-breaths: Breathing in Divine Joy, letting my whole being and energy field fill with Divine Joy. Breathing out Divine Joy to all humanity, all life on Earth and everywhere. We are Divine Joy, radiating Divine Joy to all Life everywhere.

Notice what happens in the shift from ‘personal breathing’ to ‘breathing with the whole’, from ‘I’ to ‘we’, as your breath flows with these intentions, as we gently merge and shift personal focus in oneness with that of the Loving Many within the Infinite Divine Field, which is our true natural state of being and connectedness. 🥰 If you feel to continue this breathing, you can repeat the above intentions as often as you like, and bring in other qualities, such as Divine Harmony, Well-Being, Compassion, Peace, Sweetness, Clarity, Blessings…the possibilities are endless.🌼

Practice 2: White Light Bodysuit Exercise

Do you feel as if your energies are running too fast and unbalancing? Or that your etheric body or other layers of your auric field are in a state of such heightened sensitivity that they feel ‘bombarded’ by collective psychic vibrations, electromagnetic frequencies, solar flares etc? The key to inner poise and ease within an energetically layered dynamic field is to focus and relax within your Heart Centre, so regularly that it becomes your natural space to BE in, which lifts and stabilizes your frequency. While grounding within harmonious inner centredness and poise, you can also ease sensations of ‘friction’ and oversensitivity to dense vibrations with this practice given by Archangel Gabriel.

This visualization/intention can also be used in any moment your subtle bodies/ especially the etheric body which is wrapped closely around your physical form, feels ‘heavy’ or depleted in any way.

 Sit comfortably and relax your body, while taking in a few deep breaths. Start with seeing yourself in the centre of a pillar of white light that runs from Source (above your head) to Gaia’s heart centre or Core (below your feet/ centre of the Earth).

Bring your focus into your Heart Centre, and ‘fold’ the white light around your body, letting it soak into every cell. Extend it a few inches around your whole form so that your etheric body is completely enclosed in white light. See your etheric body, and hold the white light around yourself until your etheric body glows luminous white, then bring in light aqua blue light (AA Gabriel is saying ‘aqua’ specifically here, which relates to the soothing fluidity of pure water). Hold this visualization for as long as comfortable, breathing deeply and slowly. ‘

Crown breathing’ will facilitate this exercise (imagining breath coming through the top of your head into your body, like a dolphin or whale).

Aqua light merges the white light into the ‘body energy pattern’ held in the etheric body, and aligns it to the higher vibrational energies, helping the etheric body gracefully adjust its vibrational ‘grid’ or ‘lacework’ to incorporate the rising frequencies. This in turn facilitates the denser physical body’s DNA/RNA with uptaking the 12-strand Light stream, as smoothly as possible.

Practice 3: INception exercise

INception refers to the process of allowing the INflow of Source’s higher dimensional frequencies of the Divine Child into our vibrationally open, receptive cellular structures, DNA and RNA through the conduit of the balanced and merged sacred masculine and feminine within you/us all. Below is a simple practice for fine-tuning and ‘keying-up’ your subtle receptivity for receiving and harmonizing at a physical and etheric level the highest light frequencies presently available.

On Christmas Eve 2013, this practice came from Rowena (a 5-6D aspect of the soul-thread I flow along as ‘Joanna’, on board the Phoenix when I first consciously experienced/remembered her/me, now on board a ship called the Lei’hua), for merging divine masculine/feminine and receiving/grounding the ‘eternal spring’ of the divine child energy.

Relax, slow your breathing, and focus into your Heart centre. Imagine crown breathing (think of how whales and dolphins breathe) white light down through your central column, into your heart and through the chakras in your body, opening your central column.

Visualize a deep pink Rose in your Heart centre. Now see blue all around it, spreading out in every direction, as if the Rose is floating on a calm sea. See/feel a beam of gold light coming down from Source through all your upper subtle chakras (if you know them), through the Soul Star, Crown and Throat and into the Rose in your Heart. Feel the golden light pool within the centre of the Rose, peaceful and revitalizing. Then send the golden light down through your lower chakras and Earth Star chakra, to the Core of Gaia. Feel this gold streaming gently through your Being, settling and anchoring, embraced in the perfect harmony, unity and balance of Mother-Father-Child as One.

Practice 4: Activation of Pituitary Chakra and Well of Dreams Chakra

This practice activates two ‘new’ (or re-available) chakras in the ascension template that have a role in dissolving the ‘gap’ projected by the ego/local self between higher and lower (faster and slower) frequency bands. Closing that illusional ‘gap’ enables our inherent nature of creating in harmony with Source, to BE the conscious co-creative beings we truly are, and allow the higher vibrational reality to flow through us, into our Now.

These two chakras, the Pituitary Chakra and the Well of Dreams Chakra, correspond to the pituitary gland and the brain stem.

Centre your attention in your Heart Chakra. Open it as a white star. Open the white star of your Soul Star Chakra, above your head, and the white star of your Earth Star Chakra, below your feet. Hold the three stars steady, and feel them align and balance with each other. Now open all your chakras from base to crown. 

With all the chakras open, visualize the Well of Dreams Chakra opening as a soft pink light in your hindbrain area. Hold the light steady, and imagine pure, warm love of Source building in the Well, flooding through it and dissolving all old, limiting programmes from your mental, emotional and cellular/DNA levels. Relax and bask in the warmth. If it resonates for you, you can hold the intention of a pink rose or peony rose blooming continuously in the chakra.

Now visualize your Pituitary Chakra as a sphere of sky blue light with a hint of aqua/green. Feel the calm clarity of this vibration pool in the chakra, then radiate outward in rings, as if you dropped a pebble into a pool. Let those rings of blue ripple through your body and auric field, easing, correcting and refining the ‘chatter’ of your mind, emotions and hormonal messages into a single unified Tone. The Tone of your Higher Self. 

Connect these two chakras to the violet light of your Pineal Chakra, and feel all shadows, veils and limitations dissolve from your inner SEEing. Become the creative powerhouse of Love that you Are!

NB: Visualizing/focusing your attention with the flower Peony Rose in/around the Well of Dreams Chakra can also be very helpful. As a flower essence, Peony Rose is used for ‘dispelling nightmares’, and assists beautifully with releasing fear programming from the hindbrain and opening it to the inflow of higher Love.

Exercise 5: Golden Butterflies Chakra Tune-up

Centre in your heart, breathe deeply and connect with love to beautiful Gaia. Send your love to the core of the Earth, and attune to the warmth of her unconditional love to your heart. Send your love through your crown to the Infinite Source, and feel that infinite, universal love filling your heart, merging with Gaia’s energy within you and spreading through your Being. See your Heart Centre as a radiant star. Now see your Earth Star chakra, below your feet, as a radiant star, and likewise the Soul Star chakra, above your head. Feel the balance between the three, and let yourself ease and relax into that blissful state of pure balance and openness.

Open your base chakra (red), sacral chakra (orange), solar plexus (yellow), sacred heart (behind the xyphoid process, peachy gold), heart (green), higher heart (midway between heart and throat, gold and purple/rose), throat (blue), third eye (violet) and crown (white). Now return to the base, and visualize each chakra turning into a golden ball of light, up to the crown. Check their balance; if any are fainter than the rest, give them more light. Return to the base again, and visualize within the ball of golden light a pure gold butterfly, its wings fluttering so fast they are just visible. Add a butterfly to each chakra. Hold this vision of butterflies in each chakra, while maintaining the radiant star of the Earth Star, Heart and Soul Star chakras. Later on, you can bring new smaller chakras into this exercise, but I would start with the central chakra column.

Here are the 9 chakras within the physical form (4 major chakras above the heart, and 4 below), with the Well of Dreams, Resurrection and Pituitary Chakras shown in the head. Together with the Soul Star above the head and the Earth Star below the feet, this makes 14 chakras (14=5, the 5D Ascension Template) or 22 ~ the 4 of Divine Love, which can be expressed vibrationally as the Double Infinity or Rose Cross ~ if you include the gateways above and below, to Source and Gaia. If you feel drawn to do so, you can work with this whole ‘vertical axis’ from Source (through the Great Central Sun) to the Heart of Gaia, as shown below.

* Before opening your chakras, always use a practice such as the Golden Apple, that gives your personal torus a Light envelope within the field of dense energies of 3D-4D, and allows you to keep your chakras open consistently while staying clear of lower energy implants etc. The Golden Apple can be found in this post.

Practice 6: Blue Topaz, White Lotus, White Diamond

Always centre in your heart first, align with Source, ground with Gaia. Take a few deep breaths, relax in calmness, feel a star of pure white light ignite in your heart chakra and spread out through your whole auric field. Hold this for at least 30 seconds. Now breathe in golden light to your heart and feel it fill and surround your entire aura/torus field.

Open all your chakras, starting from your base chakra (perineum). I like to visualize each chakra as a lotus opening its petals, in the colours of the chakras: red for the base, orange for the sacral, yellow for the navel, peach-gold for the sacred heart, green for the heart, pink for the higher  heart, blue for the throat, violet for the pineal, white for the crown. Finally, I envision a pink peony rose in the Well of Dreams chakra (brainstem) and a sky blue light ball in the Pituitary chakra. For this practice, we’re going to add in the hypothalamus area of the brain, which sits just above the pituitary gland and to the fore/slightly beneath the pineal gland.

Now we’re going to add three forms, one on top of the other, to support and uplift these three areas together. Firstly, for the pituitary chakra, envision a light blue topaz filled with a mix of blue and white light (the pituitary chakra sits at the level of your physical eyes, deep within your brain).

Right above this, now sit a white lotus, for the hypothalamus.

And for the pineal chakra, now seat a bright white diamond just above the lotus.

Let this merged blue and white light fill you and form a radiant column around you; feel the white light of purity and the blue light of truth & integrity hold you in calm, steady alignment with Source.

Practice 7: The Three Stars Practice

This visualization comes from my TwinFlame, Ashura, for strengthening and keeping crystal clear your Bow, the ‘bow of the three chakras’ in your head that form a crescent, from Pituitary Chakra (sky blue) to Pineal Chakra (violet) to Well of Dreams Chakra (light rose pink, at the brainstem/cerebellum meeting point, sends messages to the lower chakras.

Centre in your Heart Star, and expand it throughout your auric field. Breathe golden light into your heart centre, and radiate it through and around your auric field as a Golden Apple of Light. Open all your chakras from base to crown.

Now bring your focus into your Pituitary Chakra and visualize the chakra within a five-pointed Star of pure white Light.

Secondly, shift your focus into your Pineal Chakra and visualize the chakra within a seven-pointed Star of pure white Light.

Thirdly, curve the Bow, and bring your focus down to your Well of Dreams Chakra, and visualize the chakra within a nine-pointed Star of pure white Light.

Hold the three White Stars and feel the whole Bow as golden-white light, stable, secure, free in Love, connected with your Heart Star and Crown. If you wish, let the 9-point star descend from the Well of Dreams down your central column to your base chakra, then down toward the centre of the Earth. This helps lift the vibration of the lower chakras, and stabilize them above the frequency of the ‘old grid’ messages of fight or flight, fear of death etc. You may also wish to open your three main Star Chakras, the Earth Star (under your feet), Heart Star (centre of chest) and Soul Star (above your head) and also see them as three big stars of white Light.

Practice 8: Heart of Providence Practice

A visualization and sounding exercise from Ashura & I to focus the energy of Providence into the global frequency field.

Bring your focus into your heart centre, relax and breathe deeply into it, feeling the rhythm of your breath as One with the rhythm of the tide of Life. Visualize a bright white star or ball of Light in your heart centre. When it is fully bright, let it radiate out through your being, through your physical body, all its water molecules, out through your mental and emotional field, dissolving dense energies so you feel free, light and joyful.

Then let the white rays of your Heart Star, the imperishable light of Source within you, radiate out further, through the area where you live. Feel those rays flowing through everything, through the water molecules within the air, plants, animals, humans, in the earth and waterways, and spreading all through and around the Earth, connecting with the crystalline heart of Gaia and flowing through the heart grid, the higher dimensional ‘goldenprint’ of Life.

Now gently breathe golden light into your heart centre, and when you have a strong golden ball there, pulse it outward, and feel those pulses ripple around and through the whole planet.

If you wish to add sound into the golden flow of light, you can use these universal creation tones:  Hu’Aa KuWa.  Speak them or sing them as you wish, feeling the tone and pitch your voice naturally goes to, and expresses, within the Whole harmonic range. Hu’Aa KuWa….Creation Sound (Hu) We in our Wholeness (Aa) Gift (Ku) Life (Wa). Feel this Gifting to Life in relation to the offering of Life from Source (as spoken of in this post), that which provides, Providence. Hu’Aa KuWa sends the quality of providence into life, so focus it now into the water element, to interweave with the divine tones and ‘sound engineering’ of our star family, for the highest good and well-being of all life on Earth. As higher-aligned feminine and masculine energies blossom through this planetary Shift, we have a beautiful opportunity to ‘settle’ the vibration of providence within and through our own beings and around the planet, dissolving ‘the old’ and embracing the KuWa, the energy of universal, unconditional, infinite providence.

Practice 9:  Rose-Gold Transmutation

A practice from Ashura&Irana for transmuting dissonant or disruptive energies in your personal field/being, which can also be used collectively for the whole planet (by expanding it around the Earth).

Sit comfortably, relax and breathe deeply and slowly into your heart centre-point (heart chakra). Envision yourself within a pillar of light from the centre of Source to the crystal heart-core of Gaia, at the centre of the Earth. See a rose-gold ball of light in your heart centre (or an actual rose of that colour if you prefer). Feel its warmth, deeply, inside your heart. Feel the Divine Love that you are, at your core, in your innermost Flame, in your soul spark. 

Now let that warmth, love, and divinity expand softly all around you so that it fills your torus field, your aura, completely. Feel your whole BEing immersed in the rose-gold light of warm Divine Love. Keep breathing deeply, relax wholly. Then call forth any distorted, unsettled or tight energy ‘bundles’ in your energy field. They may be obvious to you – energies you’re already consciously aware of and ‘working on’, or they may be hidden from view – veiled in the subconscious. But now is the moment for all energies within your field not aligned to the highest Light, Love and Life to come forward. They may appear visually to you, large or tiny, faint grey, dark red, dense black etc, depending on the ‘hold’ and ‘charge’ of the energy. Or they may be congealed feelings connected with relationships, work, health, society, collective fears and so on. Be peaceful, be kind to yourself, release those bundles now into the rose-gold light with your blessing and love, and see them transmute and dissolve into that light. Relax and bathe in the rose-gold, feel your true inner self’s loving energy, the Universal Love that it springs from. Do this as often as you feel to, for clearing and aligning. Thank your Inner Divine, thank Infinite Source and your loving, guiding Lights.

Practice 10: The Kaiba Crystal Practice

This visualization and spoken intention/decree is for clearing implants and dense energies/entities from the physical body and energy field, and comes from the Antarian feline beings.

The original Kaiba Crystal is one of the Lyran shards, now housed in Antares under the protection of the feline beings of Antares, and the Kaiba are a leonine soul family who have made many hundreds of thousands of these Crystals, with the Kaiba frequency imprinted in them, which are then dispersed and used widely among star families for transforming energies.

This has many technical applications in terms of higher dimensional ‘technologies’, lightships etc, but for our current purposes during this Earth Shift, the vision and words given are ‘Kaiba Crystals dissolve cyber-crystals’. ‘Cyber-crystals’ in this context refers to devices that can potentially be implanted in humans (both physically and etherically), technological etheric devices, that are literally ‘de-humanizing’ in their vibrational output. Kaiba Crystals have been used in many planets and star systems to neutralize such devices and associated attachments, dissolving them from physical-etheric body layers during/prior to planetary shifts/ascensions…that ultimately go beyond the frequency range/reach of such devices.

All Kaiba Crystals are violet-coloured, with a point of white Light in the centre. When dissolving implants/devices/attachments, if the exact location is known, a visualized Kaiba Crystal can be projected around that location, surrounding it. Otherwise, you can visualize a Kaiba Crystal around your whole body and auric field – and this focus can also be held, if you feel so inspired, around your house or land, with the intention of neutralizing and dissolving and releasing all physical and etheric influencing devices, entities and energy grids.

The Kaiba Crystal radiates as a diamond of violet light around your body and energy field, from a point of white light in its centre (your Heart Centre). Holding this visualization (or simply this intention), speak these words, silently or aloud:

In this Now, in accordance with my Inner Divine Self, my highest good, and the highest good of all, I permanently revoke all permissions I have ever given willingly or unknowingly to any being or force that seeks control of my being.

I call on the Divine Love, Light and Grace of Source to neutralize and dissolve the energies of any controlling being or force from my physical body, etheric body, all subtle bodies and auric field, and to neutralize and dissolve any and all influencing devices or energies implanted or imprinted into my physical body, etheric body, all subtle bodies and auric field. 

Aligned with my inner heart and soul, in unconditional love for this body vessel, I invite into my being the purest frequencies of Divine Love, Light and Grace. I welcome them home and embrace them joyfully and completely in this moment and every moment. 

And So It IS. So Be It. It Is Done.

Now visualize the crystal around you with two bands of violet light around its rim, and the point of white light in its centre expanding until it fills the entire diamond shape, flowing with pure white light of Source, like this, and repeat the above words.

We recommend that after doing this you visualize a Golden Apple around your auric field (seeing your aura/torus field in an ‘apple’ shape of golden light – see this page if you haven’t used it before). This goes for using the Kaiba Crystal practice around your house, land, etc. You can modify the wording to use around a house or land, but always affirm it ‘in accordance with my Inner Divine Self, my Highest Good, and the Highest Good of All’ (or for instance, if this includes a household of people, ‘In accordance with all our Inner Divine Selves’ permissions, our Highest Good, and the Highest Good of All.’)

Practice 11: Golden Stars DNA Activation

A practice from Ashura&I to activate and enhance your DNA’s capacity to hold metaphysical light and ultimately to transform into crystalline light DNA (5D physicality), which is best used regularly, as you’re building a momentum of shift and higher alignment that overwrites the old ‘programming of limitation’.

Focus into your Heart, breathe golden light into it and fill your Being with the presence, the immanence, of your Inner Divine Self, a pure expression and extension of Source, across dimensions, and universes, into this Now.

Hold the image/intention of a 4-point star of golden light in your heart centrepoint, then a 6-point star of golden light in your heart centrepoint, and imagine them overlaying each other and merging together. Feel your DNA strands being bathed in the purifying, restoring golden light of this merged star, that it is vibrating the message of ascension and expansion to the 64 codons (the 64 amino acid building blocks) in each strand of your DNA, through the 6 and 4, harmony and love.
